    Quick background on me the reviewer, I tend to like single player games that is heavy on narrative the most. I also play a lot of racing games and use to play multiplayer games in my high school days but now that it's hard for me and my friends to find a good time to link up so now it’s rarer for me to get into a multiplayer game. Up to try any genre of games and sometimes I find something new that I didn't think I'd like. I own a PC (built by me), Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, PS3, PS4, PS5, and a Switch. I prefer Playstation due to their focus on narrative games. For scoring, I’ll be using the Gameinformer review scale and of course influenced by my personal opinions.

    (9) Superb. Just shy of gaming nirvana, this score is a high recommendation because the game reviewed is head-and-shoulders above its competition.

    Rockstar is hands down the best there is when making a parody of the real world. They came out with an innovated idea to have three main characters to play as and they are all well written. You can spend a lifetime in the single player mode with how much there is in the game to do, but they also have a online mode which they just keep on adding more too. How do you choose? Online mode is full of greifers so be aware, but there is a work around to have a session all to yourself if you find yourself with bad luck in finding a good lobby. The online economy can be tough so do some research if you find it hard to make money. There are tons of helpful information on the internet for you. Now for the reason I’m not giving this game a ten. I never felt attached to any of the main characters/story didn’t have any moving moments. It was all action, which may not be a bad thing to many of you. I will always remember Niko Belic and his ambition to start a new life in America. Another issue is how they aren't being as detailed as they did in the past with the driving mechanics, car physics, relationships, and businesses.    … Expand

    I get it, it is all about the money and microtransactions, but will GTA 6 come out ever? This game is older than probably 15% of its players. That is insane!!

    This has to be one of the most successful games in all of history. Scoring one of the highest scores on Metacritic is one thing but it’s another to have the most engaging gameplay and most open map in rockstar history. Beaches, Cities, Deserts, Mountains and more!

If you don't i'll just tell you some of my own reasons: good graphics for 2013 and still okay for 2022; interesting story: not borring, not too long, not too short; no microtransactions, no LGBTQ or any propaganda; good soundtrack (i havent expected anything worse from Rockstar); normal gun physics for 2022; and a very large sandboxOh GTA5! I think everyone knows why they buy this game.     A great mockery of exaggerated American culture, an awesome chaotic story that involves FIB(FBI),IIA(CIA), a private militia and three really different dudes that are caught up in this conspiracy, A great open world with excellent driving mechanics and decent shooting mechanics. A must buy for any video game enjoyer.

    Huge open world and well designed NPC. Three main characters are unique and interesting. Amazing variety of vehicles and weapon. Anyway, it was my first game on PS4 and I was pissed about its graphics. So amazing.

    Definitely not the best GTA part, but still quite good. Nice graphic as for 2014 year game. A lot of Rockstar humour.

    One of the best Grand Theft Auto in history, combining three characters in a story seems to me an excellent proposal, something that Rockstar Games had been trying since the Episodes from Liberty City, the open world that is a parody of Los Angeles is very detailed and it has a lot of realistic physics, some not up to Grand Theft Auto IV, but it has its touch of realism

This game is masterpiece is so good, but the car physics is just one big terrible :D… Expand

    I was a fool and bought it for the single player which is awful. If you go off corse for a split second and try to experiment you fail the mission you on and a lot of the time the you don't know what the game wants you to do so all your doing is experimenting then failing because the game doesn't want you to experiment.

    After that I thought to try online and my first experience was 15 min    I was a fool and bought it for the single player which is awful.     A overall great game but not a masterpiece for me. Best moment: the FBI, CIA, Military etc. meeting, what a ridiculous, awesome, funny moment. Worst moment: the torture "mini game", it would have been enough to make it a cut scene but this was just disgusting.

    Il gioco si commenta da solo, ha una trama divertente e leggera, un gameplay spettacolare, la mappa è piena di cose da fare tra missioni principali e secondarie i personaggi sono iconici e memorabili

    Idea dát nám možnost přepínat mezi třemi postavami na papíře zněl skvěle. Bohužel zejména Lincoln je naprosto nevyužitá a zbytečná postava. Díky propojení zápletky jednotlivých postav je příběh rozmělněný, nezajímavý. Zejména na začátku vše vypadá dobře ale zhruba ve čtvrtině až třetině se do hry nutí tedy. Laxnost vývojářů ne dodat a ne rozšířit pomoci příběhových DLC příběhIdea dát nám možnost přepínat mezi třemi postavami na papíře zněl skvěle.     [Esp] Grand Theft Auto 5, se va mas al lado hollywoodense, con un monton de misiones tanto primarias y secundarias locas y divertidas, lo que hace tambien grande es la gran cantidad de satira de la vida americana siendo la carta de "amor" de rockstar a la sociedad moderna americana, lo que tambien me gusto es la personalizacion del protagonistas, por ejemplo: tatuajes, cabello, ropa, y no[Esp] Grand Theft Auto 5, se va mas al lado hollywoodense, con un monton de misiones tanto primarias y secundarias locas y divertidas, lo que hace tambien grande es la gran cantidad de satira de la vida americana siendo la carta de "amor" de rockstar a la sociedad moderna americana, lo que tambien me gusto es la personalizacion del protagonistas, por ejemplo: tatuajes, cabello, ropa, y no solo de tu personaje sino de tus autos, como vidrios enegresidos, ruedas blindadas etc. Y lo mas grande: El modo online, debido a la gran cantidad de detalle y la enferma cantidad de contenido lo hace un juego masivo, 100% recomendable incluso casi 8 años despues de su lanzamiento.
