    It's a port, not a remaster. While Dishonored still holds up as a fun, albeit pretty straight-forward stealth game, it seems almost identical to the PS3 version. The plus side was that, having downloaded Dishonored for free on my PS3 from PS+, I was able to get the digital game for $19.99. THAT is the best deal you can get. It does come with all of the DLC, which is a good touch for theIt's a port, not a remaster.     Sure game was nicely done, story nothing spectacular, but t seems like the fps is lacking on ps4 at least for being such a old game and a definitive edition. The controls are fine, and it comes with the dlc.

    -Great gameplay

    -Frustratingly hard at times

I thought the same thing when I played it on my 32 inch LCD TV, but the game looks much sharper and nicer (as with most PS4 games) on a native 1080p monitor.     Never played it on 360 but overall i felt quite let down, it was no where near as good as people made it out to be, a good game nonetheless but not magnificent and i was expecting a better effort with the graphics in comparison to last gen.

The game is still locked at 30 FPS, the graphics are exactly the same, overall nothing has changed from the last gen version. It's good how Arkane bundled up all the DLC and gave it to us as part of the game. Only buy this Definitive Edition if you never played the original Dishonored.     Although there are great ideas present, such as the cool powers and world, it ends up falling short. The stealth was disappointing and the narrative fairly uninteresting. Just ends up being boring by the end.

    I've tried several hours to get into but I just couldn't ... Something felt wrong, maybe the emptiness ? Maybe the lack of at atmosphere I don't know but I couldn't just get into that game which is very rare for me I usually love what Bethesda is doing.
    Overall I think I didn't like the world they created and presented felt familiar (a bit of a Bioshock feeling to it) and foreign and    I've tried several hours to get into but I just couldn't ...     This game turned out to bit of a disappointment. The game-play and the graphics were a bit of a letdown. Never really got into the main character. Stopped playing about halfway through.

    Dishonored was a solid title. It had very solid mechanics and two very different ways to play through the story later reflecting on your ending.

    Visually I did not enjoy the character designs. Most men in the game looked like ruffian gorillas but the rest looked good. The game still played beautifully. This isn't as close as impressive gameplay-wise as Bioshock but definitely a good    Dishonored was a solid title.     Если говорить о порте, тогда никаких придирок. Всё выполнено очень качественно и с любовью (хотя могли и подвезти 60 фпс). Моя оценка скорее касается самой игры. Возможно со мной что-то не так, но последние миссии я просто спидранил. Атмосфера у игры замечательная, интересно каждый раз по-новому проходить уровни, тобишь свой жанр она выполняет на все 100.     От студии Arkane в то время я ожидал, да и сейчас ожидаю, Dark Messiah 2, но вышла Dishonored. Как я отношусь к этой игре? Не однозначно.
    Начну с хорошего.
    И это сюжет. Он длинный, запутанный, есть предательство, скрытые смыслы. Мне понравился стелс в этой игре, а также неплохая прокачка. Вот в принципе всё! Теперь о грустном.     Теперь о грустном.
    Мне совершенно не понравился визуальный стиль игры. Все персонажи страшны как смерть. Я понимаю, что делали французы с их врождённой женофобией, но можно же было прекрасную половину сделать хоть немножко, хмм, прекрасней? Кстати в мире игры, как не странно, не изобретена юбка. Да, да в мире Dishonored полностью отсутствует такой необходимый, как я считаю, для женщины элемент, особенно в 18-19 веках, как юбка, платье, халат, сарафан и т. д. Кстати во второй части мужики халаты носят.
    Теперь о боёвке. Она мне тоже не понравилась. Я думаю в Dark Messiah она была лучше.
    Ну и самое главное. Меня совершенно не зацепила атмосфера игры. Не зацепила и всё.
    Подведу итог. В принципе игра не плохая, просто наверное я ожидал от Arkane чего то другого. Я прошел игру дважды, на Xbox 360, а за тем на PS4. Скажу честно, какой то графической разницы я не заметил, единственно на PS4 вертикальная синхронизация включена была. Но ни там, ни там, меня так и не зацепила атмосфера этой игры, а это самое грустное.    … Expand

    Буду краток. Игра-хорошая, но есть минусы. Геймплей очень хороший, достовляет удовольствие. Сюжет-такой себе, даже для 2010. Лор и сеттинг-хорошие. Лично мне не нравится, визиульный стиль игры, но во второй части его слегка переделали и там он мне нравится больше.Буду краток. Игра-хорошая, но есть минусы.     Dishonored definitive edition bring a good experience with a good combat gun style, but with more time in playing it becomes a little bit boring, but overall it is a fun and great story telling style and stealth option to pick to end the game in a fashionable way.

    Realmente esperaba que este juego me gustase bastante más. Es un buen juego, está bien hecho para quien le guste ese estilo, pero en mi caso particular me costó mucho mantener la motivación porque no disfruté el gameplay, ni la narrativa, aunque a nivel artístico es muy bonito.

    Dishonored was an incredible accomplishment—a game that offered stylish murder and great storytelling in equal measure. It accomplished everything that it set out to do and made it look easy, while games all around it failed to impress. Three years later, nothing in its genre has come close.

    I regret not having played Dishonored when it originally came out, because the Definitive Edition looks like time has been standing still for the last three years, at least when the PS4 version (which does not offer 60 fps, by the way) is concerned. [11/2015, p.52]
