    Probably a decent game; I don't know because constant severe framerate drops make it unplayable.

    September 22, 2020, this game was still a beta. Game crashed often and more than half the time when trying to advance a level; thus making the game unbeatable. No customizable control options and they do not use all of the button assignments anyway. R1, x, and the touchpad do nothing. I will watch for updates, but I currently feel ripped off.     October 5, 2020 - game is playable to the end now without crashing. However, the game does not keep track of my progress (REP) very well, it keeps going up and down, not counting certain times i have played the game. Also, trophies are glitched and some seem unobtainable. If you love BMX's there is maybe some fun to be had but be prepared for false saves    … Expand

    Game isnt much to look at graphics wise but the gameplay is actually pretty fun. I used to love to play downhill domination on PS2 and can say this is far superior to that.

    A fun paced game that I keep coming back to over and over. The devs have been open, honest and worked through loads of launch bugs while keeping us updated every step of the way. This is a fantastic game that I imagine I'll be playing for hundreds of hours, just like I have on Steam

    With all the updates this has become a firm favourite in our house for pick up and put down play. It had a rough start, but with each update we've been enjoying it more and more, and now they're planning to add even more bikes and parks in. A definite winner here.

    This one is a mixed bag for me. Sure, it's fun at first, presentation is ok, generated tracks are random so you're promised to have some replay value, but then it gets dull and repetitive real quick. And then, when you want to actually win something, comes frustration. It might be good when you're starving, but there are other, better games to play.

    Descenders can be entertaining for a few hours and although some of its mechanics such as controls and physics are sub-par compared to other games in the genre, it still offers enough cool gameplay moments to be considered an okay indie game.

    Descenders is one of those rare games that procedural generation makes it less fun. I wish it was a fine-tuned experience instead.

    Descenders isn't exactly the prettiest or most varied game out there. But as a virtual downhill experience in this day and age, you can't do much better than this game.
