    great gta game rockstar. amazing graphics to great funny voice acting. but los santos feels a little too small. first of all it has some missing featrures for gta4 and gta sa. you cant go inside restaruns. but this game still blows my mind.

    The most fun I have ever had playing video games was the first month or so that GTAV was released. Playing with my buddies and cousins online was hysterical and just the debauchery, the customization, the real world locations, the vehicles and of course, the guns.
    To be honest, we haven't played that much lately - new games come out and the expansion content hasn''t impressed me too much.     Still, when I think back on the times I had playing GTAV and the fact that I still fire it up and get lost in Los Santos I have to give this game a 10. That and I can't imagine why the average score is 8.2...so I inflated my score a bit. tbh, the game is still a solid 9.    … Expand

    I will keep this like my penis - short & simple. One of the best games ever made. Still playing it 2 years after release and its a great go to game for some escapism & hey that what we play for right?

    Only reason i didn't give it a 10/10 is i still feel the shooting mechanics need an upgrade but maybe that's because of my FPS games experience.

    Well done Rockstar......a masterpiece.

    I had GTA V pre ordered way back in 2012, long before it's initial release because I knew it would be something special, I knew that Rockstar, the greatest games producer on the planet next to Bethesda , would not let me down. And they didn't, when I played it for the first time on PS3 it was magical; a huge, detailed immersive world with a rich, powerful story and unforgettable charactersI had GTA V pre ordered way back in 2012, long before it's initial release because I knew it would be something special, I knew that Rockstar, the greatest games producer on the planet next to Bethesda , would not let me down. And they didn't, when I played it for the first time on PS3 it was magical; a huge, detailed immersive world with a rich, powerful story and unforgettable characters the likes of which could be found nowhere else, but sadly there was no multiplayer and once I hit 90% completion I got a little bored and I strayed, and traded it in.

    Then they re-released it for 'new-gen' and my god is it now perfect.

    Everything has been upgraded, the visuals, as beautiful as they were before, have been overhauled to the max; rays of light penetrate tree leaves and hedgerows, cars glisten in the sun and the rain, textures look incredibly detailed, water looks real and everything just FEELS real. Draw distances have significantly improved. The world is more populated now, enhanced traffic and NPC modelling makes the world feel more alive, grassy areas have been improved so they they now appear to be fields rather than flat bits of dirt with the odd patch of grass. Overall the reworked world model appears more dynamic and real, as though it isn't a game at all.
    Attention to detail is present in the game now more than ever; tides come in and out, car drive trains work as they would in real life and the first person screen tints if you are wearing sunglasses, which brings me onto the first person mode. GTA has historically been a third person game, which has always been fine but imagine a world that made you feel part of it. Switch to the first person viewpoint and everything changes, movement feels fluid and real, weapon detail is enhanced, the whole system just works.
    The story-line and side missions all remain the same, there's nothing new there other than the same set of reworked visuals, you'll notice details you didn't before and the characters feel all the more real as a result; however the story is so good I happily played through it this second time.
    The multiplayer again, remains more or less the same, only this time it feels sometimes like call of duty, as you switch into first person for deathmatch modes and the like, but again, it was done so well the first time round it was still as much fun to play, you can even bring your character over from you PS3 account.
    The one main thing that Rockstar have stuck to is the deployment of free content downloads; there's no DLC and any extra content that's added for the multiplayer like cars and guns, carries over to the single player world. Meaning that your purchase of GTA V is a one time only event, you'll always be able to enjoy the full experience, it also means that the game world is always evolving, dropping in new cars to acquire or new weapons to play around with.
    I'd like to say this is the part were I make the review sound more balanced and point out the flaws but there are literally no flaws in the game, none that I've found anyway, so I guess I'll just have to sound like crazed fan or Rockstar spokesperson, but that's okay with me. The campaign is entertaining with great voice acting and excellent missions, particularly the heists. The sound design is phenomenal, with great music as well. I found some of the gameplay a bit on the mindless side, sometimes long shootouts drag on.     Rockstar Games does not disappoint this time either. Great game takes you to a world where you get to play a few different characters, and they all feel well done and have their own personalities that makes them unique. The game is massive, and you could probably put in several 100plus hours and still not be bored , or run out of things to do. It's a great game, great value.

    Best GAME ever made. For the fools criticizing the controls, you're idiots. The controls are perfect. Graphics are awesome and the sheer size of the game world and amount of things to do is mesmerizing. Anyone who rated this lower than a 9 is a jealous programmer who doesn't work for Rockstar. Masterpiece. 10/10

    GTA 5 is without a shadow of a doubt Rockstar's best GTA titled. Everything Rockstar touches turns to gold and this game is no exception. I loved it. I'll mainly be focusing on the Storymode side of the game. As I haven't played enough (nor do I plan to) of the online missions. But regardless the story and characters of GTA 5 are so great Trevor and Michael are great characters. FranklinsGTA 5 is without a shadow of a doubt Rockstar's best GTA titled.     I was ashamed that I haven't had a decent console to play this game on. Until I got my PS4. I tought it will be cool and awesome but without doubt its a MASTERPIECE! The story, the graphics, the gameplay, the cool jokes that keeps you laughin for minutes, the beautiful sights, the LA feel and I could go on for days. Its one of the best games in the last half or whole decade! Its a must play guys!

    I like the gta concept, running around doing as you please, open world. The original GTA was the first open world game i played and the freedom is what drew me to it. I have no issues with desteuction which is awesome and profanity in context but found it overkill, with Trevor especially, just found it annoying and forced. What a crusty character. The Campaign is amazing whether you wanna play as the Gangster Franklin, the dead Michael or the psychotic (my personal favorite) Trevor! each off these characters build up an amazing campaign with a story too knock you away! The amount of weapons too cause utter destruction, the amount of cars, trucks, bikes ETC too cause utter destruction and too look cool at the same time, and that's just the campaign! Next you have the amazing Grand theft auto online, which in theory is a completely new game... Endless fun for you and your friends! Whether you wanna smuggle drugs for Gerald, steal/destroy cars for Simeon or just simply CAUSE HAVOC with Trevor Phillips industries and much much more! and then there's the heists where you can make big cash in a small amount of setups which require team work with your 4 friends!     GTA V is just San Andreas but less. I mean it's a good game, rockstar always does quality, but I'm talking as a single player about GTA V campaign (not an online player) and it really feels like cropped version of San Andreas which was bigger and with more activities to do.

The game also has great soundtrack, good controls (except shooting), great graphics, a variety of different cars, weapons and clothes, pretty much everything a GTA fan could ask for.     If there's any game that you can always pick up on a rainy day and consistently have a good time playing, then GTA V is it. It's a highly polished, immense, immersive, near-endless package of fun that'll consume hours of your life in no time.

    GTA 5 is the best game of 2014, the story is amazing, the world is huge, and the gameplay is great fun, the new first person mode makes it a must have even if you bought it on the ps3. The online is also great fun and is the best multiplayer game i have played.

GTA online offers a lot of hilarity, my only disappointment is the lack of Story based DLC, but despite that this game is a true marvel and should be played by every gamer, casual or hardcore.

    Grand Theft Auto V sets the bar high for open world games, as a single player experience the game tells a mature, fun and interesting story through a Hollywood style production. Multiplayer is also a blast when enjoyed with 1 or more friends. GTA V is an excellent open world game, however multiplayer missions can become repetitive and a slight grind after a while. 9/10

The story, side missions are extremely fun, and there are endless things you can do that you can play the game even after completing everything. The graphics are beautiful, the cars are great. If you are a fan of the series, you will love this game. Radio station commercials are extremely funny, pay attention to them ;)

    CONS:

    -Probably the worst soundtrack I have seen in a game. The radio stations play the same boring songs most of the time. Metal and rock are almost non-existent.

    -Disappearing vehicules... Now, this is a frustrating one. If you steal a vehicle, leave it and walk a bit to get something, most of the time, it will disappear. That left me in the middle of nowhere a lot of the times, and it is very frustrating.

    -AI drivers are stupid, slow, and they don't know how to drive.

    -Online play is no fun. Every one just kills each other for no reasons, there are bunch of kids yelling and saying stupid stuff with their mic, which is very annoying. Nobody is available to play in team and actually make missions or heists, unless you join a crew.

    This has got to be one of the best, if not the best video game on the PlayStation 4. However, unlike FIFA 15, you cannot play multiplayer without connecting to the Internet, which is the only problem I have with this game. Great job, Rockstar!

To be honest, GTA Online sucked so bad when it came out. But now I can say GTA Online, has become a great multiplayer aspect of this game. It has ironed out most of the bugs that it previously had, it has added many more missions and other DLC. Heists made a big impact on online as well, and I played on that for a while.It has established it's foundations, but it has more potential to be reached.
    What needs to be done:
    1. Free-mode events, was a good start, but you just need more things to do in free-mode, so constantly keep on adding more things.
    2. More missions, this needs to be done, especially ones for higher levels because I know the highest level mission is 81 and there are a lot of players higher than that, who want to earn RP faster.
    3. Add more Heists, this is an obvious one. I mean all the heists are enjoyable and I love replaying through them, 5 heists ain't enough.
    4. GTA 4 gamemodes, Cops and Crooks,Turf War,Deal Breaker,Hangman's NOOSE,Bomb Da Base II,Mafiya Work and Car Jack City
    5. GTA San Andreas, More Cheats(This is for GTA V, not online)

    One pf the best critical and commercial/financially acclaimed successful video game. This is truly a generation coming out. The acting and the voice overs by Shawn, Steven and Ned were great! The metropolis city great! The game controls were awesome as well as spectacular, colourful and beautiful graphics in this game to make it look more realistic. Sidequest are lame and dull which mostly involve shooting and nonsensical stories. Los Santos is also not very impressive.     Few buildings are fully-enter-able with detail interiors, you die really easily and wanted level builds up so fast that makes random killings of NPCs a chore and no longer fun. There is also so little things you can do, the nightclub gets boring real fast.

    The online components is worse. Griefing is prevalent and players kill each other for fun making passive mode a must have to enjoy co-operative missions. The co-op missions are dull and darksoul-ish where players die very easily and failure will demand a full restart from beginning. Makes online very very dull.

    Overall its a horrible game just don't buy it.    … Expand

    Can't find fault really. Nothing to compare it too. It is a lot of fun. Nice stories. Great gameplay, open world. If there is one thing i suggest is creating more offline stuff to do after story mode, and stick to 1 protagonist. I don't want to swap to 2 others.

    If your gaming budget only allows one game per year, this is one game you would absolutely not regret getting. There is no such thing as finishing this game, it just keeps going with so many content an an active multiplayer community. Unlike the PS3 version, more attention has been given to details that make this even more amazing. This is truly one of the best games of all time.

    I hate the characters and story. They are not enjoyable and not funny, in fact they're really scary, they're are scum and i just don't like them. The core game is great it's definitely GTA. it is however missing things, due to maybe unnecessary censorship like gore. The graphics are okay but not amazing from what i except to be GTA; they're glitchy, shuttering, twirky. with little thingsI hate the characters and story. They are not enjoyable and not funny, in fact they're really scary, they're are scum and i just don't like them. The core game is great it's definitely GTA. it is however missing things, due to maybe unnecessary censorship like gore. The graphics are okay but not amazing from what i except to be GTA; they're glitchy, shuttering, twirky. with little things like the wheels glitching while spinning. Still no crouch or prone. No real chase replay, while there is a replay you must record it like it was as you played it. The depth of the game remains the same which is a let down in my opinion. GTA was always the best game out there in all categories, graphics, story, sound and gameplay. Overall the remake is great they actually show what they could of done with the engine and new hardware but for the price they are still selling this at I don't think it's worth it. The Ps4 is limited and the online 'modes' are lame, and again based off homosexual creep themes and awkward social political humour i can't really find amusing.… Expand

    What to say? Everyone who has ps4 must have this game..Maybe the campaign could be longer,but it is ok,its not short...Beautiful graphics,characters,story,everything...Unforgettable experience...

    This game has no progression, and while it is just an amazing game, both graphically and shear size, I found myself dreading playing every minute of it. It didn't feel I was getting anywhere. Money was in high scarcity, and it seemed like even the more mundane stuff was worth nil. I only played the single player, and honestly, the game had nothing driving me to keep playing. No pay off.

The fact that this already robust game also adds 3 separate story lines is so great that this game cannot be skipped over. This is all of the classic GTA games best parts wrapped into one and packaged with great graphics and gameplay. I will start with the positives: it is a beautiful game and a techinical master piece in terms of open world game design. It is a true open world sand box; you can fly helicopters, compete in triathlons and street races, complete a range of different missions and even play darts and tennis. You will not get bored when exploring the game. The problems i have with the game are simple things; the characters dont feel right; they are a little floaty uncontrollable and unresponsive which makes it difficult online, as do the handling of the guns. When you aim there is a very strong lock on which doesn't feel natural and free aim it is a pain to aim with. Also, the stealth system sucks as much as i like the idea that you become more stealthy the more time you are in stealth mode but it is wasted as the AI always know where you are. The wanted system is a pain too as it is very anoying how cops instantly know your exact location after commiting a crime and escaping is a lot of work. My last complaint is the online focus; while it is good the game is being supported years after release the prices of items are ridiculous making you either grind for hundreds of hours or buy in game currency with real money. There also isn't single player support either which is a waste. Despite the problems i have, It is a game worth playing that the masses will enjoy although i would call 'Watch Dogs' a better game since it has none of the problems listed above.… Expand

Many other side characters are very annoying and act like immature childs with lots of money, again not funny in any way, you get to play missions with 43-48 year old businessmen who are dancing around you and talking some utter bull**** which means nothing and just trying to make a fool of the player himself.

    That's another issue I had with the game, every dialogue, every scene seemed like Rockstar was trying to force you to laugh by characters who were acting like kids dancing, singing, 3/4 of the time you watch scenes or listen to dudes speaking on missions it's some bull**** nonsense that adds no sense to the missions, or story or anyting. It's characters like Lamar Davis, Trevor and his friends, Devin Weston, Martin Madrazzo, sometimes even Steve Haines talked bull**** that made no sense and was there only so they talked and wasted your time adding nothing to your gameplay.

    I mean most of the characters I mentioned should be good because they fit in the city and the game but I got a headache everytime any of mentioned spoke, who the fck wrote that **** who made that script. Jesus that was pain to watch and play at certain missions when these spoke most of the time.

    Story missions was nothing special, it was cool when the game started except the prologue mission which was more like shoot everything and blow everything up like in Call of Duty and again made no sense to you until like playing 3/4 of game. I was hoping they would show some gang wars playing as Franklin, some murders, some real American issues with black ghettos in Los Angeles but there were like 4-6 missions with gangs and most of them requiring you only to deliver stuff only to be able to again shoot your way out of mission area like Rambo.

    I'm not satisfied and not entirely dissappointed with the game, I'm in between but it definitely wasn't what I expected and hoped for.

    I played Red Dead Redemption 2 and that's a story from Rockstar I value, serious characters with serious personalities and serious past. In GTA V, it's circuss, almost everyone acts like a complete jerk, idiot, child, jumping around, talking **** dancing around you while speaking with you and singing while talking with you. I only hope they make serious campaign in GTA VI similiar to Redemption 2 with great characters and not this circuss mess. I'd like to see more about gangs and how they work in US in future game. Only character in GTA V I can compliment is Dave Norton, he was typical bastard but in a good way and healthy way for the game because he talked sense what can't be said about any other character in game who are just trying to force you laugh with dumb stuff that isn't even funny.    … Expand

    Great bounce back from the gray 4th installment to me. However, story is only 69 missions (lol...not) not split this way but really only 23 per character but not even how it splits. Too short and when completed there is nothing worth while to do.     Brilliant game. I've put over 400 hours into this game and still not even bored. Frequent content which is FREE. The amount of small detail in this game is incredible. The story mode is hilarious. The radio is hilarious. The entire game is a work of geniuses. Great Job Rockstar.

You can do all the **** you don't wanna do in real live, like playing golf, doing yoga with some **** or go biking with your obese son.Only con is that it öacks activities like brusing your teeth, or getting rectal examinations, kinda ruins the immersion.

    This is the Black Ops 3 equivalent of GTA. It has just become a rehashed system like CoD. The characters were the only upside as I fell in love with the ones I loved and the ones I hated. But if all you have is character and no substance, or just old substance, than your not that great of a game.

    Y a día de hoy puede parecer normal pero engañaron a todo el mundo con las versiones de PS3 y Xbox360, esas versiones no deberían haber existido nunca, se noto que estaba siendo desarrollado para la nueva generación PS4 y Xbox One, y también nos engañaron con sacar la versión de PC dos años mas tarde, que resume perfectamente por que ha vendido tanto este juego.

    Cuando todos nos enteramos de lo que trataría la historia de GTA V, no pudimos soportar la idea de tener que esperar para poder tenerlo en nuestras manos y jugarlo inmediatamente, la novedad era que podríamos manejar a tres personajes diferentes a la vez, incluso teniendo misiones propias para ellos y en algunas ocasiones teniendo a los tres en la misma e ir cambiando entre ellos para poder completarla.

    Si bien esto genero una emoción y expectación por el juego, cuando salio a la venta el publico o al menos yo esperábamos mucho mas que solo eso, en definitiva el modo campaña solo consistía en lo que es la historia y nada mas, se dejo de lado todas esas mecánicas que hicieron que el GTA SA fuese tan grande y se le pudieran dedicar casi tantas horas como quisieras.

    Si bien ha día de hoy juego tiene mucho contenido en el modo online, el modo campaña se queda muy pobre, todos los esfuerzos del equipo de desarrollo se fueron al online, y se noto mucho la falta de profundidad en el modo campaña, Rockstar sabia muy bien que si al publico le gustaba el online se podría llegar gastar dinero en las tarjetas, y así fue, un online plagado de contenido que si lo quieres conseguir sin pagar te tardas una vida y media, y una comunidad que esta apestada de casuals que no conocen nada mas allá que esto.

    En conclusión, no es ni el mejor ni el peor GTA, pero ha perdido todo lo que era en un comienzo y se a convertido en un juego totalmente enfocado al online con micropagos que son mas caros que el propio juego.    … Expand

I wish I could give a better review I wish online didn’t exist in this game as it only serves to destroy its reputation. If you want a 10/10 game avoid GTA online if you want a 5 out of 10 game go ahead and signup you’ll be bitterly disappointed. I’d rather have not have ever accessed the online content as it has only served to depreciate my love of Rockstar. It is safe to say I will be avoiding the online section of GTA 6 as I feel the benefit of ignorance far outweighs the cost of caring about GTA online only to be slapped in the face by a poor quality insult to the franchise. I’ve had more than enough server ejections and game play flaws online to categorically assert that GTA 5 online is a mess, should you have any doubt, try to access the heist missions you’ll understand, when you try and try to complete even the simplest of missions you’ll see the trolls, quitters and server problems I’m taking about.… Expand

    I would *highly* recommend Grand Theft Auto V to any gamer. It doesn't matter what kind of game you are into, GTAV excels in every way possible and I think any prospective buyers will find hours upon hours of excitement in this game!    … Expand

    Single player story mode is not so good. Maybe it's because I had just finished playing Witcher3 before this.
    Story is not powerful, lacks substance and depth. But once I completed the story mode there was so much more to do. Online community is very lively, freemode is also awesome, there are so many pastimes like tennis, darts,racing etc. Infact, this is one of the games you can play every day

    Most games by this stage in their life have made it to the shelf or drawers of games that will probably only be played on a whim of nostalgia. GTA V however is no such game. From the enormous and immersive open world, to the numerous side activities and the Online multiplayer with constantly updated and FREE DLC's, this game is a must grab for any basic gamer

    The meat of this game is GTA online and it's filled with a money system that's on a drip feed, and a dead community in every single mode on GTAO except for free roam.

    Well, if you want to drive on the sidewalk, shoot cops, and destroy 2012 America. This game's for you!

    La cantidad de contenido adiscional, misiones secundarias, coleccionables, misterios, son estupendos, son maravillosos, creo que ya me acabe los adjetivos calificativos.

    Esto es lo que falta en la industria , empresas que no queman sus titulso que entre medio de cada entrega lo desarrollan en 5 o 6 años.

    Grand Theft Auto V is nothing short of amazing. Rockstar has created a virtual world that feels real. The attention to detail on all fronts is obsessive. The gameplay, story, characters, music, world building, and everything else in between is masterfully crafted. Besides some glitches the game is nearly perfect, one of the greatest games ever made. I can't wait to see what they do with GTA VI.

    Cool story, good characters, and... so many fun from playing GTA V and in addition the online mode is still improved. In this game we can play for months. This is a classic. You can feel free playing this series.

    Huge open world and well designed NPC. Three main characters are unique and interesting. Amazing variety of vehicles and weapon. Anyway, it was my first game on PS4 and I was pissed about its graphics. So amazing.

    Es un buen juego pero no para tanto:
    Pros

    -Banda sonora pésima para lo que fue en esa época en donde pudieron seleccionar excelentes canciones, la banda sonora es una de las principales razones por la cual ame tanto GTA vice city, porque para la época de Tommy vercetti la música fue muy bien escogida para este juego.
    -GTA san andreas siento que aporto mucho más que lo que aporto este GTA V, con las bandas, controles territoriales, etc.

    La historia es pasable, nada del otro mundo, algunas misiones se hacen tediosas, lo principal del juego es sin duda el ONLINE, pero claro, está hecho para que gastes dinero a saco, por eso lo abandoné.

    Well, it is a pretty disappointing game for me. As a single player game fan, I thought GTA V has a weak story and its missions were repetitive and uncreative. After finishing the game, I thought the game empty and didn't have much to do after it. Probably gamers that like multiplayer games will loves its online mode, but the campaign is hugely disappointing for me.

    Almost endless possibilities and always new DLC's coming out so offen making the game better evey time. Cool map including LA and the country. Includes cool landmarks such as the Us Bank (Maze Bank) and The HollyWood Sign (VineWood)

    What I loved:

    1) Beauty of the open world - It was stunning on the PS4. There were times where I'd get myself into car crashes because I'd be messing with the camera to give myself a panoramic view of my surroundings as I was driving. I just wanted to stare at everything.

    2) Sheer variety of activities to do - This is a game where you can rob banks, fly planes, steal cars, jump out out of helicopters, or just blow **** up in general. The main story ensures that you can do all of these things. I avoided partaking of random activities like tennis or golf, or having sex with prostitutes because they didn't interest me. However, for those who want to immerse themselves in the world this way, it's an added benefit.

    3) Absolutely super voice acting and dialogue - outstanding, the best voice acting I've heard in a video game to date.

    4) Good story - I enjoyed the story, and did feel compelled to see it through to the end. I wasn't riveted or anything, but I don't necessarily think that's what the game was aiming for.

    Negatives

    1) Too much driving - honestly, while sometimes I enjoyed driving around the city and appreciate the world around me, I found it tedious to have to drive long distances everywhere I went. It would be nice if in future GTA's they perhaps include something like fast-travel.

    2) Clunky controls - the controls felt a bit clunky at times, and while it didn't detract too much from my overall enjoyment, there were points where I was very frustrated. I particularly didn't like the flying controls. Sometimes flying planes and choppers felt smooth, but other times it felt impossible to simply go straight and i was just veering wildly from side to side until (by luck) I reached my destination. The combat could also be a bit smoother, but in general I still had fun shooting people and beating them up.

It has fun physics and cool gameplay that lets you mess around to your hearts content. GTA online is definetly a experience. It is basically Gta 5 stroy but online and definetly has a fair amount of bugs and its 5 year olds screaming into headsets but it is fun to play withIf you have not bought GTA 5 then consider getting it soon because it is a game with a surprisingly emotional ending.     The game is fun and there is a lot to do. I wish there was side story lines to do and open world bank heist but that's okay. The world is massive and can do a lot of stuff. I wish there was more cars and guns but it's fine with what we have. The shoot is great and arcade like which is great. The story was okay a bit on the simplistic side but okay.

    Despite all the cons GTA V is a great game to play. It has a lot of things to do like steel a car or race maybe go on a rampage on the streets. The age you have to be to buy this game is 18 but it can be seen by kids that are 13 and up that is if they can handle the violence and a Warning that this game contains violence, gang references,and drug use.
    I personally love the game is has great graphics and controls. It is easy to learn how to play and you can play with your friends. You have the ability to create races, death matches,and last team standings. It has a wide variety of things to do you can always find something to do.

Also Rock star have now allowed players to create their own characters online and play with friends and random people by creating online servers which can hold up to 20 players per a session. Also they have added numerous online events were you vs. rivals and friends to earn cash. Rock star have recently added a new way to earn cash by doing heists with friends or other online players to earn rp to level up and cash to buy things for your player. They recently added stunt races and new apartments for your player to live in which is almost realistic. Apart from that the campaign is great as well being able to switch between 3 characters and do different story lines wall all link to the same one eventually. But I would rate this game 9/10 it’s a great game to play with you friends and a wide range of different missions, races etc but could do with some improvement with the servers. I don’t really have anything bad to say about the game but the only thing I can say is that they need to improve their speed to connect to online servers as i said above. Apart from this a great game and I recommended people to buy it.

    This great game of the saga grand theft auto with excellent history, good gameplay, good conduction, good system of coverings, good atmosphere, a world really alive and good realistic sound of the arms for my opinion the second best game of the saga alone surpassed By the masterpiece of the great console play station 2.

    If we are talking about the single player game then, in my eyes, it is a comfortable 10. Enagaging storyline, huge open world, tons of stuff to do both main quests and side quests and just a really cool sandbox to mess around in if you don't want to follow any of the narrative - honestly I was expecting big things and it was better than I expected, a true accomplishment. However, if weIf we are talking about the single player game then, in my eyes, it is a comfortable 10. Enagaging storyline, huge open world, tons of stuff to do both main quests and side quests and just a really cool sandbox to mess around in if you don't want to follow any of the narrative - honestly I was expecting big things and it was better than I expected, a true accomplishment. However, if we talk about GTAV Online then the story changes and not for the best.

    GTAV Online has huge potential and, in some of the formats it presents, it succeeds massively. The developers have continued to add thorough, new content as and when available and, for a long time, kept it fresh. There are multiple problems though and these shall be listed below:

    - Sharkcards. These are at the heart of the big issues online. It is very difficult to make money due to the low financial gains you make in the various modes (seriously even cocaine dealing is programmed to make only marginal profits). This incentivizes players to do one of two things: 1) buy a sharkcard; 2) stop playing. That leads to empty servers, a lack of atmosphere and the death of online. It also leads to the hackers (level 8000 people this is you) though certainly not the only reason. I cannot make peace with what is a blatant attempt by Rockstar to rake in even more money through these microtransactions - if the financial rewards were even close to realistic for completing missions then it would be palatable - that they so obviously skew the game to try and maximize profit grates on me enormously.

    I cannot score the game a 10 when developers do what they have done to the Online mode - it is unforgivable and a common trend in the gaming world to try and milk every last drop of money from the players - it ain't on in my opinion. I'd give single player a 10 - Online a 5, total 7.5 downgraded to a 7 for lascivious business practice.    … Expand

To me, it has deterred from me playing it on a regular basis again. Although, a HUGE PLUS for me was that I could transfer my GTA character from a Xbox 360 version to the PS4. (As R* uses their own servers to streamline character data to all platforms.) So I never lost any progress and can continue to enjoy the GTA Online right where I left off!!

    As for the main game, GTAV is a masterpiece!! No question about it! As a fan since GTA III, I've seen the games get bigger and bigger sandboxes each time! Yet they never seem to be short of sand and fun toys to play with! As for the story, I loved it, for the exception of FRANKLIN.

    Why?! Because the other two guys get some type of closure or at least a reasonable conclusion to their stories. I kind of felt Franklin was the centerpiece of the story, with Trevor and Michael being his guidance towards and away from his grip on the world he lived in. Sure, Trevor and Michael have their own stories (which are AMAZING), but there just seemed to be very little attention to fleshing out his character. Hell, I thought CJ's character from GTA Sandreas had more depth than him!! By the end of the game, I felt sorry for Franklin, as he seemed just sad and alone...but maybe that's just me.

    Gameplay wise, GTA is the best its ever been. Driving has been drastically improved. (even though, I overcame the "bad handling" in GTA IV just fine when I played it.) Gunplay still remains tight and has been optimized, but still remains the same outside of the special abilities each character gets. And the world is just massive, with tons of diversions and places to explore.

    My only major complaint, NO FAST TRAVEL in the main game OR GTA Online.

    Outside of that, GTAV is a MUST PLAY for any mature gamer out there!    … Expand

    Great and funny story telling. Big open world with many small details to see and many things to do. Combat is not the best but it's good enough to have fun.
