    Aquiris has made a pretty solid game, here. Graphics are really neat, aesthetics are great, the sense of speed is great and the soundtrack is great. I wish there was a photo mode, though. However, there are a few things really holding the game back, which I hope they focus on in the next game:

    1) There are just too many sharp turns, way too often in this game. It’s all you do. Very rarely    Aquiris has made a pretty solid game, here.     2) The AI is absolutely infuriating. I get it- it’s supposed to be like old-school racers, and in those games, cars will get in front of you and you go around them. But, in Horizon Chase Turbo, the cars will weave in-and-out just to get in front of you or slam into you, making it almost unplayable at times. The roads are so narrow, there are 19 other cars and they always form a barricade so you can’t get by. You will dodge back-and-forth but the car in front of you mirrors your movements, completely preventing you from getting by. Again, they completely over-did it and it takes the fun out of it.    … Expand

    Jogo muito bom, tem bastante conteúdo e algumas corridas são bem desafiadoras. Sem dúvidas é um sucessor espiritual de Top Gear.

    Intrinsicamente baseado em Top Gear, Horizon Chase Turbo entrega uma boa jogabilidade e músicas incríveis. O design das pistas é muito bom e dão uma ótima sensação de controle sobre o veículo, que também pode ser customizado de acordo com seu estilo de jogo. Eu só demorei um pouco para me acostumar, já que certos carros podem parecer mais "deslizantes" do que outros nas curvas, mas, umaIntrinsicamente baseado em Top Gear, Horizon Chase Turbo entrega uma boa jogabilidade e músicas incríveis.     Horizon Chase Turbo. The game inspired by Top Gear. To be honest, I always looked at this game with a bad face, because when I met it I hadn't even touched the original game and it looked like the hundreds and hundreds of very low quality indie games that were around the playstation store, but now that I've played and finished the original Top Gear some... almost a hundred times, to theHorizon Chase Turbo. To be honest, I always looked at this game with a bad face, because when I met it I hadn't even touched the original game and it looked like the hundreds and hundreds of very low quality indie games that were around the playstation store, but now that I've played and finished the original Top Gear some... almost a hundred times, to the point of even seeming like one of the best games in the SNES catalog, how is this little game that everyone recommends? Well, for starters, this game shows that the Top Gear has aged more than well, maybe too much and... maybe it would affect Horizon Chase negatively, but hey, we'll talk about that later.
    Basically it's still the same simple racing game as always, you accelerate, try to win the race with curves that always appear out of nowhere and that's it. If you are not a fan of this kind of games, you may be bored as soon as you start it. I admit that it is not for everyone, but if you enjoy retro gaming, believe me, dedicate at least 1 hour to it like I did and you will start to got some serious fun thanks to its super addictive gameplay. There really isn't much more to say, since it feels like Top Gear, but with a few things changed, like more cars, the fuel system being the same as the second installment, and an online challenge mode, as well as graphics that form a good mix between the SNES and the N64 in my opinion. It's a very nostalgic game, and even has some of the songs from the original.
    Unfortunately this game has some flaws that although they do not seem serious at first glance, it is as if those who made this game were too careless. There are missing game modes that every racing game should have, such as a time trial mode without opponents, online multiplayer or local multiplayer without AI. What did it cost them? Yeah, the original Top Gear didn't have them, but come on! I also think that the long endurance mode completely breaks the experience that the game itself is trying to convey, and the reward they give you is silly. And speaking of things about the gameplay itself, I would have liked a fuel system like the one in the original to have been included, instead of its second installment, at least one optional mode, because just like this it only makes the game have one less layer of strategy than the original.
    Overall, it's a great retro game, but as unpopular as it is, I still find Top Gear from 1990 far better, mainly because it feels much more faster, more strategy thanks to the pit fuel system, and the soundtrack I also like it more, in addition to the fact that Horizon Chase lacks things, things that without them do not encourage me to replay it so much. However, if you are a fan of this kind of games, it is a must buy.    … Expand

    This is like an updated, much better version of Outrun. The graphics are retro, but very sharp. There are many courses, many cars and a simplistic upgrade system, but the core mechanics are really good. You can keep the gas full-on most of the time and you need to avoid bumping other cars so that you don't slow down. There's a Rookie Cup that's fun, but way too easy. The regularThis is like an updated, much better version of Outrun. The graphics are retro, but very sharp.     AMO ESTE GAME COM FORÇA!! Músicas incríveis, carros muito legais, desafio muito bacana!! Tem o modo Senna forever q é bem legal tbm. Um verdadeiro Remake do Top Gear 1 do SNES. Perfeito!!

    Great gameplay, incredible soundtrack, charming visuals, and a variety of vehicles to unlock. You don't even need to be a fan of the classic Top Gear to enjoy this game, it is just too good.

    Horizon Chase Turbo ist ein unglaublich geiler Arcade-Razer. Die Geschwindigkeiten sind extrem hoch und die Fahrzeuge fühlen sich schön unterschiedlich an. Manche Strecken sind auch sehr geil unterschiedlich zu den Standard-Strecken.

At one point a crash corrupted my save data to a point where the game kept crashing on boot, forcing me to delete my save data and lose 4 hours of progress.

    If it weren't for the constant crashes I would give the game a solid 7/10 but really    The game is pretty fun but extremely unstable on PS4.     Keeps crashing on PS5 while loading new scenes, and sometimes when launching. other than that, its amazin.

    Прикольные гонки, но прямо для узкой аудитории. Поиграл пару часов, мне хватило вырвиглазных красок и управления уровня сеги. 6/10 чисто из уважения к играм, пытающихся вернуть дух 90-х

    Fast, tight, and intense. I’m not really nostalgic for the racing games Horizon Chase Turbo is paying homage to and even myself ended up enjoying this little title deeply. If you’re a fan of simple arcade racing no matter the era, you’ll have a blast with this quirky racer.

    This game is a Blast !
    So much fun and I found it really beautiful.
    The mix between the high speed races and the retro electro music is perfect ... at some
    moments I feel a complete symbiosis with the game and I am in the grid like Flynn in movie Tron.

    que podem ser usados durante a corrida,você também tem que tomar cuidado com sua gasolina
    que no decorrer da corrida vai acabando,então para isso não ocorrer você tem que ficar
    prestando atenção nas gasolinas que ficam distribuídas pela pista,nas pistas você também
    encontrará moedas que ao pegá-las você ganhara mais pontos no final da corrida,que com
    esses pontos que você ganhou vai ser liberado novas corridas e carros.

    No modo Torneio você ira correr em quatro corridas de um pais que você escolher,que para você
    passar para a outra categoria de torneio você ira ter que ficar em primeiro lugar em todos os
    torneios da primeira categoria.Agora o modo Resistência cê resumi a quanto tempo você consegue
    resistir entre os cinco melhores na corrida,tendo três categorias o modo Resistência e o
    modo mais desafiador entre os três modos

    Sobre a Gameplay eu achei muito boa,com apenas alguns problemas,nos games de corrida você
    normalmente começa a corrida em ultimo lugar e aqui não e diferente mas como aqui possui
    vinte carros por corrida e as pistas são muito estreitas e muito fácil você bater na traseira
    dos outros carros o que não e uma coisa boa já que fazendo isso você impulsa o carro
    adversário pra frente e você perde a velocidade ficando quase parado,o que acontece também
    nas curvas que quando você bate em uma curva e você esta em alta velocidade você quase para
    na mesma hora.Tirando essas coisas o jogo e muito divertido e muito legal de jogar com os
    amigos na sala.

    excelente juego muy entretenido y excelente referente de los antiguos juegos de carreras, se siente muy bien el control y vale la pena mucho jugarlo si eres amante de los juegos de carrera retro , aunque si siento que se pudo mejorar el apartado gráfico

Not only is it extremely fun to play, but the designs of the tracks, the amount of cars, the music, and the amount of content for its price is definitely worth it. Now with all that said, it can getHorizon Chase Turbo is the arcade racing game successor that really nails it. If you are a fan of the classic arcade racing games (Top Gear, Outrun, Burnout, etc.) then this is a game for you. Not only is it extremely fun to play, but the designs of the tracks, the amount of cars, the music, and the amount of content for its price is definitely worth it. Now with all that said, it can get a repetitive after the long run, and i would have liked some alternate modes (I thought endurance was like many laps, not many races) but still, I can absolutely recommend for playing with friends. Now if what you want is realism, this is not the chase for you. Otherwise, great game.… Expand

    This is a really nice racing game that delivers what they promise, an arcade and fun experience. There is a lot of content (I would say more than 84 different courses that require no excessive grinding to gain access). Graphics are really simple but again, they deliver what they promise, a nostalgic racing experience !

    Awesome game that succeeds at everything it sets out to do. Think classic Pole Position or Top Gear but at 60 fps and pinpoint pixel-accurate handling. it´s tough but every loss is your fault alone as it rewards planning and true skill. No rubber-banding. I've played 30 hours and platinumed it, I can't wait for HCT2.

    An example of a simple yet fun, competitive and engaging game. With old school and colorful graphics, the strong point of this title is simply its polished game play balance. I'm loving the battles with my girlfriend, or even better, joining with 3 other friends in a classic local split-screen competition. Games don't need to be overly complex to be great.

    Jogo fantástico. Muito divertido, com boa jogabilidade, gráfico ficou muito bonito pro jogo estilo retro. Jogo com bom nível de dificuldade. Muito bom pra jogar com os amigos. E as DLC e atualizações também são boas, além de que será lançado ainda mais modos de jogo fora os que já tem.

    When playing Horizon Chase Turbo for a couple of hours, it is more than fair to say that this game is what it wants to be, that is, a tribute to the driving arcades of the 90s. With simple but effective controls. We are facing a racing game for those who are not looking for a simulator, but rather a title where fun is what prevails.

    Horizon Chase Turbo may occasionally be infuriating, but it’s a whole lot of fun much more frequently. If you’ve ever yearned for an arcade racer that genuinely feels like it comes from the early days of home consoles, you should most definitely check this one out.

    I had a hell of a time with Horizon Chase Turbo. Of all of the retro revival games that have come out over the past few years, it is near the top of my personal list of favourites. I can’t get enough of it.
