The content you get from this is incredibly worthwhile, and the challenge the bosses’ present feel achievable without being frustrating. If you already own Darksiders 3 you should buy this DLC and get the full experience, but the fact you NEED the DLC to feel like you have the full game is unfortunate to say the least. Had this been included in the game at launch and the much-needed QOL upgrades been implemented, Darksiders 3 would have truly been the successor of the franchise.

Overall, Keepers of the Void is an excellent piece of DLC that extends Darksiders III's replay value in a clever puzzle-laden way.

Keepers of the Void adds nothing but four challenging boss fight and a very good armour to the base game, so think about buying it if this is enough for you. Just don't expect nothing more story and gameplay-wise.

Keepers of the Void offers a nice change of pace to Darksiders III’s From Software-enriched action experience. If you’re playing the game for the first time or enjoying the New Game Plus mode that was added back in April, the added zone should provide a nice break from the main story (especially on harder difficulty modes). To that end, I just wish the puzzles were more exciting. If nothing else, I was pleased to see that the area of Limbo runs very well and at no point did I run into issues that plagued my experience last year.

Keepers of the Void offers up a bit of a change-up from the main game. If you missed puzzle elements in Darksiders 3 then this is for you, with a bit of a mix-up both from a gameplay and artistic perspective. However, it's not without its flaws itself, with the puzzles getting a bit "same-y" and the boss battles missing out on the visual versatility of the core Darksiders 3 experience.

Darksiders III - Keepers of the Void is a puzzle-centric DLC with some unique rewards in the form of sub-weapons and armour. Unfortunately the puzzles and environments are very repetitive and so long after release it doesn't really do enough to warrant reinstalling the game.

Despite some interesting puzzles, Keepers of the Void is a repetitive, shallow, and excruciatingly dull. The issues I was able to look past in the core game smacked me much harder this time around, and unlike the attacks in-game, I could see every one of these hits coming.

Pretty short and offering very few things to do, Keepers of the Void adds some puzzles and new equipment but it struggles to justify why you should install the game again.

With only some new armor and weapons to acquire and a truly boring content overall, Keepers of the Void is probably a waste of time and surely not on-par with the main game.

Despite some initial freshness, Keepers of the Void doesn't add anything substantial to Fury's journey, other than an expensive way to unlock some new armour and weapons.

While the base game punched above its weight to deliver a satisfying and varied journey, this is weak, watery content that only holds the slightest hint of what endeared me to it in the first place.

I had a good time with Keepers of the Void, and appreciated the feeling of puzzling my way through a dungeon, as well as the spike in boss difficulty by the end. Even though it doesn’t add much, if anything, in terms of lore or storytelling to the game’s world, it’s a dungeon experience that Darksiders III overall benefits from. It doesn’t have many long-term rewards for those that have already cleared the main game, but it’s a worthwhile return trip to the world of Darksiders III nonetheless, even if only for a few hours, and the kind of thing I’d love to see integrated into the base game design for future outings in the franchise.

No addition to the story or "preview" no tying up loose ends. You get some new weapons and some armor but nothing at all is added to the story and what you do get is useless unless you continue to grind out the game. I have beat it numerous times on the hardest level so I am done with this installment until the next actually new DS game comes out. The creative powers that be on this project really dropped the ball.

This really feels like a cash grab after the developers had months to get something together. I love the franchise but this is a useless add-on.

It’s nothing but a cash grab. The DLC in its entirety is a joke. Avoid if possible.

There is NO new story here really. And the envoronments are bland and cheap looking, it's about 3.5hrs of content. BUT the base game is better than I thought, given bad reviews. However I loved both 1 and 2. If only they would have had a loot system like 2..... anyway, performance on ps4 is not great. Lots of framerate drops. .. Full Review »
