    Pay 2 win game, here is nothing about real football. Every year a lot of things in this game doesn't work correctly, for example career mode. In UT a lot of patches killed this game till the early november. There are a lot of things that make millioms fans crazy - such as scripts, glitches and handicap. Servers are terrible(not for players from Germany or Holland). i got 500mb internet,Pay 2 win game, here is nothing about real football.     Simply put, FIFA 20 is currently a broken mess of a game, unless you're an avid fan of the game's monetised game mode with the, Ultimate Team, then you're probably fine.

    90% of the issues lie in Career Mode, the once main feature of past FIFA's from long ago. The game mode has long been forgotten about since the take off of Ultimate Team in FIFA 12, in fact, the game mode has arguably    Simply put, FIFA 20 is currently a broken mess of a game, unless you're an avid fan of the game's monetised game mode with the, Ultimate Team, then you're probably fine.

    90% of the issues lie in Career Mode, the once main feature of past FIFA's from long ago. The game mode has long been forgotten about since the take off of Ultimate Team in FIFA 12, in fact, the game mode has arguably regressed over the last few years. Issues with long serving bugs that haven't been fixed, despite EA saying otherwise, lack of any meaningful new features & even features being removed. Just by going back onto FIFA 11 you can see a number of nice little features that helped the Career Mode experience to be that much more immersive which have inexcusably been removed. Why? Ultimate Team is why. Why spend the man hours making a good single player game mode when you can instead push everybody towards your game mode that earns you billions every year? EA don't care about the people that either don't want to spend £1000's on packs or a considerably large amount of your free time grinding away.

    Where to begin about this year's instalment of Career Mode? Well it actually began quite promisingly. They finally announced a decent number of new features that had been requested by the community for a few years such as meaningful press conferences, dynamic player potential, player conversations & manager creation. This was generally seen as a step in the right direction for once. Then the game released & the Career Mode we received is practically unplayable due to the enormous amount of bugs with even the new features being littered with them. So far there has been around 27 reported bugs & we're only 4 days into the game's launch. Two examples of game breaking bugs include, teams being incapable of starting their strongest starting XI's resulting in unrealistic league tables (Man City being relegated is a regular occurrence) & editing players results in players having their positions being changed & losing overall as a result. This game mode clearly wasn't tested as it's impossible to miss a large number of these issues, & if it was, they turned a blind eye to them & shrugged them off as issues they can patch months later. Unacceptable.

    EA have at least now acknowledged these bugs & are 'working' on a fix for them, however they probably won't be patched until late October or early November at the earliest & that's being optimistic. Even then, there's no guaranteeing that these bugs will all be properly fixed. EA have a history of 'fixing' things only for them to not be fixed at all.

    In short, if you mainly buy FIFA for Career Mode then avoid this at all costs, at least until it's in a playable state which could take months. As a passionate Career Mode player since FIFA 07, I, what a lot of people would say stupidly, pre-order FIFA every year & despite the mode's shortcomings in recent years, still get hundreds of hours of entertainment out of the game, however I've never been more disgusted with EA Sports & a FIFA release. After spending £60 on a game you expect at the bare minimum to receive a functioning game, but for Career Mode players, it's simply unplayable. This is by far the most broken game I've purchased & maybe even known from release.

    The servers are all broken, can not play in conditions, we also check that the Career mode is a mess.

    Hands down the worst FIFA in the history of the series. I've never experienced worse gameplay than the state of this game. EA is constantly raping their customers on FUT and career mode is horrible.

    Another unfinished game from EA, which is filled with bugs and flaws. Unsurprisingly the only mode which seems to be playable is Ultimate Team, but even that at times feels clunky with its new squad interface.

    Gameplay still feels like playing a pinball arcade machine. If you want a real football simulation go buy the other game. Every new feature is broken and the same bugs that have been in place since 2014 are still very apparent.

    It is absolutely unacceptable that Career Mode improvements over the past ~4yrs have been minimal and badly implemented (loan to buy-clauses).

    This year EA promised so much but fixing (which is nothing considering that they should do that in updates and not market bugfixes as "game feature"), yet are either too incompetent to actually do so or deem us too dumb to spot an obvious lie...

EA continues to release games in unplayable states - the likes of Anthem, Battlefront 2 and FIFA 20 show they just don't care about the consumer. Don't waste your money here.

    Career Mode is unplayable. Bugs, glitches, errors, even a lot of spelling errors for gods sake. Worst iteration ever for FIFA - avoid unless they ever fix it.

    By far the worst FIFA I've ever played. Career mode is a buggy, unplayable mess at absolute best. It has all the same issues that have been in the game for the last 3 years, plus a whole list of new ones such as Manchester City consistently getting relegated, Barcelona just deciding they don't need to actually play Messi, and all sorts of other mess with the player editor especially. WhyBy far the worst FIFA I've ever played. Career mode is a buggy, unplayable mess at absolute best. The worst FIFA I've played in a while..used to be a fan of pes until pes 17 then moved to FIFA from 17-19 but I'll definitely move back to pes...the gameplay is too broken and scripted...I could see positive improvements in one time shots when the players don't even position themselves or generate enough power to score but they still score...which has reduced in FIFA 20 but the overall gameplay till has a lot of unrealism in it..even with their focus on defending.. you'll still tackle and the ball falls to your opponent or your goalkeeper makes a save only for the ball to bounce back to your opponent… Expand

    Shambles. Pay a fortune and career mode is just last seasons squads, and last seasons European Competitions. Bugs in career mode remain that have been issues for at least three years now, and are actually getting worse. Completely unplayable. Dont bother wasting your time unless you enjoy spending a fortune on lootboxes, as the game is pointless otherwise.

    Don't believe the paid "professional" reviews, this is a shocker of a game. It's not even fun, volta is boring. Broken in so many ways that I cant even list them in 150 characters!

    Don't buy it, PES 20 is way better and you can download all the kits and licenses for it online for ps4.

    FIFA 20 is a better football simulation in overall compared to FIFA 19, but it’s still lagging behind its main competitor greatly. EA is losing the race to Konami, at least in this generation of consoles, where they used to dominate.
