Will you lead your team to glory and become the next legendary Descender? In Descenders, your team is your life. When you pick a side - Enemy, Arboreal or Kinetic - you'll be bound together with other players who choose the same side as you.

Grab your bike, pick your team, and attempt to live up to the legend of your Descender. Will you join the die-hard, trick-frenzy ranks of Team Enemy, the proficient, off-road stylings of Team Arboreal, or the high-octane, speed-is-everything Team Kinetic?

It’s a refreshing change compared to other entries I’ve played in and around the genre and one that ensures I’ll keep coming back to Descenders regularly for the foreseeable future. After all, a few more runs and I might just be able to make it through the forest completely unscathed.

The procedurally generated tracks look and feel great, providing plenty of challenge for those looking to master the downhill course, but being welcoming enough for casual players looking for something more than another Trials-clone.

After each descent you want more. More speed, more show, more fun, Descenders is the classic easy to play hard to master game, embellished with rogue-like elements that exponentially increase its longevity.

Descenders offers up some excellent arcade biking thrills in short bursts, with the multiplayer prolonging the fun. The simplistic nature of the gameplay will grate eventually, but it's worth investigating for those who want a two-wheeled adrenaline rush without too many frills.

Descenders is a little rough around the edges, and it can be punishing, but there's a lot to get stuck into, with a satisfying gameplay flow and a brilliant soundtrack.

Despite an old-gen aesthetic and some minor issues, Descenders is a good downhill arcade racer with pretty good SSX and Tony Hawk's vibes.

Descenders is one of those rare games that procedural generation makes it less fun. I wish it was a fine-tuned experience instead.

The devs have been open, honest and worked through loads of launch bugs while keeping us updated every step of the way. This is a fantastic game that I imagine I'll be playing for hundreds of hours, just like I have on Steam Expand

Game crashed often and more than half the time when trying to advance a level; thus making the game unbeatable. No customizable control options and they do not use all of the button assignments anyway. R1, x, and the touchpad do nothing. I will watch for updates, but I currently feel ripped off. Another unfinished product I paid for.

October 5, 2020 - game is playable to the end now without crashing. However, the game does not keep track of my progress (REP) very well, it keeps going up and down, not counting certain times i have played the game. Also, trophies are glitched and some seem unobtainable. If you love BMX's there is maybe some fun to be had but be prepared for false saves

Sure, it's fun at first, presentation is ok, generated tracks are random so you're promised to have some replay value, but then it gets dull and repetitive real quick. And then, when you want to actually win something, comes frustration. It might be good when you're starving, but there are other, better games to play. Expand

Probably a decent game; I don't know because constant severe framerate drops make it unplayable.
