Jun 27, 2018All of these games are enjoyable, with DMC2 being controversial. However these remakes are an insult to our PS4s. The graphics have barely changed, and in some places are worse. This is more of a port than a remaster.
On a side note I do hope they eschew the punishing combo system in future iterations.
Avoid. Stick to the PS2 versions. -
Mar 13, 2018The most overrated hack and slash franchise is back with their well known awful combo mechanics.

Jun 23, 2018Capcom's old demons are back and are giving us a weak and technically outdated port of a 2012 port, which at the time already featured three PlayStation 2 games.

Apr 9, 2018The games are still relatively competently made and the first and third entries stand out as pinnacles of the Hack-n-Slash genre, but the overt lack of care that has been afforded to this collection makes me reticent to recommend it to all except those who possibly haven’t experienced the series yet and are curious to see what all the fuss is about.

Mar 26, 2018All in all, Devil May Cry HD Collection the second go around is an unacceptable product, which feels like a waste of money.
