    This game, unleashed to play without it's technical limitations on the ps4 (playing on PS5), this game is an extremely enjoyable open world game.

    Far better than ubisoft filler ridden nonsense.
    Do not pass this up based on far hypocritical critic reviews. This game is on the level of rdr2 and the last of us. It has the same problems and the same great aspect

    Прошел игру через год после релиза на PS4 Pro. Это не шедевр, просто хорошая приятная игра в открытом мире про зомби. Есть конечно незначительные баги, но они не бесят. Выбил платину, наиграл более 40 часов.

    Great game, decent story, loads to do, great graphics, excellent bike (especially when upgraded)...what more could you ask? Its like being in TWD! That said, on 'normal' mode, gameplay is either too easy (most of the time) or (when fighting a horde) too tough....needs more consistency and more of a strategic element. Also, it still has glitches which need patching.

    This game is a beautiful state of art. PS5 optimization brings outstanding graphics and 60 fps. Story hooks you up since first time you play it.

    Few bugs, a bit clunky shooting, and a tiny bit dated graphics. But other than that ... masterpiece. The story is great, characters, voice acting ... everything. The horde design with open world is a great idea, it allows the player for a ton of creativity when dealing with them. Man what a ride it was. I hope Sony pulls their collective head out of their ass and approve a sequel. GiveFew bugs, a bit clunky shooting, and a tiny bit dated graphics. But other than that ... masterpiece.     I finished it and I really love this game. I played almost 1 years after his launching, and there is no big bug. It was a great experience and the Hordes are very impressive and loved kill them all. Lol

    Beautiful ! Omg this game is amazing, it’s really beautiful and on PS5 at 4k60fps it’s a whole new game experience, i was just not happy with the main story, it wasn’t well scripted, some part of the story of the game were messy but i liked the overall.

    Really like this game. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. It’s a nice slow game with some intense moments when you encounter a horde. It’s one of a view games that I’ve completed totally.

    just had the opportunity to play the game 2 years aft launch and I was missing a really good game.history and characters catch I am so pleased to have the opportunity to play a game that have everything I love. to mc lore survival and apocalyptic world

    It's sad that there may never be a sequel to this because it "didn't sell well" Deacon st John and the world of days gone is far from the mediocre experience that the media casted from day one. If you are a fan of open world games that are a bit underrated; like mad max, watch dogs, the newer dead risings, the evil within 2. Im highly confident that you'll enjoy your time with this one

    10,000 times better than Resident Evil 3. And even though I haven't played 7, I expose myself by saying it's even better than that.
    It's like mixing RE 2 and RE 4 in a country key.
    Great system for quests and skills.

    The most underrated game of the generation.. I can't remember the last time I have seen soo much descrepancy between reviewers and the actual players.. A beautiful game, well realised that makes you feel lived in a world that is no longer recognisable.. I am playing on ps5 and I understand most bad reviews we're about bugs so I can't talk to that..     I feel reviewers didn't enjoy the game because this game, similar to red dead, ask you to slow down.. Stop, think about your next steps. Rather than a quick checkbox system you can fast travel to and complete ubisoft style like a zombie (no pun intended because they are freakers).. If you liked red dead and the slowness of it, you will like this. Fueling the bike can be a shore at first but it has also brought me one of the most exciting dynamic unscripted events in a game.. in an instance I was traveling and I ran out of petrol near a overrun town and had to sneak through buildings and freakers just to find a petrol canister, I was weak and knew I couldn't face that many freakers head on, so the fear of being spotted while looking for petrol gave me an unexpected thrill I haven't yet had in any other video game that wasn't intentionally scripted.. Alot of walking dead vibes.. I won't even talk about the weather system.. It is the best by a long margin in a video game.. The way snow gathers on the floor after a clear sunny day..     2021 Review on PS5. Amazing game. Runs great at 60 fps and dynamic 4k. Amazing story and voice acting. Engaging gameplay loop and combat. I don’t understand the 71 metacritic score! Was it that much worst on ps4???

    Un gioco che ha saputo intrattenermi, emozionarmi e divertirmi... È assurdo quanto io fossi indeciso sul prenderlo a causa dello **** che girò attorno al titolo alla sua uscita. È vero il gioco a alcuni problemi di entità minore e facilmente risolvibili o aggirabili, ma vanno assolutamente in secondo luogo.

    Se avete occasione giocatelo. Non ve ne pentirete.

    PS5 version is simply amazing. Beautiful graphic, smooth gameplay, no bugs, glitches etc. Just great story. This game deserve much higher rating. The only bad thing are side quests/jobs. If you are going to play this game first time, just focus on the main story (and nero sites).

I liked the fact you did not have to grind all side missions or have to complete all hoards to progress the storyline. For someone who does not have hours upon hours to grind repetitive fetch and retrieve side missions which just bloat most Open world games.

    Days Gone is tense and gives a great immersive feeling of being in a post Zombie outbreak world. You could choose your play style and at times where you are trying not to be seen by a hoard they felt genuinely tense.

    Aiming and AI enemy could be better, and as I was playing on PS5 did not have any performance issues as others may have had. Luckily the camp clearing missions were not so frequent they become arduous.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this game and was completely invested in the characters and story lines. I highly recommend playing this game, as you can choose to stick to the main quest or go all out and do all quests and side missions. Absolutely give it a go.    … Expand

    Days gone is a game that has a reaching story, very good gameplay , one of the best-fun bike mechanics in resent memory . The hordes are Very challenging and more than great especially in higher difficulties

    I know there are a few negative comments about this game and it's not perfect but oh my I absolutely loved this game. I loved everything about it. It was one of those games that got under my skin and I just wanted to play one more bit. I really hope they do a sequel. It's in your hands Sony.

Some technical issues still remain from its troubled launch, and yes, there are some structural missteps as well ( namely that Hordes are formally introduced to you far too late in the game i.e. 70 - 80% of the way through). That being said, this game is brilliant. It's so good at doing what it set out to do, and while it doesn'tThe truth is, you will love this game. Yes it has its flaws.     At the end of your playthrough, yes, you will have a dozen or so things that stick out as areas of improvement. But that's what sequels are for. Remember Assassin's Creed 1? Flawed game. Awesome foundation. This could be the same here. Sony, Bend Studios, please don't give up on this franchise. Improve it over time until people just know they have to play this.

    Gran juego, gran apartado argumentativo, no es aburrido a lo largo de su avance dentro del mismo.
    Es una historia que se siente real, tanto en su paisaje como en cada uno de sus personajes que participan como coprotagonistas y ni hablar del protagonista de la historia.

    Cuando vi el primer gameplay no me causó buena impresión, pensé que sería un juego genérico de zombies más, pero le di una oportunidad por ser exclusivo de Sony, y eso siempre es una buena garantía de que la gente que ha trabajado en el juego realmente sabe lo que hace.

    Loved getting the Platinum Trophy. Love the characters, the freakers and even Deacon's motorcycle becomes a character within the narrative. It was a fun and exiting game through and through. But that cliffhanger! I pray that the powers that be reconsider on a part 2. It is well deserved.

    I waited about a year after its release before i bought this on sale. But i wish i bought it at full price just to support developers. This was just an amazing game, high above my expectations. I did not experience any bugs what so ever. One of the best games I played in 2020.

    Now for the bad. Boozer sucks as a character... but hey, I imagine a biker gang having some pretty uninteresting people and sometimes weird personalities. He's not unbelievable, he just misses the mark. Some of the camp merchants can be very annoying. Anytime you come anywhere near their stand they exclaim the very limited dialog they were programmed with. The game isn't really played in the camps so this is minor. The aiming can be a little clunk, most 3rd person shooters are so what can you do? and the Nero researcher stealth missions can be tedious, but these are the parts where you learn about the freakers and how they are evolving as well as how they came to be.
    The highlights: The game has exploration, horror, survival, and quality cinematic cuts with great actors and facial animations. The feeling of being chased by a hoard of zombies while battling ammo, health, and stamina considerations is exhilarating. The bike is an amazing companion. The customization is fun. I like that you have to keep bike placement in mind on missions. It makes the game feel more realistic. You really end up bonding with the bike.    … Expand

    I finally took on playing this game and I gotta say that it is a very enjoyable one with some intense gameplay features. Those moments when you're riding your bike during night and drive into a zombie horde is really thrilling. Besides that it got such a nice story (with maybe too many cutscenes) and a beautiful atmosphere, especially with those amazing soundtracks!
    The game has some flaws    I finally took on playing this game and I gotta say that it is a very enjoyable one with some intense gameplay features. Those moments when you're riding your bike during night and drive into a zombie horde is really thrilling. Besides that it got such a nice story (with maybe too many cutscenes) and a beautiful atmosphere, especially with those amazing soundtracks!
    The game has some flaws indeed, which include a couple of bugs and some moments which lack of any logic.

    Il gioco ha introdotto molte meccaniche nuove come le orde e la gestione della moto , nei primi mesi di uscita il gioco aveva qualche difetto di sviluppo dovuto all'uscita preventiva causata da Sony che ha voluto che il gioco uscisse prima del dovuto per evitare che potesse diminuire le vendite di altri titoli Sony gioco oggi si presenta ben sistemato senza più bug che rovinanoIl gioco ha introdotto molte meccaniche nuove come le orde e la gestione della moto , nei primi mesi di uscita il gioco aveva qualche difetto di sviluppo dovuto all'uscita preventiva causata da Sony che ha voluto che il gioco uscisse prima del dovuto per evitare che potesse diminuire le vendite di altri titoli Sony gioco oggi si presenta ben sistemato senza più bug che rovinano l'esperienza di gioco , é un titolo da provare dalla trama profonda e che necessita di essere approfondita con un secondo capitolo… Expand

    Where other games crashes, here it makes quite a improvent. And such quite a great improvent, I must say! The graphics, while great, lacks of some little details on the landscape and some plot important things. Even son, the music is great, filling the player with emotion, going through rage, happiness and sadness, all in one game. The only thing a little bit buggying is the gameplay: has a little bit of bugs and glitches, adding it up to a rough and hard-slow movement from the character we play. But, it's part of being the most realistic thing possible. I mean, if you were in a world with so much bands, chaos and zombies of all kind, you wouldn't be a sprinter or an experienced shooter, right? Well, here, the main character has shooting skills, yeah, but it is as slow and difficult to move around, just like Joel did in the first The Last of Us, for example. But even then, that adds a realistic point of view for the character development and gameplay, which makes this game even better.
    If you are not into survival horror games with just one narrative and scenery, going lineal, this is a kind of game for you: open world, survival horror and adventure, full with a great scenario, well-developed graphics and story and while it has a few glitches, they are so low, that you wouldn't even notice them.    … Expand

    I absolutely loved this game. I know people when this came out said it was buggy but I cannot attest to that since I played it on PS5 at 60fps and it was fantastic. I loved the gameplay and storyline. I was terrified of the hoards especially the Chalmut and Old Sawmill. The motocycle to travel was a breath of fresh air as opposed to just having a horse to travel. I loved the fact thatI absolutely loved this game.     Immersive zombie game. Loved every minute of it. Loved exploring the world on my bike. Loved the hoard mechanic. Just so much to enjoy. It's not an interactive movie like the last of us. This is so much better.

Por poner algún defecto, podríamos calificar de repetitivas las misiones secundarias a realizar en los distintos campamentos. Gran juego de aventuras que todo el mundo debería dar un oportunidad antes de realizar cualquier erróneo prejuicio.

    Я бы изменил экран загрузки и сделал бы более плавный переход между кат сценами, но это мелочи по сравнению с тем, что в игре сделано отлично. Игра очень длинная и сытная.     Days gone is a magnificent open world zombie game. In my opinion, the level design is pretty good, the AI is a good one AI and the story's evolution is well written. During the game is very easy to empathise with the main character cause facial expressions in cut scenes are one the best that I've seen in the last years and they explain very well the emotional status of characters.Days gone is a magnificent open world zombie game.     In summary, the game is really good, a well written plot, excellent characterization of the characters and a great variety of enemies. Riding the motorcycle is satisfactory that makes, sometimes, fast travel is useless and the mechanic of the gasoline is ok, very close to reality, but no so annoying as the reality.

    I wanted to long to play this game I believed the lies that this is a bad game its actually a really good take on zombies and open world and if you sitcj with it it gets deeeep. I truly hope that they make a sequel soon. Remember critics aren't alway right actually they've been wrong more then right.

    Soy usuario de PC y me encanta en Days Gone sus mecánicas, armas, las hordas se nota que la prensa no lo jugo suficiente ya que al comienzo no te engancha pero luego te atrapa muy buen juego el cual se merece una secuela se nota que bend studios le puso mucho empeño en todo pero no tuvieron el tiempo suficiente para arreglar todos los bugs cuando salió en PS4

    I love this game! I really don’t know what else to say. I haven’t finished the game yet, but from what I have played it’s amazing, and has quickly become one of my favorite games ever. From the amazing graphics, great variety of likable characters, to the intense and beautiful storyline. Overall it’s just a great game, and I’m very glad I’ve gotten the chance to play it.

Сам по себе сценарий довольно банальный, причём на штампы он полагается от начала и до самого конца. Вот, знакомьтесь, байкер по имени Дикон Сент-Джонс, который в начале зомби-апокалипсиса теряет жену, а потом несколько лет её ищет и страдает: колесит из лагеря в лагерь, охотится за головами, «плюёт на всех вокруг», но придерживается какого-то своего кодекса чести. Ещё у него есть друг, с которым происходят неприятности и которого он пытается спасти, а выжившие в каждом следующем лагере постоянно уговаривают свободолюбивого байкера остаться с ними, намекая, что он «гораздо лучше, чем сам считает».
    Временами герой погружается во флэшбеки, которые целиком посвящены потерянной любимой и раскрывают их отношения. Где-то на фоне орудует военная организация, которая изучает ходячих мертвецов, но плевать хотела на выживших. Откуда взялся зомби-вирус, тоже ещё надо выяснить. Тем временем какие-то сошедшие с ума культисты мешают жить обычным людям, выжигают на своих телах закорючки и поклоняются бродячим мертвецам. В общем, с каждой миссией банальностей и штампов становится только больше, но это не расстраивает. Потому что ключевое здесь — то, как история раскрывается.
    Если по части креатива Bend Studio не хватило смелости, то в области кинематографии, диалогов и подачи они большие молодцы. Не важно, сюжетная это миссия или какой-нибудь мелкий квест, — главный герой и все, кто его окружает, не затыкаются почти никогда. Дикон вечно общается с кем-то по радио, причитает, бормочет, жалуется то на дождь, то на длинную лестницу. И при этом каждый разговор, каждая реплика написаны так, что в них веришь, а к героям прикипаешь. То какая-нибудь мелкая, но удачная шутка промелькнёт, то и впрямь остроумное высказывание.    … Expand

    Very elaborate and interesting plot! A long non-trivial story and a memorable ending. I've played a lot of games and this is the first one I wanted to rate on Metacritic. I sincerely don't understand why the game didn't become popular, because it's not inferior to competitors.

    The best zombie game I have ever played ( better than: RE2, RE4, RE6 and TLOu1). It may not have the best characters, plot and everything. If you are not into Zombie games and Open world, you are probably gona find it nice, but, if you are into this kind of games, u are gonna love it because ot is ADDITCING. It makes you really feel into a zombie apocalypse.

    days gone è semplicemente un gioco che non pretende di essere perfetto, ma vuole essere un gioco nella media e centra l'obbiettivo, anzi lo supera. parlando della storia possiamo dire che è una bella storia raccontata molto bene. il gameplay invece è molto particolare, infatti prende il meglio di molti giochi e gli unisce. la moto invece è molto personalizzabile... certo la guida non èdays gone è semplicemente un gioco che non pretende di essere perfetto, ma vuole essere un gioco nella media e centra l'obbiettivo, anzi lo supera. parlando della storia possiamo dire che è una bella storia raccontata molto bene. il gameplay invece è molto particolare, infatti prende il meglio di molti giochi e gli unisce. la moto invece è molto personalizzabile... certo la guida non è perfetta, ma non è neanche una schifezza.... quindi non lamentiamoci di days gone… Expand

    The story, the zombies and of course the gameplay where all enjoyable. The start made me feel weak but as more camps were discovered and towards the return to the North side of map I felt much more confident in taking the hordes and enjoyed it sooo much. Great experience.

    Тепер мінуси Часті фрізи при їзді на байку, крута зброя відкривається пізно хотілося щоб були модефікації, пізно відкрився напалмовий коктейль молотова.
    Дуже хочеться продовження тому що кінцівка доволі змазана, мало інформації про NERO, про еволюцію вірусу. Це все повинно розкритися у 2 частині.    … Expand

    A really great zombie game, I think this was the first time I actually went against a horde of zombies instead of a couple waves. Had a rough start but now with the pc port this game is amazing.

Simplemente es hermoso, tanto historia, ambientación, jugabilidad es uno de esos puntos donde se queda a medias y cuando salió el juego tenia un montón de bugs pero una actualización y ya, La amistad entre Boozer y Deacon es muy buena tratan como verdaderos amigos o hermanos, el juego tiene un montón de puntos malos y ya cuando lo repites si pierde un montón la esencia pero la primera vez que lo juegas es una experiencia única y divertida y cuando tienes esos combates contra las hordas ni hablar te obligaran a hacer estrategias o CORRER y sin palabras sobre la moto es una maravilla y personalización me encanto le doy 9 por la gran mayoría de puntos donde el juego cojea y el resto son cosas mínimas o pequeños bugs pero que no arruinan tanto la experiencia pero hay alguno que otro bug si y diría que lo mejor del juego y lo mas destacar del juego y almenas lo que mas me gusto a mi además de la moto y las hordas con esa aura de lugar nuevo que es Oregón y es muy HERMOSO ESOS PAISAJES y hasta mas en ps5 ACTUALIZADO que me recordó un poco a Gravity Falls sin duda es la amistad y hermandad de Boozer y Deacon que te deja sin palabras… Expand

I felt music was an inseparable part of the game invoking feelings not only during the key moments of the storyline but also adding the the game unique atmosphere. The actors play and voiceovers are masterfully done as well. Solid 9/10 from me. It feels all the downsides can hardly blemish the incredible experience this game offers.… Expand

    So surprised to see some of the low ratings this game has! It is epic and on point in almost every single way. Story Line is awesome, you feel a connection to the main and some side characters and the general game play is amazing. Really hope they make a sequel

    Days Gone isn't the best zombie open world game ever made, but , is a very great game. The story is poor and the characters aren't that interesting (the cutscene that Deacon meets his wife its just terrible). About the gameplay I can say that is very fun, the shooting and stealth are just great (for me) and the exploration is very enjoyable!

    At the beginning of the game you’ll feel like you've already played this game... then it will let you go for a while only to return with reinforcements (and lots of bugs). However, Days Gone has a couple of pleasant moments, that can't be denied. [Issue#295]

    I expect and hope for a sequel. Just know that going into this game that there is a lot of tedious nonsense to pad out a really good game to make it feel more worth every dollar, much to its detriment. I want to give this game a better score because the best moments are so good, but the large portion of this game is so bloody tiring that I just can’t.
