    Has-Been Heroes is just not a great game as it has very complex and confusing controls and a battle system which feels punishing and difficult. There are far better roguelikes out there and Has-Been Heroes just doesn’t have the chops to make it a worthwhile purchase.

    le buone potenzialità di Has-Been Heroes vengono vanificate da un gameplay ancora sbilanciato dove le strategie messe in campo risultanole buone potenzialità di Has-Been Heroes vengono vanificate da un gameplay ancora sbilanciato dove le strategie messe in campo risultano inutili a causa di “anomalie” legate ad un numero eccessivo di nemici da affrontare ed a strane situazioni che si verificano con alcuni boss che ci daranno morti premature non dipendenti da noi.

    Per il resto tutto funziona: grafica bidimensionale pulita e ben fatta, animazioni molto buone, strategie che si rivelano utili quando si possono attuare in un contesto “normale”. Ma se non viene corretto questo grosso problema strutturale, il titolo Frozenbyte arriva solo alla sufficienza e poco più.

    Every part of my being told me that this game would not be fun. Every video I watched made me not want this game. I've been playing for the last 6 hours. I still haven't beat the second boss and have been getting my teeth kicked in over and over again. However, I'm still having fun trying to get past this pirate prick! I'm liking the art style and really digging the challenge. I highly recommend this game.… Full Review »
