May 27, 2018David Cage expertly blends a B movie with a walking simulator. He has created, quite possibly, the most tedious form of media in existence.
It does look pretty, but so does No man's sky. -
May 25, 2018Shame about how overtly political it is, outside of the ham-fisted political views, the movie was rather well made. Unfortunately, the writers did a poor job with representing both sides of the conflict which left the story rather flat. Blatant propaganda.

May 25, 2018Esperaba algo mejor, creo que no innova lo sufciente, sobre todo por ser una nueva generaciòn de consolas y tardaron màs de 4 años en realizar este juego. Aparte que es muy corto y no engancha en nada.

May 25, 2018It's impossible that this game gets more than a 6. Visually is all you want, but the gameplay it's just ridiculous. Seriously, this is not a videogame anymore, is a interactive movie

May 26, 2018You can play Demo in Germany with Polish dubbing, but when you buy a game, you do not even have Polish subtitles. This is how the European Union looks like when the money decides.

May 25, 2018Cant say any positive about this game. Its still kinda boring like Beyond Two Souls or other games from Quantic Dream. Too much dialogs and a story that no one needs on earth. I dont have anything about David Cage, its just the "genré". the only good thing about this game is the superb graphic...
for me definately NOT game of the year -

May 26, 2018What a bad movie.
No gameplay what so ever
The game tells you what to do all the time.
And off course the game has good graphics Because its a movie. Every movie has good graphics. -
May 25, 2018An another Cage Movie's... but story is just weird. There are so many inconsistencies, very badly written passages. If you criticize the game like a movie, it's really worthless. And unfortunate it's an interactive film, so the scenario is more important than for no other.
-
May 25, 2018This is not even a game, stop calling it like that, its a intereactive movie, really bad one.
so diferente from God of war, this has no gameplay at all. So boring, terrible experience. -
May 25, 2018Poor game (not challenging) poor movie (mostly cliches about robots). This is something in between, not saying it's bad but this particular game is not good.

Jun 9, 2018It's a glorified galgame with s****y plot and a bad sci-fi setting. I also don't like the SJW theme.

May 29, 2018Nice graphically - but all in all tedious gameplay and not story wise holding it together. Gameplay it's just ridiculous. This is not a videogame anymore, is a interactive movie - an OK one but not at all what I expect from a real game.
"Detroit is so caught up in trying to be a movie, it forgets how to be a videogame. Not once does it tell its story through play" -
May 26, 2018save yourselves a few $ and go see iRobot if you want a decent android story. I wouldn’t call this a game as much as a poorly written interactive movie. Graphics look good, but how couldn’t they, everything is predetermined so it’s not very taxing. David cage is so overrated

May 28, 2018It's not a game, it's a movie. A horrible movie. if you want to waste your time with another generic 'playable' movie, you can do this, but there are tons of games with a better story and even gameplay!

Aug 18, 2019Detroit: Become Human delivers a story with a ton of possible choices, and a lot of questions for a player to bear afterward. If you like it when games make you think about them after you play them, this is the game for you. Stunning visuals and music score, make you forget about some weaker points of the game. But all in all, it is an enjoyable experience you should not miss.
-
Dec 21, 2018Detroit: Become Human looks and sounds great, and includes key player choices throughout, though it could have benefited greatly from a tighter script. While it’s commendable that Quantic Dream tried to cover hot-button issues in a big-budget video game, it works better when focused on the personal character moments than the bigger themes that don’t dig deep enough to make a meaningful impact.

Game World Navigator MagazineSep 26, 2018Although the narrative is fairly linear, there are enough branching paths over the course of the game to make it feel like your actions matter. That allows Detroit to still be fun even on multiple playthroughs – and for an interactive movie, that’s a rare praise. [Issue#231, p.68]
