    Really fun game, the servers are fixed now after the horrendous first day, so dont worry about server outage. The game is both fun rewarding and annoying, but not in a bad way. It's free on PS4 right now so just download it!

    I love this game.
    It's so fun and bonkers! It could do with a few fixes to matchmaking when in a party, but other than that. It's a brilliant game with some wacky party games and I can't wait to see what else the team do.

    [Summary and Pro&Cons at end] This game in my opinion is a really good game. The game has a really nice art style, the fall guys are adorable along with their costumes. This game is really simple to pick up and play, you've got 4 main controls move, jump, dive, and grab; thats all you really need.

    While the controls are super easy sometimes when everyone is going to the same place if    [Summary and Pro&Cons at end] This game in my opinion is a really good game. The game has a really nice art style, the fall guys are adorable along with their costumes. This game is really simple to pick up and play, you've got 4 main controls move, jump, dive, and grab; thats all you really need.

    While the controls are super easy sometimes when everyone is going to the same place if you ragdoll it could put you behind everyone, which very often is part of the fun but every now and then it can be annoying.

    The levels are creative and fun, just sometimes you can get ones you don't like and that could ruin your whole run (For me its Slime Climb I just can't beat it).
    Also personally I find that I'm playing some levels so much more than others (like I'm playing dizzy heights or gate crash nearly every few games and rarely play block party or jinxed) I don't know if others have felt like this is happening to them too or not but this makes some levels become repetitive but I can still have fun in the intensity and funniness in the levels and the fall guys.

    Right now the cosmetics are limited because it was released a few days ago but the FREE battle pass has about 40 tiers which you can unlock outfits, patterns, colours, face colours, theatrics (emotes), kudos(money) and crowns (wins but also rare money). The store (which you can spend your kudos and crowns in) changes with about 5 things changing alot and 3 main things that stay longer. So far everything in the store doesn't need microtransactions but if you want to spend money to get more kudos then you can. Kudos are also earned after every game you play no matter how well you did. Microtransactions can also be spent a few outfits.

    The customization is really good, you can make your fall guy yours. you have patterns with 2 different colours that you can chose then you have top half and bottom half of most outfits which you can mix and match with then you have face colours so you can make your fall guy have a white face, yellow or red and so on. then I think finally you have theatrics which are emotes and your wining podium celebrations. I hope they keep adding new and creative stuff to the customization to keep everyone looking different and fresh.

    This may just be me but I follow fall guys on twitter and to me they just seem like normal people that have made a game. They play it on twitch, they are honest and just seem like a team that made a game for people to like rather than for money, they bring in the community with memes about fall guys. I think they (along with the art style) makes the community feel like an actual community rather than just a bunch of players tweeting at nothing trying to get a response. It makes it feel like everyone is enjoying the game. Their presence in the community makes the community feel positive instead of toxic and personally makes me believe and trust them when they say stuff like they plan to add loads more levels, cosmetics and features.

    Thats why I think this game deserves an 9 because it's a very good game. Easy (not too much skill to it), cute and colourful with good customization, alot of the levels are so much fun and the devs say they will keep working on the game to make it bigger and better, and if you get on ps4 with PS+ it is free with no needed microtransactions. But i find that I'm playing some levels more than others (which becomes repetitive and predictable) and sometimes the rush of all the players can sometimes be the difference of qualifying or being eliminated which I can find both fun and frustrating.

    This game is fun but when you play with friends it becomes REALLY **** FUN. Honestly this game is amazing because you can obtain all in game currencies easily without paying a single cent, que times take 3-25 seconds, the characters and the art style is cute and colorful, and its a fun party game. My only gripe with the game is that I have been playing it a lot and I still suck at it

    This game is just silly fun. The controls and pandemonium when all these characters try and get through makes you lol. Its the perfect kind of game to mindlessly relax with after work and the sheer excitement you get when you win a crown is a joy. With it being included in PS Plus, this is a no brainer to at least play for a few hours until you get at least one crown. I'm a fan.

    such a fun game. Fire it up with some friends and basically play the Takeshi's Castle or Wipe Out video game. 60 players, 5 rounds of mini games and 1 person left standing at the end. Very simple and just a fun game. Played it with my girlfriend who's not much of a gaker and she loved it and even got gamer rage when she came so close to winning it all but was just pipped at the post. Somesuch a fun game. After you get a few wins under your belt you feel great, knowing that you slapped those little kids in that lobby & dominating the competition. I'd love them to add a dodgeball mode!… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It is a very awesome game, and i would love to rate it 10/10. The problem is though, that there are a few bugs that disturb me pretty much. Whenever I reach 1st place, it either way gives me "connection lost" or "disconnected" screen. Another thing is, that there is aparrently another bug when the mountain map appears. Sometimes when I actually grab the crown, it buggs me down and it doesn't count me winning. That should be it. Keep up still the good work, because I see very much potential in this game!     Despite the inevitable server problems problems with the massive success of the game, it's a huge pack of fun and a colorful, light-hearted twist in the saturated Battle Royale genre, and a breath of fresh air in the midst of overly dark-themed AAA games releasing recently.

    Amazing game overall. But there are some modes which are very frustrating especially because of the grab mechanism. The mechanic itself is good but the problem is sometimes it just doesn't work the way you want it to work. Oh, and we really need community creations

    Great game. Really enjoying this one. Perfect to play with friends. I would like to see and option for Private/Custom games in the future.
    Unfortunately they are having a few issues with servers overloading at launch but you can’t really fault them for that. So many people want to play this game right now!

    El juego esta muy bien es divertido un poco frustrante, pero es normal. Encuentro que como salio hace poco aun tiene bastantes cosas que se pueden arreglar y/o mejorar, personalmente el modo de las colas no me gusta para nada y por ultimo yo agregaría otro modo de juego en el que caigan bolas de el cielo y debes esquivarlas y donde vaya a caer la bola aparezca una sombra o algo que lo indique

    I give it a 9 based on how fun the game is and relaxing. It doesn't seem like a super serious battle royale and its just fun. It is also FREE ON PS PLUS. You can't beat that!! If you enjoy mario party and fuzion frenzy back in the day, highly suggest playing this. It will give you some good laughs and also some stressful moments on the final stage. This is an amazing new take on a battle royale and is clearly becoming a hit with the players as for PS Plus members, like myself, it comes free but on steam reportedly over 2 million players have bought the game.

    The game is designed for short quick and delightful, with a wide variety of mini games ranging in skill level and annoy-ability. The most annoying game are by far the team games. It is clear why they have integrated them, to stop people being able to win all the time, but it is severely frustrating when you are trying your best and still get eliminated because the rest of your team are really bad. However the rest of the mini games are fast and furious and highly entertaining, a lot require luck more then any skill which makes replaying it a lot easier as you never really find fault it what you’ve done it is just so chaotic that it happened.

    The Fall Guys themselves are one of the cutest inventions in video games they, make some of the weirdest noises when you start playing the game but the more and more you play the more they grow on you, the ease with which you level up is also a good incentive to keep playing. Even though I did feel at some stages some of the cosmetics were so hard to get enough money for in the time-frame they were in the store. I felt as if they could potentially scale either the price of the costumes or the amount of money you are given each game.

    This next point as also only an issue for me only the few days after it launched on Playstation and appears to have been sorted now, however many times when I would go very far into the show usually to the crown I would be told my ‘reward’s could not be found’ and then rebooted to the title age again, however this server issue appears to have been fixed recent so it should no longer be an issue.

    Also I want to highlight the music in this game, it is incredible it is one of those soundtracks to a game where you are always excited to here it again. Especially the menu music before you go into a game, it’s a little bit sad that that song isn’t in the actual levels of the game but the songs that are there are still extremely good.

    Overall this game, is incredibly fun endlessly enjoyable and even though the levels may get repetitive and boring at some point, I know I’m going to be putting in a lot of hours before that thought enters my head.

    This game is so funny and cool to play with your family and friends. It's appropriate for all ages and I'm sure all of them will like to play it. I pass hours and hours playing. It's a perfect option if you live alone or can't go to somenones house, because you can play online with people of all around the world and invite your friends.

    This is one of cute and great multiplayer games I've played and I really like it. In the game, I get to compete with other players in a series of shows. Some people like me find it quite tricky to make it to the top in some shows, but other than that, it's the kind of game that I enjoy a lot for a fun experience. I recommend this to other people who like multiplayer games.

It’s not a game that you can sit and play for hours on end, but you can pick it up for a few rounds and then walk away until you get the itch next time.     I remember checking seeing this game marketed for PS and seeing so many fun gameplay trailers for it but I could never cough up the money for the game or for PS PLUS at the time, so I ended up forgetting about it until the game announced it was going free-to-play last summer and I couldn't be more grateful for that. After 180 hours of getting the platinum, I can definitely say this gameI remember checking seeing this game marketed for PS and seeing so many fun gameplay trailers for it but I could never cough up the money for the game or for PS PLUS at the time, so I ended up forgetting about it until the game announced it was going free-to-play last summer and I couldn't be more grateful for that. After 180 hours of getting the platinum, I can definitely say this game benefitted from the free-to-play model and the LOADS of extra content it got afterwards because without either of those, this game's lifespan probably wouldn't have lasted this long. The first thing I'll say is that the art style, graphics, soundtrack, and overall tone are enough to make it feel like a game meant for kids and its overall pleasing and fun to look at its kid-friendly aesthetic. The cosmetics are all so cute that and the customization is top notch allowing you to create your own avatar. The gameplay is pretty basic as a whole with how you can only run and jump, grab others to hold them back, grab onto ledges to pull yourself up; and that's the entire gameplay loop, but the reason this isn't a problem is with how the level design was created entirely around this gameplay loop so at least the game isn't unfair (for the most part) with everyone pretty much suffers under these same conditions. The obstacles put in your way will without a doubt make you rage a LOT with how you just want to get to the finish line but with enough dedication and studying the levels, you'll pretty much conquer the levels in no time and it's always satisfying when you do. The amount of content the game has received over the past few months has without a doubt helped this game strive on for WAY longer than a lot of other free to play games and dare I say surpass Among Us with the amount of content and the quality of that content being so high to ensure you'll keep playing for a while. Overall, Fall Guys is ALMOST a masterpiece in my eyes but a few significant flaws I have with this game prevent me from saying it is: there's this one trophy called "Show Off" that was the hardest trophy to get "Yes, harder than even Infallible" that requires you to either wait for a specific day for a Pose to go on sale for the game's currency or make you pay real money to buy one yourself and that added an additional 20-30 hours towards the platinum, it's a GLITCHFEST causing the game to freak out and potentially ruin you run, frame-rate problems even on my PS4 Pro causing me to get motion sick, but without a doubt the worst part of this game is how it doesn't let you make new friends after a match preventing you from playing with them again unless you search them manually in the search box wasting your time and something other free to play games already perfected. Now even despite these problems, I still had a blast with Fall Guys and I strongly recommend this game to anyone who needs a break from Fortnite (which now that I think about it, is probably the reason they bought this game in the first place).… Expand

    Un excelente juego para pasar el rato solo o con amigos, posee un bonito apartado artístico y divertida banda sonora. Por otro lado el gameplay es sencillo y por eso mismo de muy fácil acceso, lo que lo hace perfecto para todo tipo de jugadores.

    El juego posee variedad de skins y escenarios, pero siento que aun puede hacer más y no dudo en que intentará hacer más.

    The game is bright, colourful, funny and extremely addictive. Considering how silly it is, it's also quite competitive. At first there were issues with hackers and server problems but these are few and far between now. A lot of people have posted reviews far too soon after the game was released. All games have issues on launch these days, even AAA ones, let alone something like this.

    As for repetitiveness, there are 24 game modes. More to be added in season 2. They are varied enough to not get boring. Team's were mismatched at first but this has now been patched, and you don't get two team games in a row anymore.

    Finally, people moaning about controls - I'm sorry, they are fine. If you can't cope with them you're just not good enough and you maybe need to accept that. It is a very hard game, and does need luck for some levels, but some are skill and controls work fine. It took me ages to get my first win, but I didn't decide to come and post an average/negative review because it wasn't easy...

    Overall, more levels/skins to be added, great partnership ideas with brands, and continuing improvement of servers and removal of cheats are all coming. The reason it doesn't get 10 is because there are a couple of modes which are entirely luck based which can be frustrating and team games can gripe when you get stuck with all the idiots giving this less than 7 because they can't understand simple mechanics...

    It's also excellent value as it's free on PS Plus right now. I've seen people saying there are microtransactions. That's a lie. There is a store where you can buy exclusive skins. Then there are skins which are exclusively unlockable. No pay to win

Rather than shooting everyone in sight, you'll compete against 60 other players in a wacky game show filled with insane obstacle courses and goofy team-based challenges where ultimately only one will get to walk away with the crown. Developer Mediatonic did an excellent jobInspired by the likes of Wipeout and Takeshi's Castle, Fall Guys provides a unique take on the battle royale genre. Rather than shooting everyone in sight, you'll compete against 60 other players in a wacky game show filled with insane obstacle courses and goofy team-based challenges where ultimately only one will get to walk away with the crown. Developer Mediatonic did an excellent job of capturing the right tone with the colorful visuals, plethora of silly costumes, amusing physics, and even the spot-on soundtrack. The only thing missing is playful play-by-play and color commentary from a pair of off-kilter announcers.

    Despite its almost easygoing appearance however, this is a very competitive experience. It takes legitimate skill, mastery, and sometimes a bit of dumb luck to come out on top, which makes the agony of defeat a very real feeling here and the high of victory that much sweeter. Of course with this being a last man standing takes all kind of game you should expect a lot of losses. Yet, even your worst runs will bare fruit as you are awarded with in-game currency called "Kudos" and experience points for the season-based progression system at the end of each match. Both of which will allow you to unlock new cosmetic items for your strange jelly bean looking avatar. You can purchase Kudos with real money via microtransactions, but this has no effect on the content locked behind this game's version of a battle pass so there are no hints of pay-to-win to be found. All putting down your hard earned cash will allow you to do is ensure that you can grab any skin or emote that catches your eye in the shop before it cycles out.

    Only time will tell if the community will stick around once the novelty wears off, but as of right now this is some of the most original and exciting multiplayer on the market. Content… fall guys ultimate knockout is lacking content big time, and while yes I understand this game is free for PlayStation plus members at the time of this review, fall guys ultimate knockout is not a free game... I repeat, this is not a free to play game...
    There are 24 mini games, but with 5 rounds an episode, you get to see all this game has to offer fairly quickly.. That being said that’s not necessarily fall guys biggest problem in the content department... the biggest problem is in its customization... a huge lack of customization options, the store changes every day rather than you saving up your kudos or crowns for a special item you actual want… which leads to thousands of players, looking pretty identical which I feel defeats the whole purpose of a game like a fall guys, this is an individual game show, give me more options to feel like an individual, rather than be a bird or a be a wolf, sorry about the servers you can be a cactus, thanks for the 3 options..
    overall I really love fall guys, its dumb fun and really hard to put down, there are a few mini games that can sour the fun a bit like tip toes, and obviously people that find ways to cheat, but moments where other players are being jerks and ruining the game for others is few and far between, but with more customizable options that are reasonably obtainable, something to really go for and earn.. And fall guys turns into something near amazing.

    Game is perfect for Small sessions, its simple, addictive and fun. There is no huge learning curve, it requires some skills and some luck. Game is addictive as hell in beginning but later feels bit repetitive, but for small sessions its really fun. I play two three rounds before or after a much longer gaming sessions on bf5 etc.

In Fall Guys the objective is not to kill your opponents but to complete several tests until just one prevails. They are simple and the greatest difficulty is to perform the jumps and maneuvers, being a clumsy bean which makes the whole task comical.

    This is the greatest merit of Fall guys being a simple and addictively fun experience whenever we get to the last race and lose by falling off the platform, that feeling of wanting more is great, the matches are fast and there is enough variety of maps to be distracted for a while, what can be improved with the new seasons, Fall guys is a good multiplayer experience for everyone being a great purchase since at a low price.    … Expand

    The best party game on PS4 in a while. It's hilariously fun. Lots of wacky stuff happens. Do not take it too seriously. The downsides are connectivity issues and repetitive levels. I love the obstacle courses the most, but I wish there were just MORE of them. More obstacle courses, please.

    Firstly in terms of visuals this game goes for a heavily stylized cartoony aesthetic and it really works. Every obstacle course or arena is bright and colorful and fun to look at. The animations on these guys, emotes and the normal animations that play before and after rounds also go a long way to add some fun charm to the simple designs on these guys. I also love the silly cartoony sound effects that happen when you fall over or bump into someone. Fall Guys is not the prettiest thing out there but it works and I personally really like it.

    As for how it plays, each game is referred to as an episode, treating this like it really is a Ninja Warrior style TV show. These episodes are broken up into several rounds where players are steadily eliminated until one player is left standing. The rounds range from Obstacle Course style, reach the end sourt of affairs which are probably my favorite as it really just feels like a test of your platforming skills. There are some slightly annoying parts to these levels like how in see saw you have the risk of being stuck on a seesaw with people who don’t know how balance and weight distribution work, seriously have they never been a freakin seesaw before!...Okay I’m calm, anyway aside from...minor annoyances like that these levels are still pretty fun. My least favorite one of this kind of course is the fake door one, it just feels a bit to luck based as to whether or not you pick the correct door and it then quickly becomes a cluster cluck around the real door, it's not awful I just don’t like it nearly as much.

    There are also some more distinct events that remind me of Mario Party minigames like this one where the objective is to avoid falling off these rolling platforms and this one where you have to avoid being pushed off by blocks. There are more levels like this and they are pretty fun as well, these definitely feel a bit more cutthroat with a lot more people pushing and grabbing each other.

    Finally there are some team based events like team tail tag where you want your team to have more tails by the end which is a variant of a solo event where you just have to hold onto your own tail or egg grab where the objective is to have the most eggs in your teams nest at the end. The only one of these events I don’t love is the soccer one because it rarely feels like I am actually in control of literally anything that is happening, its not unfun I just don’t love it. It’s not like I groan out loud when this event comes up in the cycle but it’s just not something I am super into.

    Finally there are the final round events like Fall Hill where the objective is to be the first one of the remaining contestants to reach the top of the hill and grab the crown or Hex-a-Gone where you want to be the last one to fall in the slime by jumping around on disappearing hexagon platforms. These events do feel suitably like final round events like the climax of an episode and they are really fun, especially hexagon rush which is my personal favorite. It’s quite a challenge to come out on top but it's really exciting when it happens, I have so far only won like once or twice myself but that's the best thing about Fall Guys. Like any good BR it’s not all about winning. Win or Lose you will still have a blast and that's really the best thing I can say about this game is that it’s really fun, I was never bored when playing this game and more than once I had a big smile on my face while playing.

    Oh and while you can purchase currency in the game it is more than doable to just earn stuff through regular play so it doesn’t feel invasive at all and if this helps them release more content later on then so be it assuming future content releases like levels and such are free which as of right now I assume they are. Honestly that is the one thing that does feel a tad lacking is the variety in events and different layouts for said events. There is still a decent amount here for the launch and I’d say the fun factor definitely makes up for it, besides that is something that can be remedied with time.

    I’d say this one is definitely worth checking out, regardless of whether you have PS Plus or not. If you want a fun BR that is enjoyable to play even when you are losing and has a focus on platforming and minigame style events than you will love this game, I know I did so I’d say it's definitely worth the price of admission and hey if you DO have PS Plus there is literally no reason to not at least give it a shot if you are even remotely interested so for real go try this game asap.     That being said, it is a fresh take on the usual battle royale genres. These game modes aren't original, but plays well overall. The animation style is cute, fun, and vibrant with a cool array of different customization options.

    I personally really enjoy the soundtrack, but is not as smooth when swabbing between tabs and queuing.

    The gameplay can be a mix of frustrating and fun, but that is what makes it satisfying to win. It is a fun game to play for casual gamers. People complaining about this game needing luck to win the team-based modes are understandable, but not out of the ordinary for battle royale games. If you drop in an area with poor loot in another game, chances are you will not last as long.

    The amount of modes are alright and I maintain interest for awhile, but I may lose interest if they do not consistently bring new modes. They are competing with big battle royale games with consistent medium to major updates every couple of weeks, so I am not as accustomed to games with fewer updates of this genre. In other words, I really hope this game can keep up with keeping this game fresh with new items and modes to come. To my knowledge, as of writing this, they are already adding a new mode and have talked about seasons which keeps my interest in this game for the foreseeable future.

    For this game in particular, I believe player bases will calm down when the hype train calms down, and therefore I think (and hope) it will be necessary to add cross play in the future. Cross play should become a standard as we enter a new generation of consoles.

    Finally, I think the UI could be massively improved in the menus and quitting the game. It feels rather clunky and sudden.    … Expand

It does have its flaws, frequent disconnection to servers, lack of couch co-op, spectate teammates at default, crossplay, and modes (duos/trios/quads).     Ziemlich cooles und witziges Spiel, etwas was es noch nie gab. Pro: Es erinnert mich an Takashis Castle. Es ist nicht ganz einfach und bietet eine Menge Spaß.

    Contra: Es gibt zu wenig Match Variationen.

    El juego es bueno lo malo es que los controles son algo raros pero te acostumbras, los graficos estan bien, el diseño de niveles de los mapas estan bien excepto que hay algunos que no me gusta y se me desconecta del servidor a ratos pero no siempre

    Definitely has potential to be the next "big" game for a few years. Just a couple of things that need fixing and improving like: improvements to the physics engine, tweaks to the gamemodes that people dread and different game types.

    -cuando tratas de agarrar la corona en monte majareta pero el personaje se sube encima y no cuenta que la agarraste.
    -cuando caes de muchas plataformas y atraviesas en la plataforma que caiste en hexagonía.

    Fun and also simple battle royale that ive been enjoying everyday, its fun for people of all ages! I don't enjoy the team games while playing solo, and they could include more updates to split up solo players and teams.

    Molto divertente è un gioco per staccare un po da altri con del gameplay "più pesante" oppure più lungo, le partite sono di breve durata e anche un videogiocatore non esperto può riuscire a cimentarsi in questa esperienza di minigiochi colorati e con uno stile semplice ma facilmente interpretabile

    This game while can be annoying does continue to make me smile a lot
    So it's not mind blowing but it is a very good game. So that's a solid 8 in my books

    The game is pure FUN, more funny if you play it with your friends, it's not like the others Battle Royale, it's like a Takeshi's Caste's Game.

    Simple to learn but difficult to master. Chaotic and fun yet frustrating all at once. This is the perfect non-shooter battle royale style game complete with a casual party game feel

    good game overall but something that you should add and will (probably) be really good is the fact you could change the buttons so (for example) for ps4 you could make dive right stick or left on the d-pad etc and same with all the controls i think that would be a good feature and i would certainly like it

    This game is just simply fun. It's a game where you can shut off your brain, relax and still have it be competitive. It's easy to to learn, but difficult to master. It's a perfect game for a child and just as fun even if you're an adult. During these trying times, I don't think there could of been a more perfect gem in the mix.

    The game is really fun but you have to watch it when someone dies while playing with your friends, it becomes very boring, the number of maps is low and the number of cheating players is high

    Fall guys is a very fun and addictive game that’s well worth it’s price. The rounds are quick and fundamentally easy to tackle so it never truly feels like your failing just because of your skill. And even if you do, the levels feel easy to learn and with the amount of people in the map at the same time you can often pick up things from other players.
