Nov 13, 2022When it gets down to it, DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS has a clever premise that makes its gameplay occasionally fun but that often feels like the stars have aligned because otherwise, it's a generally repetitive and monotonous affair.
-
Oct 24, 2022After so many Dragon Ball games repeating the same story arcs and putting players in control of the same characters, it’s a fun and refreshing experience (at first) to see what events on the scale of Dragon Ball Z would feel like from the perspective of a regular joe shmoe on the street. It’s a novel enough concept that makes for some great fun in the first few days of play, but it doesn’t take much longer for the cracks to start showing. This take on the asymmetrical multiplayer genre makes sense and there’s some appreciable execution outside of it simply being a Dragon Ball game, but it’s hard to see The Breakers really grabbing players thanks to its dearth of content, multiple grinds, and matches that start to feel a bit too familiar once you get past the new player experience.
-
Oct 17, 2022It seems a fresh Dragon Ball game, a new genre that hadn't been explored in the franchise before. The fact of using characters like Bulma and Oolong is a dream come true for fans, but after some gameplay the game turns into something monotonous, with lack of content and problems from the BETA that haven't been solved.
-
Nov 7, 2022Dragon Ball: The Breakers is a curious experiment in the world of Akira Toriyama, sadly full of defects.
-
Oct 24, 2022Dragonball: The Breakers is fun to play in short bursts, but might be somewhat lacking for players looking for a tense experience like Dead By Daylight. Hardcore fans of the franchise may have some fun trying to evade iconic villains like Frieza or obliterate entire sections of the map as Majin Buu, but anyone else should probably look elsewhere for a genuinely chilling asymmetrical survival title.
-
Nov 8, 2022In theory, using the Dragon Ball universe as a setting for an asymmetric multiplayer game is an innovative idea, but The Breakers executes poorly on this idea, with a tedious gameplay loop and technical issues.
-
Oct 28, 2022Dull gameplay, uninteresting action, shortage of game modes and characters, subpar graphics and bad performances, make this game one of the worst Dragon Ball games ever created.

May 11, 2023Muito ruim o jogo é uma cópia de Dead by Daylight com personagens de Dragon Ball. Pior Dragon Ball que já joguei na vida.
