    Game is fun but it feels like your controlling a sack of bricks for the first half of the game until you get a **** ton of upgrades. Shooting is not very fun because of this.

    Far Cry 4 delivers in being a sequel to Far Cry 3. Albeit nothing has really changed gameplay wise. Far Cry 4 can be fun at moments but doesn't really delivery anything memorable in the grand scope of the franchise.

    This is a very good game. Graphics, the world, the characters are all well designed and written. The choices you make seem meaningful and gameplay is challenging and engaging. The humor sprinkled throughout the game is also intelligent and well received on my part.
    Pagan Min is a great character.

    Worse Far Cry 3 in every way that matters. Fun, but doesn,t improve on the prequel, The Far Cry stagnation started here and I can´t help but kind of ressenting it. On its own, it´s a good game, that could have been great, but the great game that it could be is Far Cry 3. It replicated it´s "formula" without fully understanding it, and it shows.

    Few things improved from far cry 3 but also some annoying things like eagles always attacking, and all the characters are unlikable, meaning i ran through the game not caring about my decisions.

    It's decent, I ended up finishing it. Story's nothing special. Driving everywhere gets annoying. Towers & other missions get repetitive. Graphics are great.

    The game is average and does get dull. This game is very similar to Far Cry 3 but there are some differences. The game’s story begins to feel rushed around 55% of the way through the game.

I prefer Playstation due to their focus on narrative games. For scoring, I’ll be using the Gameinformer review scale and of coursed influenced by my personal opinions.

    Far Cry series is a great franchise but this iteration did nothing new compared to the previous game. Hunting, driving, AI, perks, skills, radio towers, are all the same. The only new thing is a new villain. Villian is well written but not as remunerable as Vaas. Feels more like DLC then a new game. Still a good game to play if you got extra time on your hands. If you never played a Far Cry game, this is fine game to start with and then give Far Cry 3 a try.    … Expand

    This game works surprisingly well. Although I haven't played third part of this franchise, game-play of this part looks for me familiar with all of assassin's creed games. But variety of minor tasks does not allow the player to get bored. Also I can admit that the all of the characters was interesting and unforgettable.

    Way bettet than Far Cry 5, this game is FUN, a word ubisoft forgot the meaning. The game have a good open world, good combat and good progression, even thou it gets very repetitive with time.

    This was my first Far Cry game and also my favorite one.

    The gameplay feels heavy and grounded but it's very satisfying. Also, the driving mechanics are easily some of the best in a videogame, driving feels realistic and the handling is amazing. In terms of story it does have some weird things going on but overall it's just whatever, and the characters are charming but I didn't care for    This was my first Far Cry game and also my favorite one.

    In terms of story it does have some weird things going on but overall it's just whatever, and the characters are charming but I didn't care for them that much.

    In the end it's just a pretty good game even though it suffers from the classic Ubisoft styled open world formula.

Ну и конечно же любимые вышки и аванпосты, которые теперь нужно еще и защищать от нападений каждый раз как ты уже убежал метров на 100. Сука ну почему всегда так? Почему сразу нельзя скрипт влючить, зачем вы меня заставляете постоянно возвращаться?
    Сюжет вторичен - изолированная экзотическая страна, приезжий главный герой, который решает все проблемы повстанцев. Сценарий не найден - гг - картонка в духе "да всех убью, да все взорву". Мотивация, если ее вообще придумали, не показана. После Джейсона в фк3, который был замотивирован по самые яйца местью за брата и спасением друзей из плена, а после еще и обоснованно примкнувшего к повстанцам, фк4 пробивает дно, и второе тоже, и третье следом. Никакого эмоционального отклика, никаких размышлений, никакого развития персонажа, так как это не персонаж. Сюжетные задания отличаются от второстепенных только тем, что выдаются не картой на столе, а озвученными именными, но такими же картонными и нехаризматичными, пустышками. Делать придется одно и то же на протяжении всей игры. Очень напоминает лутер-шутеры категории б, только вот без лута.
    Теперь о хорошем. Низкий поклон художникам, дизайнерам и моделерам, картинка очень привлекательная и радует глаз - куда ни плюнь, так везде красиво (именно их труд поднимает оценку с 0/10).
    Итог : Пустой открытый мир, который тратит время кучей боев и бессмысленных "коллекционок". Скучные основные задания. История с бумажки из урны общественного туалета и персонажи исполняющие роль брифинга. Гг - оболочка без наполнения, кукла, которая делает все, что скажут. И качественная картинка. В совокупности остается какой-то странный привкус во рту и губы обмазанные чем-то коричневым.    … Expand

Which is very apt, the game offers tons of side activities that are unfortunately very repetitive. Thus, you soon stop enjoying them and focus only on the main story. It is, to its credit, very long (but it keeps you entertained from start to finish). The setting of Hymalaya is phenomenal.A good game, but not great. As a friend of mine said "Huge as the ocean, with the depth of a pond". Which is very apt, the game offers tons of side activities that are unfortunately very repetitive. Thus, you soon stop enjoying them and focus only on the main story. It is, to its credit, very long (but it keeps you entertained from start to finish). The setting of Hymalaya is phenomenal.

    The story is interesting and teaches you that you don't walk away from a dinner party (those who have finished the game certainly understand). The characters are well written.

    Gameplay is excellent, Crafting is interesting. The only thing I didn't really like was the driving model.

    So I rate it 8/10, one point less than the previous installment, which was more balanced.    … Expand

    О, так сказать, визуальной составляющей.
    Ну начну с того, что игры такого класса не делают за год с небольшим. Так что считаю игру выпущенной строго к старту нового поколения консолей. Игра вышла кстати и на предыдущем поколении. И я не представлял какое же это говно, в графическом плане на постгеге. Как можно было сделать красивейший Far Cry 3 и через год выпустить такой кал на том же движке и на том же железе? Уму не постижимо! Пробовал её и на PlayStation 4. Никакой выдающейся разницы, в сравнении с Far Cry 3 на PS3 я не заметил.
    Что касается сюжета, над ним тоже долго не думали. Придумали трансвестита-антагониста, а так же двух придурков пытающихся занять его место, типа твоих помощников. Ещё это одна из немногих игр в которых после 3х часов, мне очень хотелось собственноручно задушить этих самых друзей-помощников. До того они тупые.
    В шутерной механике это оказался всё тот же Far Cry 3. Единственное нововведение это кошка и читерский "вертолётик".
    Ещё одно разочарование, это оружие. В игре его много, очень много. Но оно совершенно не нужно. Это касается и третьей, да и пятой частей серии. Всю игру проходишь с оружием полученным в первые 3 часа игры, потому что всё остальное оружие либо такое же, либо даже хуже твоего по характеристикам. И покупать его за бешенные деньги смысла нет. Отличия чисто визуальные.
    Пытался поиграть позже, как я уже говорил, на PlayStation 4, но через пару часов забросил. До того игра скучна, даже с улучшенной графикой.
    Нововведение которое действительно понравилось это, как я уже говорил, была кошка, но она мне пригодилась по полной только в Far Cry Primal, одной из лучших и недооценённых игр этого поколения.
    Ещё в игру добавили кооп, совершенно не играбельный по интернету.
    Резюмирую. Far Cry 4 типичный, одноразовый проходняк. Не приносящий ничего качественно нового серии. С тупыми и не проработанными главными героями. При том нашего протагониста именно в этой серии лишили языка. Вот так.    … Expand

    Content wise, the game was a major step-up from Far Cry 3, though I didn't really appreciate the story and how you're really rooting for the supposed "bad guy" at the end. And at times you're really doing the game side missions over and over. I'm also glad this was the last game with the stupid towers that seemed to plague every Ubisoft game for a time.

    You cans imply end the game with the basic setup of guns, as i went into halfway without changing, and after it didnt felt a difference at all. The Shangri-La missions maybe end weak, but are at least kind a original. Me myself didnt enjoy them, but i can see others finding those a solid element of the title.
    As FC3 the taking of posts and towers is satysfying... but it felt so easy that i halfway through didnt enjoy it anymore. But once again i can see someone enjoying it..

    To sum it up. I felt this game unispiring at all and aiming for easy money. Im giving it a 4/10.    … Expand

All the bugs and problems I had with Far Cry 3 are still here - graphical mishaps, inconsistent fall damage, a story that easily falls into the background. We get a better main villain in Pagan Min but he also ends up featuring far too little similarly to Vaas.Far Cry 4 for me is a sequel that manages to top its predecessor in most ways but also suffers from feeling a bit too familiar. All the bugs and problems I had with Far Cry 3 are still here - graphical mishaps, inconsistent fall damage, a story that easily falls into the background. We get a better main villain in Pagan Min but he also ends up featuring far too little similarly to Vaas.

    Thankfully the negatives aren't the only thing that made the jump from 3 to 4 - everything good has not only been brought back but in most cases it's improved. Gameplay feels tighter and you have more options for combat and traversal. The location is a much more interesting and beautiful choice this time and the plot, if a bit forgettable, feels like it has bigger stakes than the one in Far Cry 3.

    Far Cry 4 is a better version of Far Cry 3 but it never ends up becoming anything more than "a good yet similar sequel".    … Expand

    An awesome journey into the Himalayas, which improved many mechanics introduced in its prequels and introduced many news as well. The game has terrific landscapes and awesome missions, keeping solid mechanics of the previous game, such as the hunting and stealth systems.

    Ce farcry est dans la continuité du 3. Avec du recul, je le préfère au 5.
    La grosse faiblesse de Ubisoft c’est le scénario et les quêtes annexes répétitives.
    Il reste tout de même plaisant mais pas exceptionnel.

    This game is just good, i like the story and Pagan Min is one the best villains in video game history in my opinion, thanks to Troy Baker and the writers.     recycled game are the same scenes of far cry 3. game totally buggy, your character enters into the scene. weak plot, ugly graphics and bad gameplay.

    Far cry 4 is an average game. pretty much what you expect from Ubisoft. This game has a terrible protagonist in Ajay and a good antagonist in Pagen min. It is take place in the Himalayan mountains and overall it has a ok story with Pagen being the strong parts the healing animations are very cool in this game. but game play wise is very repetitive. first 2 hours is strong then the middleFar cry 4 is an average game. pretty much what you expect from Ubisoft.     Decent main story, the rest is mostly trash made to annoy and remove the will to play, so many unecessary functions or events made just to make the game as tedious as possible.

    A solid game that plays almost identically to Far Cry 3, but without the story to back it. The story isn't bad, but the villain and the character motivations simply don't hold a candle to Far Cry 3.

    You get a variety of guns, a huge map with varied terrain, tons of secrets, enemies, animals and side missions etc...It's almost too much, as it feels like you could cut this game down by    A solid game that plays almost identically to Far Cry 3, but without the story to back it.     There's more signature weapons to unlock this time, and this really motivates you through the story--even more so than the story itself.

    The enemy AI hasn't made much of a jump. It's solid, but predictable. It can be exceedingly hard to stay stealthly, and at times, it feels like the same truck of enemies re-appears multiple times. Once you unlock the grenade launcher, those trucks of enemies are simple to dispatch as soon as they role up.

    The hunting in this game is better than in the last. There's unique animals, that can be very challenging to kill. The gun and bow mechanics are also a little bit better, and have feel sharper and crisper.

    You can pretty much ignore the game's storyline as it doesn't really make sense, and none of the characters are particularly interesting. On the bright side, the setting is unique, as its including a part of the world that hasn't really been apart of videogame storylines in any significance previously. So that's cool.

    Solid game, worth playing if you like first-person shooters. Nothing impressive but definitely enjoyable to encourage you to complete the game.    … Expand

    Graphics looks really fine for nearly 7 years game, gameplay is fine, could be better could be worse. Story didn't take me on a best spin but it is always nice to do some shooting and action.

И тут вас тычут носом в последствия.

    «Видишь, что ты натворил? Видишь, чем ты в итоге стал?»

    И вроде бы от этого делается страшно неуютно, а с другой стороны — мораль ясна. Если бы мы хотели как лучше, то сошли бы с пути еще на «секретной» концовке.    … Expand

    Выглядит и играется, как DLC к третьей части, однако я более чем удовлетворён этим, так-как это именно то, чего я хотел. Полноценный кооп бы украсил игру, жаль, что он ограничен.

    For me the FAR CRY 4 was 50% good and 50% lame adventure which means this game not good as the FAR CRY 3 was and the STORY was stupid too with a stylish VILLAIN but I had some fun in a gameplay.

    Incredibly Addicting, there lot's of guns to choose from. Beautiful graphics. Great Story and Antagonist. Lots of side missions. lots of outposts to liberate, etc. Overall a pretty great game and a very worthy successor to the last game Far Cry 3. Improved on it in so many ways.

    Game is almost the same as Far Cry 3 with very small additions. Main antagonist is sort of boring the same as the whole game. For 15 hours I played it game generated two or three interesting moments. It's not a lot for an AAA-game.

    por otro lado el juego es bastante divertido si es tu primera vez jugando un farcry, el mapa esta muy bien hecho, tiene ciertas mecanicas de combate que son bastante entretenidas y el villano esta pasable.

    plus el juego en estos momentos se puede conseguir muuuuy barato, asi que si estas pensando en comprartelo bien podrias darle una oportunidad. (pero si puedes darte ciertos lujos seria mejor comprar el 3, blooddragon o el 5 la verdad)    … Expand

    It's a really good game, but there are definitely some faults. For people who aren't really good at stealth (such as me), it makes it much harder to play because the game praises stealth a lot. It has very beautiful graphics for 2014 compared to a lot of other games and its graphics still are pretty good to this day. The story isn't the best, but it is no where close to the worst.     I dont know why I love this game so much. Have done about 4 new game plus runs. The map is beautiful and doing the wing suit thing decinatly shows off the beauty of it. Leveling up is felt and eventually you will feel OP, but.... during some story missions your kit will be gone and that is when things get very very diffi ult.

    Far Cry 4 is a fun experience, however, the story and antagonist are lacking. I crave another Vaas Montenegro from Far Cry 3. Game is pretty in scenery, but the story just didn't work for me compared to the previous Far Cry. Worth a try once, now that i'm sure the price has lowered.

    Performance on a Playstation 4 Pro is appalling, especially because of the incredibly narrow FOV that is unchangeable.

    The game looks like a pretty slideshow and isn't worth the trouble to play.

    7.3 - Pretty good game, but recycled a lot of elements from Far Cry 3. It soon becomes repetitive with the same kind of missions and bases/outposts to conquer. The series was known for its iconic missions and this one lacks that quality. Regardless, it's still a fun game and along with some nice looking locations.

    Juego bastante entretenido, en la línea GTA, la duración es correcta y los escenarios son muy variados.
    Si quieres un juego divertido y que no te haga pensar mucho es buena opción

    Hands down best far cry game beats 3 and makes 5 look out dated. The world feels so alive and the weapons all have there own feel, exploration is always enjoyable and packed to brim with secrets. The story was really good with the main villian being interesting. Even after doing everything I still pop it in to play around with stuff , just so much to do and see.
