If your a fan of old school fps games then duke nukem 3d world tour is the game for you. Coop multiplayer and an extra episode for $20 is a steal if you did not purchase the megaton edition on the ps3. Shame its only a gamestop exclusive.

Ah memories of my late Twenties with too much time. Duke is back in his original form and witty banter. Finally for the Console, and much easier to play with a PS4 controller.

-1 Point for the "updated graphics mode". They (Gearbox) could have went a bit deeper with the two graphics modes. Offer either Original mode (w/1996 look) or Modern with updated graphics/shading etc. Still a

Still a solid game and reminds me how far games have come in the last 20 years. If you are a long time Duke fan, this is a must.

Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary Edition is a perfect remaster of a true FPS classic This re-release improves in many areas that needed it.. I had a lot of fun playing this game again. Old episodes play just how I remember. True 3D rendering makes the game look a bit more modern, looks nice. The new episode is really fun, classic Duke Nukem alien ass kicking. Nice new feature allowing you to continue after death wherever you please (from beginning of your playthrough, to the moment right before your death). Trophies, including a pretty easy platinum are a nice bonus. The sound effects are not very good honestly, seem to have no notable improvements. I also wished they could have remastered or just remade entirely those little cutscenes at the end of each episode. Looks terrible after completing a level in true 3D rendering. There is also a multiplayer mode which I haven't really tried yet. Just a quick game of deathmatch at Hollywood Holocaust.

Pretty cool package all together. Will probably be playing this version whenever the Duke 3D fever hits me again.

Awesome game, still not as good a series as Doom but probably it's closest competition. Deadpool creators should be sued for ripping off Duke's sense of humor and attitude. Funniest game character of ever

I grew up with this game on my first PC and haven't played it since. It's still a really good game. I don't know why people are moaning- I am guessing cos they bought it in previous iterations and object to paying again. If you fancy a nostalgia trip and also one of the great FPS's then why not? New levels too- can't argue with that.

Nothing to say, just that it's fantastic and the bonus content is great too. HOWEVER I read that after this released more official episodes/chapters were released for PC.

    Awesome! Just plain awesome.
This is one of the best first person shooters ever made, a 10 can not possibly convey the awesomenes that is Duke Nukem 3d.
So buy the game, grab a shotgun (and some steroids) and blast some pigcops into a messy porkchop pulp!

In spite of some omissions and technical issues, Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour remains a classic. The original game design is tough, fun and interactive. For those who weren't around when this was first released, the engine change is less jarring than the old design and the new episode is quite good. At its current asking price of $20, it is tough to recommend no matter how big of a fan you are, and those who missed out on the Megaton Edition on PS3 and Vita or those who simply want it on PS4 would be better served waiting for a sale.

Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour doesn't enhance the titular protagonist's classic FPS ride in any massive ways. That said, it's a whole lot of fun, and it's perfect for people who want to revisit the game and for those who are fans of old school shooters.

All in all, Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour is the perfect homage to the original by capturing the essence of the classic while adding new visuals, audio and levels. Moreover, its humorous social commentary remains a welcome presence in a current scene that is sorely lacking it
