May 14, 2020One of the best side scrolling shooter I've played, and the cover system brings some welcomed depth to the gameplay. It's not a very long game, but it's challenging enough to keep you busy for a while. From a technical viewpoint, the game is close to perfect.

Aug 23, 2020Well... it would have been fun when it came out in 2000.
Sounds like a boring game that shouldn't come out in 2020. -

Jul 7, 2022POWERFUL music and hard game! It's really great in the vein of Katana Zero and Cybershadow. Those 3 games will give you your 8 bit feed for the soul as they're SUPER hard and if you survive you are one of the greats! Hotline Miami is also pretty good but it always felt kinda clunky with the overhead view

Grandisimo juego!

Sep 15, 2020Huntdown has been out for a while, but it's a good, silly tonic for players looking for a nice distraction from all of the heavy and involved open-world adventuring out there. It'll scratch most of your action itches and, if you're a certain age like me, it'll bring back a few memories of a bygone era. It's not the worst thing to think about.

Aug 27, 2020Huntdown is a tribute to eighties movies and games. It combines the action from titles as Streets of Rage and movies like The Warriors and Last Action Hero in a side-scrolling shooter, which is best enjoyed in co-op. That way the game really gets to shine and entertain you with all its glory. Shooting hundreds of enemies in four worlds never was so much fun together, even if there are a few things off balance at some moments.

Aug 10, 2020It’s a cyberpunk dystopia, filled with every kind of throwback to what the 80’s thought the future would be, and it’s fantastic. You won’t need to Voight-Kampff me on this one, the sheer grin on my face will prove I’m human when I play this.
