Unfortunately for them, Claire will do whatever it takes to get her back and crush anyone who stands in her way! She teams up with her two friends (and housemates) - retired pro-wrestler Miller T. Williams and Duke Sancho, the streetwise bare-knuckle fighter. Together they must battle and brawl their way through the mean streets of London in a risky mission to reunite Claire with her sister.

Final Vendetta is a hard-hitting action packed beat 'em up for 1 or 2 players in the vein of classic arcade titles. Featuring stunning pixel art and a thumping soundtrack with exclusive tracks from Utah Saints! Brawl with bad dudes and tough girls as you fight through dangerous environments.

Final Vendetta is pure beat 'em up, both for the good and for the bad. As a retro experience is great and it reminds us of the great classics of the genre, despite its limited length and some difficulty spikes.

Bitmap Bureau continue their streak of bringing quality retro styled games in their unmistakeable, passionate style. Final Vendetta is a great attempt at a new Final Fight style brawler; however, the challenge and lack of modern conveniences will be a put off to some. This one is well worth it if you love an excellent soundtrack (courtesy of the Utah Saints) and thought Streets of Rage 4 was too easy.

Final Vendetta isn’t a bad game, but in trying to ape the classics it loses sight of the true goal post: the games that currently rule the roost. Even then, we’d still rather play the original Final Fight or Streets of Rage than this middling effort that just simply doesn’t feel as welcoming or enjoyable. Ultimately, if you’re a huge fan of the genre and have a great deal of patience you might get some fun out if it, but it’s never going to be remembered as a classic.
