    Game has several issues but also does a lot right. Visuals are good. Soundtrack is top notch. I personally found the gameplay loop to be addicting, Story is solid by itself without all the extra junk. Characters are the best part. Noctis and his bros have such great chemistry. I personally enjoyed the open world and what it had to offer. It’s not done the best but it’s also unique. Isn’tGame has several issues but also does a lot right. Visuals are good.     One of the best RPG of the year, and that I've played in my life. A gorgeous and functional RPG that makes you wanna play more and more. The history is simply beautiful, the characters development is so good that you can feel they evolving during the game. The combat is good, but remarcable, the skills of noctis and the teamwork are the glimpse of it. Talking about teamwork, theOne of the best RPG of the year, and that I've played in my life. I listen to the soundtrack even today, and it's breathtaking. The graphics aren't the best, but good for the time that was launched. The map is huge and have so many side quests to do.     An absolute gem compared to the burning pile of mindless trash that is 16. Manages to retain some qualities of slower turn-based ff and yet also delivers on exploration. The characters and setting are fresh, the world vibrant. F ff16.

    After spending more than 200 hours playing Final Fantasy 15, I can feel more than satisfied with the work done by the development team.
    One of the most fascinating openworld games that I've recently played, with a simple story but an extremely large and epic Lore, and a wonderful world to explore.
    I especially enjoyed fishing in the awesome and huge world of Eos, becoming my new favorite    After spending more than 200 hours playing Final Fantasy 15, I can feel more than satisfied with the work done by the development team.
    One of the most fascinating openworld games that I've recently played, with a simple story but an extremely large and epic Lore, and a wonderful world to explore.
    I especially enjoyed fishing in the awesome and huge world of Eos, becoming my new favorite minigame within the Final Fantasy franchise.
    The characters are beautifully characterized, and the gameplay is simple but very fun and intuitive.
    Honorable mention to the excellent soundtrack, and to the excellent main villain, Ardyn Izunia.

    Pad in hand, the game is fun to play, and it works.
    The spirit of the journey is there, the well-written characters are there, the plot accompanied by an interesting Lore as well.
    But what amazed me the most was the wonderful world to explore. I loved dungeons, enemies and bosses, and found spells and Summons to be particularly spectacular. Epic like the classic chapters of the    Pad in hand, the game is fun to play, and it works.

    It's a good game, but not on par with previous games in the franchise. They should have finished the game before releasing it. Hopefully the royal edition fixes that

    Final Fantasy XV is, essentially, the most beautiful and cool Final Fantasy game that you can play today.

    It has a fun battle system, a nice plot, a great Lore, a wonderful graphics and a majestic soundtrack.

    Definitely a truly remarkable and enjoyable game.

    Final Fantasy 15 it has a phenomenal gameplay completely action full of spectacular combo, chains attack, parry, the powerful magics, the epic Summons, the Arminger Unleashed, and much more; and a cast of truly characteristics and very well written characters, Noctis, Ignis, Gladio and Prompto, in pretty much every aspect.
    Even with their respective jobs and hobby.
    The whole execution of the interaction between the chocobros are truly remarkable and special, something that hardly you can see into a videogame today.
    And that makes this game even more unique.

    The whole story it is also truly interesting and pretty cool, even if to the player is asked to have the patience to follow different kinds of media between an anime (Brotherhood Final Fantasy XV) and a movie prequel (Kingsglaive Final Fantasy XV), and to play the other DLCs released, the whole operation it is pretty much fully rewarded, with intriguing evolution and absolutely stunning events, that makes this whole big operation definitely worth to be followed.

    I've spent over 250 hours in the Eos world of Final Fantasy XV, and it easily became one of my favorite Final Fantasy games ever.    … Expand

    One of my favorite games of all time, and I was surprised to notice that is my favorite Final Fantasy. The history cloud be better explained, but even though the game is amazing. It’s a true Final Fantasy game with very nice drama, soundtrack, heroes, classic monsters, etc.
    It’s started the trend for a more action combat system perfected by FF VII Remake and FF XVI.     i truly do not understand where the "hate" comes from.

    I will never ever forget the journey i had, with "my friends". The quality, soundtrack, graphics it was a masterpiece. Yes, it had some flaws, i get it. But why disctract yourself from an epic journey?! the game feels very personal, you bond with your brothers and overcome everything together. Gameplay was also very very good! it was    i truly do not understand where the "hate" comes from.

    This is one of the only games that had me hooked for days on end. In my writing I realize however my bias in liking this game so much, since it was my first Final Fantasy game, my first PS4 game, and my first modern AAA game title.

    final fantasy xv is one of my favorite final fantasy game and i been playing this game since 2016 my favorite collaboration in this was XV and XIV crossover events when i replay XV with new game plus i always don’t forget to do a crossover game with XIV and my favorite memories in this game is everything especially the ending. “you guys are the best”

    My first FF game. After around 25 hours, it was a beautiful experience and a nice tale about the friendship.I will start with pros first. Played it on performance mode and it goes smoothly on PS5. Landscapes are nice,but what i most liked are the bossfights with epic set pieces. Bossfight with Ifrit was phenomenal.The game story time is on point. Not too much, not too short. Now, as forMy first FF game. Now, as for the cons - Sometimes there are boring parts where you fight with the same dull enemies . Side quests are not fun, i beat maybe 7,8 of them and i quit. Checkpoints are sometimes really far far i away, so it can happen you beat 2 sub bosses, you die after that and you start over. I found it preety annoying since this is not a soulsborne like game. But dont get me wrong, it happened 3,4 times during my playtrough. All in all, Noctis is a great character, and it was a good experience...… Expand

    Despite several issues due to it's very complicated development, I can only recommend playing FFXV. Mostly for its characters development and a little bit for its story (do the DLCs after you finish the game and watch short Ardyn movie, it brings a lot to the lore).

    This is one of the most enjoyable that I've experienced, so I can safely recommend this, if you like openworld games with a great action gameplay, and a beautiful story.

    P.S.: both the lore and the OST of this game are gorgeous

    Final Fantasy XV has a special atmosphere. The open world parts are interesting and full of side quests. But these are a bit repetitive. Also the indoor levels get boring after some hours. But worth playing!

    Contra todas las críticas, considero que la decimoquinta entrega es un gran juego. Gráficos, jugabilidad, sistema de combate, duración, el mundo abierto que propone (pese a la conducción), misiones... Solo le falla la historia, que casi con toda seguridad es la peor de toda la saga.

    I've played my first Final Fantasy about 26 years ago, and I can guarantee that this game respect the reputation of all his little brothers. The story, the MUSIC oh my god, the graphics, the ending. The four friends and his journey, the interactions, it's simply amazing! This game will bring you joy and sadness, nostalgia, melancholy and a lot of emotions, well done SquareEnix!

    The story starts out easy to follow, but starts to lose its steam around its second act. It quickly becomes a mess of confusion as most Final Fantasy stories    A game that is truly an enjoyable experience. Not a perfect experience, but a very fun one nonetheless. As a whole package, the story is a little lacking, but the main characters are all very likable with distinct personalities.

    The story starts out easy to follow, but starts to lose its steam around its second act. It quickly becomes a mess of confusion as most Final Fantasy stories do. There are some jarring transitions to certain areas in the game that seem to carry little purpose. Although its third act is VERY short compared to the first two, it wraps up the story quite nicely and gives a very nice feel-good moment, thanks to the strong characters. Most other Final Fantasy casts aren't as likable, despite what some nostalgia-blind folk might tell you. This cast really does make the story worth seeing through to the end.

    If you're not one for story and characters, then the gameplay is rock solid. The combat is similar to that seen in the Kingdom Hearts series. It's fast, frantic, and fun. Attacks flow well, and you have special abilities that your partners can use for various purposes. Multiple enemies can become a chore if you don't defeat them fast enough, but it doesn't take away from a very solid and enjoyable core system. In my opinion, it beats just about any turn-based system out of the water.

    Overall, it's a game that puts its story behind its fun characters and equally fun gameplay. A gorgeous world packed full of giant creatures to battle, which can only be taken advantage of fully with the current open world and free flowing combat systems.    … Expand

    Sure I had to work hard to follow all the sections of the plot, including film, anime and game, but I found the whole thing worth it, with a rather mature, intriguing and really beautiful story overall.     Yes, because having played all the previous Final Fantasy games, I say that Final Fantasy XV has the most fun and satisfying gameplay of all.
    A fun action experience, with a wonderful world to explore.

    This is the classic case of "don't judge a game before you are actually playing it".
    Definitely recommended by me.

    I love this game. I played this game twice and I really enjoyed everything. Graphics, battle system, stories, characters etc. The only problem I noticed when playing this game on PS4 is the slow loading time. Overall this is a great and memorable game I have ever played.

I have played it for soo long and have a lot of memories playing it .. the gameplay is something new and invigorating for a final fantasy game , I throughly enjoyed the story and the unique cast of characters you’ll encounter noctis seems to be the must human out of all final fantasy characters next to squall and zidane.. the cast all have their own struggles andGod do I love this game..     Being able to create something really special and different like Final Fantasy XV (into a big franchise already so variegated) I'm sure must have been a really great feeling.

    To visit every single dungeon, and every single panorama, offered by the game I spent more than 100 hours of gameplay.
    And I think ultimately, it was really worth it.

    This is my first Final Fantasy game and I loved it. The story was sometimes a bit confusing but I still loved the story. The combat is on point and the Boss fights are amazing! Before I played this game I always thought that Final Fantasy was some kind of "Weeb Game" but I was absolutely wrong! I definitely recommend this game to everyone.

The combat is where this game lacks a lot in but for me it wasn't much of a hassle and it didn't tilt me off the planet ever which is a plus for me. It can be fun at times but its never going to be the REASON why I love playing this game.     I've also really liked the incredible work done with the battle system, dynamic and fun to play.

    It's like The Witcher 3 of the Final Fantasy games. A wonderful and majestic world, with incredible monsters, beautiful city's, and an epic story.     This game has flaws, but I think everything in this game is made with so much heart. At the beginning I found the Noctis a bit annoying, but after the long journey with him and the fellows, he became my favorite character. I think the longer you play this game, the more you'll be touched by the story.

Eventually combat gels and you get a cute girl along for the ride and the next thing your imersed in a buetifull relaxing and dangerous world.. They have nailed the road trip theme andIt took me a while to come around with this game as its full to the brim with origional and inovation concepts and gameplay systems.     First start with Final Fantasy XV’s false. Uncomplete story. If anyone who want to know the whole story of Final Fantasy XV, he or she must watch animation “Final Fantasy XV : brotherhood” also with movie “Final Fantasy XV : kingsglaive” but it’s still shorter compare with previous episode (about 24 hours). Bugs, Final Fantasy XV have many bugs also with long load game time with cause from limitation of budgets and times. (Many people think that this game has use 10 years to develop but the true is it’s use only 3 years instead).
    But, in disadvantage things, Final Fantasy XV still have more good part like great character design for both male and female character designs, Real time battle which allowed player to controlled up to 4 characters at the same time. Open world, player can control the character to move other from the main story to farming and boss hunting to get better equipment which has level from very easy to very hard. Also, with another mode of gameplay like take a photo, cooking food and fishing.
    Finally, even Final Fantasy XV still have disadvantage things, but the good part is more. So, many gamers and fans of this game are supposed that Final Fantasy XV is one of the best games in 2016.    … Expand

    As a fan of final fantasy, until today only FFVII AND FFXV have had my rating of 10. FFXV is one of the best games of the ps4 generation, the gameplay, graphics, music are great, what more can I say .. .. you have to play it.

    I like to play with it every now and then, it's not a bad pastime. pity that the graphics pulled up on ps5, you can not go beyond 30 frames per second. Every now and then it turns into boring.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Final Fantasy 15 was a game I picked up via the PlayStation Now service. It also boasts the distinction that it is the first of the long-running series of games that have actually completed.

    The story itself is fairly basic. It is about a soon-to-be king named Noctis going on an adventure with three of his best friends on a worldwide adventure. Along the way, you will face everything from foot soldiers to a mountain size monster. The world is vast and the number of things to do and people to see is nearly as big as the world itself is. You could easily clock in over 50-100 hours if you wanted to and still have things to do.

    You can fish, hunt down monsters for bounties, play a few games, and order food. It also has a great ending to the game's story. One of the best of any game I have ever beaten.

    Next to Final Fantasy 10 this may be one of the best games in its lineup.    … Expand

And of course the music is exceptional, meeting the standards of any Final Fantasy title (you can even unlock a lot of old tracks from previous FF games).

    The game-play is what really won me over with this one. The adventuring and exploration is great, full of monsters to kill and treasures to harvest! The new action based combat is a lot of fun with a great feel to it. Of course, just like most, the biggest criticism is the magic. Mostly because of the friendly fire that all spells can cause. And like most comments, it's not a big deal because you can breeze through the game without using a single spell.

    I could go on and on about the vast amount of content that is on offer, such as the fishing and the cooking and the chocobos etc etc. But what I must highlight is the opening statement before the title screen “A Final Fantasy for old fans and newcomers”. This FF really does strike a great balance to please the wider audience in the best way.    … Expand

    After so many years of development, Final Fantasy XV is not what I expected it to be. The universe is immense and beautiful and the characters are just fine. But the story is short and disappointing and the gameplay suffers from lack of depth. FFXV is a good game, but it can never bring the former glories back to the series.

    Despite a divided feel, torn between what it was and what it plans to be, Final Fantasy XV has a lot to offer. If you're a diehard JRPG fan, then it's a positive sign that the series can cross over to a new format. And if you're just looking for an open world adventure, Final Fantasy XV certainly has that in spades, while doing just enough things differently to separate it from the likes of Dragon Age and Elder Scrolls.
