Jun 19, 2020This game is pretty good, it has a decent story which makes sense, and is just plain good. The game play is a little lacking, but for a story driven game like this, it's fine. I don't like the fact that your character can just die if you make the wrong decisions, even if you're playing as a good guy. But, overall, good game.

Jun 21, 2020I'm actually at a loss of words. Detroit become human is not just a game as all the others but rather an engrossing experience which cannot be excluded from your memories.

Aug 15, 2023Loved this game! So cool how all your choices make a difference. I’ve always loved choice based games such as the telltale ones and Life is Strange but never really felt like my choices have mattered in the end, but not with this. It’s so interesting to see how things turn out when you make different choices.

Aug 29, 2022Okay this title surprised me. Initially I found the controls a but clumsy as I just jumped from a FPS but then started to enjoy the game immensely. It's more of an interactive story.
I feel this is not so much fantasy but where we are heading.
Graphics are great, characters and story are compelling and emotive. A pleasant change. -

Jun 21, 2020This game is really worth playing it , some of the decisions are hard to make , but it's up to you , you have to decide what you are , who you want to be , and the most important thing , ARE YOU READY TO DIE FOR THE IDEA YOU BELIEVE IN ? , this game can really mess with your emotions , in the end isn't that the whole point, to make you feel emotions ?

Jun 21, 2020Detroit:Become Human it's a surprise. With a interesting gameplay, a immersive, well done story, it tells a world that we can live like it someday. Not telling that androids are going to steal our lives completely, but it's interesting how this can be relacted to our real world. Didn't found it considerable cons.

Jul 5, 2020I love the story and the characters, and I had a lot of fun moving through this universe. I loved being able to make choices that changed the story, even when you didn't see the payoff until later in the game.

Jul 22, 2020Very solid game, with beautiful and compelling characters. It's really a work of art. I just wish the game gave you more opportunity to explore and it's a shame that is so short. But surely one game that will stay in my heart.

Aug 18, 2019Detroit: Become Human delivers a story with a ton of possible choices, and a lot of questions for a player to bear afterward. If you like it when games make you think about them after you play them, this is the game for you. Stunning visuals and music score, make you forget about some weaker points of the game. But all in all, it is an enjoyable experience you should not miss.
-
Dec 21, 2018Detroit: Become Human looks and sounds great, and includes key player choices throughout, though it could have benefited greatly from a tighter script. While it’s commendable that Quantic Dream tried to cover hot-button issues in a big-budget video game, it works better when focused on the personal character moments than the bigger themes that don’t dig deep enough to make a meaningful impact.
-
Game World Navigator MagazineSep 26, 2018Although the narrative is fairly linear, there are enough branching paths over the course of the game to make it feel like your actions matter. That allows Detroit to still be fun even on multiple playthroughs – and for an interactive movie, that’s a rare praise. [Issue#231, p.68]
