This is a great value if you don't bought the original game, because it contains all of the updates and the DLCs. The gameplay, music and design is so amazing and finally the story is definitely a top natch.

just because it's not a turn-based rpg that so called 'final fantasy fanbase' wanted, doesn't mean it's bad

This game finally reach it's best with this Royal Edition. It's a must. A great adventure with a great storyline and great mechanics. I like so much the fact that contents is still in develpoment and 2019 will bring many dlc's.

Una nueva forma de jugar a Final Fantasy, me ha encantado tanto el juego, como la historia. Muchas horas de diversión y entretenimiento.

All DLC from 2016 and 2017 included and much needed for a game that needed more content from the start.

A hit in the face for those who bought the game day one.
    *Shady Business practice
    *Sells Story related contend
*no respect for the first Buyers

In the end they made people who bought day One pay to develop Royal Edition and want to get even more money for selling relevant content.

Like the windows edition, this also contains all the DLC and QoL updates, so if you have yet to jump into FFXV yet now is the time to do so.

This expansion to XV is really worthwhile and the content makes it a great purchase for anybody who likes RPG's or action games with a twist.

This was a somewhat enjoyable play through the first time I did, but only took 2 weeks to Platinum trophy this game. Unfortunately, this is the worst game I've seen such continued 'support' for. Also, if you're a trophy hunter/completionist, it's annoying how they keep adding more trophies to the game that are more difficult than the main game's and require a lot of grinding to achieve. This was a somewhat enjoyable play through the first time I did, but only took 2 weeks to Platinum trophy this game. This game just feels and looks like an unorganized mess. It seemed to be in development a long time, but I wish they would've kept it in development until it was completely finished and edited properly. I think the multiplayer should've also come out at the games initial release. I had to force myself to revisit the game to play it and there's far too many other superior games. Expand

We know that Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition won't be the definitive edition of the game, since more DLC is scheduled. This is the most complete and most beautiful edition of the game thus far, but it's asking you to buy into a very good but still flawed experience that is slowly but surely catching up. If you truly can't wait until the real complete edition surfaces, you'll have a decent experience at the very least. Otherwise, pass on this title and wait another year. The mammoth project that is FFXV will eventually come to a satisfying conclusion.

Final Fantasy XV is a must play for this end of the year. It features a concise narrative storyline but a massive amount of side quests in a huge open world to elevate the game's longevity beyond a hundred hours.

Gradual improvements mean FFXV is in slightly better shape than it was when it launched in December 2016, but it'll take more than a few additional cutscenes to make its story feel complete. [May 2018, p.96]
