The only selling point for this game is as the only NCAA college football option and it features a robust editing tool to edit all teams, players, and uniforms. It's criminal that this game doesn't have any online roster share. Some people enjoy detailing all 130 NCAA teams with proper logos and players, etc. Others find this a complete grind. It takes away from the immersion to be find LSU named the Baton Rouge Jesters.
I actually took time to name all the teams after real life counterparts and update team logos only to find I couldn't actually start my dynasty because it kept loading the CFL clubs even though I asked for an NCAA dynasty. I'm even given the option to choose my NCAA team yet when I enter the dynasty my team has magically transformed to a CFL squad. Even worse there are limited save slots, and seemingly no way of clearing save slots in game. I didn't want to clear my save data in the PS4 system storage as it would likely wipe out all my work correctly naming the clubs.
After some effort I finally got into the NCAA dynasty mode and it's so terrible. They literally ripped off all the recruiting mechanics from the 15 year old NCAA Football EA Sports games but did it much worse than the originals.
Would highly recommend anyone interested in NCAA to avoid and stick to the old NCAA games instead.… Expand
