    It was brought to the next generation consoles, and gamers were astonished by the amazing graphics Grand Theft Auto 5 has. It has improved textures and much more. Rockstar has added attention to detail in the game like: oil spilling out of a damaged car, flags moving when a grenade blows up near it, and your characters clothes being wet after coming out of water or in rain.

    Probably the most played feature in Grand Theft Auto 5 is GTA Online. This quite obviously lets you play with other people across the globe and also your friends. It constantly gets updated, and snow is seen at Christmas Time. GTA Online allows people to create their own levels and when published people can play it and earn money from it. After completing something like a heist or a mission you will be rewarded with money and RP. RP is what levels you up in GTA Online, and the more you level up the more stuff you can get. A player can progress all the way to rank 8,000. You can do multiple things with your money such as: buy houses/apartments. You can also buy flashy vehicles and customise them at Los Santos Customs, or some vehicles are able to go to the other mod shop: Benny's Original Motorworks and go full out with the customization options they are given. Players can also buy guns on GTA Online just like in story mode. These guns can be used in free mode, heists, missions, or user created levels that allow them to.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto 5 is a must buy game on a gamer's list, and if you are still unsure about buying the game you can watch videos of the game from channels on YouTube. I guarantee almost all of the gaming related channels will have at least one video of Grand Theft Auto 5.    … Expand

    Al fin volvemos al gran mapa ''San Andreas'', un mapa extenso, lleno de vida como NPC, el paisaje, autos, etc. En cuanto la historia esta muy buena, aunque no supera al GTA 4.

    Grand Theft Auto V is another masterpiece from Rockstar. I've never loved any of the previous GTA games, but this game really got me into this franchise. It has a great crime storyline with interesting themes involving the government. The characters are also amazing and it got me to love characters that I hated at first like Trevor.     One of the greatest video games ever created. The world of southern San Andreas is huge and full of hidden details that make every persons game much different. The stories might all be the same but not one person can possibly play the game the same way. The open world is like nothing anybody has seen before. The story is both funny and charming.     This game is full of bug on ps4 (patched version as october 2017). First the story mode progression can be lost and you have to restart from beginning. There alot of official controller that work perfectly with all game except gta v, with my official controller that come with my ps4 the R2 for shotting does not work, but it work with my official blue controller (im not alone, alot ofThis game is full of bug on ps4 (patched version as october 2017).     What to add. A nice game with an open world. Single-player is great and Online is a lot of good add-ons still being added, for example, Gun Runners or Stunt Race (the old I know but it's great). A large selection of weapons each chooses to be his favorite. Beautiful and fast cars. There is nothing to tell this game is super snort to buy if you think about it. 9/10 IGN

This Gta is for the "milennials" and its no knock against Rockstar , but where is the challenge? Where is the mayhem? Where is the grit? There is none. Just being real.     Definitely a must-play. For me, this is the second best story out of the GTA games, with GTA IV and its DLCs taking the first place. The controls are great and the game just feels right. I didn't encounter any bugs.
    Getting platinum trophy requires doing a lot of GTA Online stuff, some of which depends only on the people you play with and not on yourself, so it can get grindy and    Definitely a must-play.     The biggest issue I have with this game is auto-aim system, which is just too strong and feels like aimbotting. Turning it off in the settings means that your character will still aim at the targets almost instantly, but won't lock the crosshair at them after that. Gta 5 is an exciting fun and enjoyable game this is what attracts customers to buy this game as the reviews speak for itself giving a positive response nearly all most everyone the downfall of the game in the review is it is age restricted there are a variety of features you can go on this specific game so you don’t get bored and have a lot of options ranging from the multiplayer saga to the story mode witch you can do missions which in my opinion is very enjoyable this game is in my opinion the best free mode game which is available on consoles the multiplayer saga is very fun as you can connect and play with friends doing exciting missions and or heists also racing and different types of modes in the online special the thing I most about this game is that it is very original compared to other games as the feature that this games has that others don’t it is widely free mode also this game offers different game modes so you do not get bored this comes with updates every few months keeping the customer happy this is a very good aspect for attracting and retaining customers also the features that come with the updates are very enjoyable the main features are new weaponry new missions new vehicles and aircraft's etc. this will keep the player interested as it isn’t the boring old game modes and same thing all the time keeping it fun.… Expand

    GTA V was already awesome on the PS3. It's even more awesome on the PS4.

    The improved resolution and the addition of first person view make exploring the map a whole new experience. For the rest it's basically the same game, with all DLC that's been released up until now included and a couple more side missions.     GTA online can handle 30 people on the same map now as opposed to 16 last gen. The still ongoing connection issues however can spoil the fun.

    + Graphics: For a world as detailed as this, it looks absolutely stunning on next gen...
    + Fun factor

    - Not a lot of additional content for folks who have played the last gen (although it's nice to have at least something additional)
    - GTA Online connectivity issues

    Best game ever made. Great story that kept me playing since it came out on PS3. 100% on the PS4. Loads of free updates that have kept online going for years. Still play this in 2017.

    This game has perhaps some of my favorite story-telling of all time, the characters were all memorable being references in today's modern games and they all had very well written characters along with excellent voice acting. The story itself was very engaging, I had to go back and play it twice as it was just thoroughly enjoyable.     su historia es una mierda, la jugabilidad es muy arcade y la conducción es absurda-mente fácil, la dificultad de GTA IV se pierde y solo con mover el joystick unos segundos arriba ya puedes matar a cada enemigo muy rápido y lo peor de todo no lo puedo mencionar por el tema de spoilers.

    Easily in the top 10 best games I’ve played. If you haven’t yet played this I thoroughly recommend it.

    GRAPHICS +10/10 (at the time of release on ps3 then also played on PS4 Pro and graphics were even better) GAMEPLAY +10/10 (one of the best written stories out there, the voice acting is superb, loads and loads of side missions if that’s your thing and the main story mode is superb)    Easily in the top 10 best games I’ve played. If you haven’t yet played this I thoroughly recommend it.

    I seem to be part of small group that didn't really enjoy this game. The gameplay really didn't strike a cord with me, and that just took away from the experience.
    I'm not a massive fan of open world games anyway and this didn't do much to improve my experience of them.

    GTA V is not just a game, it's a whole new world for you to explore. Walk, jump, shoot, drive, buy new clothes, buy a new car or house, beat up people, escape the cops, throw sticky bombs at your wife or annoying daughter and blow them up... this game is better than therapy!

Unfortunately the first person mode was not fully thought out and there are many instances where a mission or activity is not doable efficiently in it.     I'm only rating the campaign mode here, and I think it's terrible. Boring missions that often have you driving the slowest vehicles in the game and are full of the worst dialogue. Terrible characters, including the three leads. The three-person mechanic had some potential, but it's squandered. I hope Rockstar goes back to the fun-filled goofyness of the previous games.

    One of the greatest of all time. Open world masterpiece with so much replay value unlike alot of singeplayer games that the gaming snobs love to cling to like naughty dog or sony games, and not bugged/broken like bugthesda.

    The map is really big and nice compared to GTA IV, the driving is also superior, the way cars had a tendency to slide in GTA IV was pretty much unrealistic and then I see people saying it was realistic, they've never driven a car before in their lives. Now to the thing that people actually care about:

    GTA ONLINE

    At the beginning(October 2013), it was pretty much boring, fun but boring. Rockstar supporting their fanbase by fixing bugs/glitches and giving them a free update with free content about every month was truly amazing. When modders started to appear out of literally nowhere, that's when GTA Online started to decline when it comes to fun. Everybody was getting cash given by modders, everybody had the money to by everything and then Rockstar came witht he ban wave, which pretty much wiped out a lot of modders, which was a good thing, took innocent players money and left them with only 500k, I had 3million legit and they left me 500k, and people got pissed off at Rockstar, which isn't justified at all. I understand Rockstar completely. The promised Heist update for GTA Online came in my opinion at the perfect timing when I upgraded from PS3 to PS4 and got right into it, though they did push it back by about a year. Even the GTA Online trailer from Agust 2013 mentioned heists, which took about 1 1/2 year to get released. Overall good game when it comes to Online, boring repetitive game when it comes to the Story Mode. The game has been out for half a decade now and people are still playing like crazy, it's truly amazing. I personally quit about 2-3 months ago because it got tiring after 5 years of consistant playing. Now as of September 2018 I wouldn't recommend anyone getting it for the simple fact that it's about to become a desert and be overshadowed by Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2, which I will not be getting, since I don't like old style games, a lot of people may think the same and continue to play GTA Online, you can jump in anytime, I just don't recommend to anymore, you're too late to the party big man, about 3 years too late.    … Expand

    This game is so fun and is a joy to play. The world is vast and beautiful. The guns are tight and great. The campaign gives you serous spending cash and is amazing to play. Everything about this game is near perfect. Definitely would recommend.

    One of the best PS4-Games ever, the PS3-Version of course too. Unbelievable how much free material Rockstar gives everyone for GTA Online. I don't think there is any game out there that can compete contentwise with GTA V.

    I think that the graphics in this game are inferior from those of Infamous Second Sond, and Second Son came a year earlier. I also believe that the gamplay is not that intiutitve and everything feels too arrhythmic. I think that the story is just generic, but in it's deffense the script is very good and funny.

    The only thing that I thought that they could add in the game is to where you could break in to other peoples houses like you could in San Andreas. I loved the customization they added for the cars as I would spend all day doing that. They could've added more customization options to the houses you are eventually going to own. It was a great game, interesting story and great characters.

    Takes everything GTA is good at and improves on it. The gameplay, missions, graphics - everything feels like the culmination of GTA's strong points in to the perfect GTA. But it just gets boring pretty quickly because it is essentially just exactly the same gameplay as the other GTAs...

    GTA V, y su version PS4, sin lugar a dudas un diferencia considerable en su version PS3, Rockstar no decepciona as always, lo supo hacer, innovacion en su jugabilidad ahora hasta 3 personajes jugables, que pueden cohexistir en el mismo plano, misiones que se desarrollan entre los tres, tres historias diferentes, desde diferentes perspectivas, 3 ciudadanos clasicos de EU, muy buen juego.GTA V, y su version PS4, sin lugar a dudas un diferencia considerable en su version PS3, Rockstar no decepciona as always, lo supo hacer, innovacion en su jugabilidad ahora hasta 3 personajes jugables, que pueden cohexistir en el mismo plano, misiones que se desarrollan entre los tres, tres historias diferentes, desde diferentes perspectivas, 3 ciudadanos clasicos de EU, muy buen juego.
    Calificare unicamente su apartado offline, ya que el online no me interesa.
    Historia 10/10 aunque para mi fue demasiado corta.
    Misiones secundarias a la altura muy bien hechas y pensadas, contenido secundario abundante.
    Banda sonora, muy bueno , me gusto, no es su fuerte pero se agradece.

    Una exploracion del mapa excelente, montañas, lagos, el mar, los aires, asombrosos.
    ahora explico por que la nota:
    Lo malo:
    Juego de generacion anterior, rockstar se aprovecha de esto con tal de seguir obteniendo mas $$, nos quedaremos con las ganas de un GTA para la actual generacion.
    La historia principal demasiado corta.
    Lo bueno:
    Contenido secundario en excelente calidad.
    Graficamente se notan los cambios de su version para PS3, se agradece que no sea un simple port.
    La historia principal fue muy buena, los atracos muy bien planeados, y el mejor personaje de todos trevol. :D

    EN MI OPINION PERSONAL GRAN TITULO MERECE LA PENA JUGARLO, MAS EN SU VERSION DE PC Y LA CANTIDAD DE MODS QUE HAY, POR MENOS DE $30.00, PERO EL MEJOR SERA GTA VICE CITY Y SAN ANDREAS.

A pretty good story in GTA5 but unfortunately not many people will play the story and will jump right into multiplayer though the multiplayer is also good. The major (+) is that the multiplayer new DLCs are always free which is a great thing to have. I just wish there was a single player DLC

    Il keep it short and sweet, I didn’t enjoy the game. I completed it, played online for a few hours and was so bored of it. I really enjoyed the ps2 gta games, hell even the ps1 & psp games too. But when you experience a super fun game like saints row (series) this can’t compete. Then the play mafia 2 for sure an amazing story, this can’t compete.     I love this game. The graphics are amazing, even when they are several years old and the story is pretty good, even though it can't really decide if it wants to be a drama or a comedy story. I especially like to fly the jets and skydive!

Cars handle much better compared to previous GTA games, and the customizing offers a lot of choice for plenty of cars. Some cars however offer surprisingly little choice.

    The story is excellent, with well defined characters. However, it is hard to connect to three characters who all seem to have plenty of money to make decent living, yet pretend their problems are bigger than those of previous GTA protagonists like Niko Bellic and Carl Johnson. The Switching between characters is a lot of fun.

    The game offers Heists which are very fun individually. However, these seem to be few in number for a game that markets itself on this content. Strangers and Freaks missions are a lot of fun. There are not many entertainment options compared to GTA IV, as it comes done to tennis, golf, darts and a strip club. This disappointed me, as it really needs a wide varierity of options considering the world is so big.

    GTA Online: This portion of the game is of a significantly lower quality than the single player portion. At launch the game barely functioned, and a month later it game apparent how basic the online game was. It was built around levelling, grinding for money to buy verhicles, rince and repeat. This of course was enjoyable for a while because of the large amount of content you could do with your friends. Over time Rockstar added more content, but this was built around making players grind even more to make buying shark cards look tempting. It became less about quality, and more about making money.    … Expand

    It's rare to see a game with production values like this. V has a city unlike another game, cutscenes and a love of cinema that influences it, and more hidden details than you can count.
    Yet, with a story that lacks purpose, structure and momentum, gameplay missions that are overly restrictive, and lazy attempts masquerading as satire, V feels like a walking contradiction.

    As I remember this one is the only game, where I have wanted to play it next after finishing the main story. And I think that i will spend several dozen hours in it now and will play from the begining few more times.

    Overall, it is still a good option for many budget players since it is like a bundle of games, but for players have a huge library, this game basically offers absolutely nothing.

    p. S One may think it is unfair to compare one single game to a game library. However, it is what happens when the game offers a variety of options, and none of them is particularly good. For normal gamers, they are going after a particular experience, so a game has to be decent in something. For instance, if a player what to enjoy some great characters and plot, he would go for Witcher 3; this game has an inferior combat system, but combat is not the reason you play this game, you play it for the characters and plot. The players who want to have a great combat system would go for Dark Souls or the God of War. For the same token, the gamers who want a great shooting experience or driving experience can always found a better choice in their library. That is why a vast library can overshadow GTA V but cannot overshadow most games since most games have something unique to offer while GTA V is a budget bundle of games of its time, which I think might be a wrong vision for future GTA.     There is 2-3 missions in all game that is really fun and thats it, other missions pretty meh.
    And online is even more boring then campaing.

    Most of the pros make the cons seem very small, and the wanted system is the only real big con I have with the game.

    -The world is small enough so that you can have player interaction, but big enough so you don't seem cramped

    -INCREDIBLY fun with friends
    -Owning property and businesses is a really nice addition, and I personally love it
    -Content and new items to buy are still being added, despite Red Dead Online just being released a couple of months ago

    Cons:
    -Terrible community (griefers, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s, modders, etc)
    -LONG loading screens (up to 5 minutes even)
    -Expensive items
    -VERY expensive vehicles come out at launch

    The cons do outweigh the pros in online, but it's still fun if you play with friends. Overall, 6.5/10 if you play solo, 9.5/10 if you play with a close group of friends.    … Expand

    After how much I loved Red Dead Redemption 2, I couldn't resist checking out Rockstar's previous highly acclaimed game, Grand Theft Auto 5. This story was absolutely hilarious and I loved the journey of playing through 3 characters with drastically different personalities and somehow forming a story that made everything come together. The game was quickly addicting and was a lot of funAfter how much I loved Red Dead Redemption 2, I couldn't resist checking out Rockstar's previous highly acclaimed game, Grand Theft Auto 5. This story was absolutely hilarious and I loved the journey of playing through 3 characters with drastically different personalities and somehow forming a story that made everything come together.     Driving simulator, half the time im just driving from point a to point b its boring, they made the map big but not a lot to interact with making me dread the long drive to and from sandy shores.

    Story mode was very fun and good story. Online gave me a lot of fun grinding Rooftop Rumble to get a lot of money. Money glitches gave me millions upon millions of dollars and I bought everything I could've ever wanted.

    I've never really cared for Grand Theft Auto as a franchise and this title did nothing to change that opinion. Just not for me.

Mit der Zeit kamen dann allerlei Fahrzeuge ins Spiel,leider auch das Oppressor Bike das war sehr nervig und sozusagen für das zerstören von Verkaufsmissionen gemacht wurde.Ein paar Updates später kam dann das Oppressor MK2.Meiner meinung nachIch fand die Story echt gut.Als ich sie dann durch hatte fing ich dann den online Modus an.Alles war toll nur waren die Schark Cards recht unfailr.     I really love Grand Theft Auto V since the day it came out in 2013. I have been playing for a while, and every time I come back to the game, there is always something new and interesting to explore. Yet I frequently go back to the last gen PS3 version of the game just enjoy how good it was back then. Now, GTA seems way too extra and deranged to enjoy it like I use to. GTA V is packed withI really love Grand Theft Auto V since the day it came out in 2013. I have been playing for a while, and every time I come back to the game, there is always something new and interesting to explore. Yet I frequently go back to the last gen PS3 version of the game just enjoy how good it was back then. Now, GTA seems way too extra and deranged to enjoy it like I use to. GTA V is packed with tryhards and pay-to-win people that you can't really be safe from Oppressor MK2's and Hydras and pretty much anything that has a gun or missile launcher on it. Although the game is great for open world gameplay, the realism is long gone, and not many people drive a normal car anymore. GTA V Online is like an apocalypse. The GTA V Story on the other hand is like a god created it. It still has the GTA feel but with a whole new experience and characters to explore. GTA V has so many good and bad things about it that it makes it hard to explain, but i can try.

    GTA V is probably on of the best games out their because of it's universal gameplay. What I mean by this is this game appeals to a lot of genres of games, which is great for more people to buy the game, even if they don't like a certain feature of the game. The RAGE engine it ran on made even the last gen version of GTA V look amazing, but the re-release version is perfect. The car and gun selection is a whole new level of crazy, with the Atomizer and the Insurgent to the Pistol and the Karin Intruder, the choices are endless. GTA V has two parts; GTA V Story and GTA V Online. GTA V Story has a whole new take on how a campaign should work. The game has an 80's retro feel while still keeping the current time period relevant. A lot of the DLC cars and story missions are taken as a reference to movies, like for example, the Ruiner 2000 is a reference to Knight Rider's KITT. The story has a character switch system where you can switch between three different characters (Franklin Clinton, Treavor Phillips, and Micheal De Santa), at anytime, even in missions. The story is pretty great, but to avoid spoilers, I won't say anything, especially since a lot of people already know how it goes. GTA V Online however, is a whole different story, literally. GTAVO has a cool take on how you customize your experience in the game. You can take a lot of different routes on how you want to make money, each taking you through the steps so you're not confused. The game makes your character feel important by including a "side-story" that brings a little flair to GTAVO. The PS3 and XB360 version of the game is littered with modders and tryhards left and right, and while modders are not even possible in the re-release, there are still tryhards. Back then, the only thing annoying about Online was the Karuma, Savage, Lazer, and Insurgent, Now there are cazy flying bikes and a railgun tank (and a lot more). It seems that if you want to avoid being killed, you might as well chill in Sandy Shores or Paleto Bay, and even then you're not guaranteed safety. I much as a want to praise Rockstar for releasing free updates for 5 years, these vehicles and guns ruin the calmness and realism that it once had. All and all, GTA V is a great game with a little bit of flaws, but it revolutionized the gaming market again for the 3rd time. GTA V is a solid 7 in my book.    … Expand

    The best aspect of this game is the intresting characters and the great sense of humor along with the well recorded voice acting. Otherwise, it's mediocre. The gameplay isn't that good, except the driving, and while there are a lot of side quests, the map doesn't have too much exploring, because it encourages driving from location to location mostly. Nonetheless, it's good.

The driving physics were dramatically improved from GTA IV, as in GTA IV cars slided a lot and crashing into things wasn't too realistic. Rockstar finally got it right with that. But, there were some missed opporruntities withFor its time, this game was amazing. The story is amazing. The idea of playing 3 characters is really creative and I hope Rockstar does a concept like that again. But, there were some missed opporruntities with the end of this. You end up with at least 10 million of each character and at most 30 million. But you can't spend that money on much things. Cars and property. And there's only 2 or 3 properties you can purchase from each character. They were planning on adding the addition to purchase houses but just decided to keep that on GTA Online. This game would've been way more entertaining if given a chance to purchase houses. Also, a DLC would've been awesome. Like a prelude when it was just Michael, Trevor, and Brad. And we get to see how Michael made a deal with the FIB. But despite missed opportunities this was still an amazing game.… Expand
