    As of 2023, Cyberpunk 2077 is very enjoyable on a last-gen console. The story, world, acting, music, and visuals are all breathtaking! Night City is an amazing place to play in.
    Alongside the excellent main story, there is a huge amount of side quests you can do, as well as other random quests and encounters around the city which really help you feel part of the world.
    However, I can't    As of 2023, Cyberpunk 2077 is very enjoyable on a last-gen console. The story, world, acting, music, and visuals are all breathtaking! Night City is an amazing place to play in.
    Alongside the excellent main story, there is a huge amount of side quests you can do, as well as other random quests and encounters around the city which really help you feel part of the world.
    However, I can't give this game 10/10 - despite playing on an SSD-equipped PS4 Pro (the SSD eliminates most of if not all the asset pop-in), there are still some technical issues that make the game somewhat less enjoyable.

    FPS drops are a common occurrence while driving through the city. This can make driving feel very sluggish and difficult to control.
    There aren't very many bugs any more, however in my two full playthroughs I found two annoying bugs: one bug in an ending mission which caused to mission to fail automatically and repeatedly (forcing me to load a previous save) and one bug where my sandevistan does not work sometimes during combat for some reason.

    These technical problems I experienced being my only real issues with the game, I feel that 8/10 is fully deserved, and I absolutely love this game!    … Expand

    Having waited for quite some time for the bugs to be corrected, this game really picked itself up from the gutters. I found myself deeply immersed in the cyberpunk atmosphere and often forgot about my main mission because the side missions, stories and characters were so good.

    I played about 2/3 of the game until I got stuck because of the number of the enemies. I could probably beat the game but because I wasn't really enjoying this game I found it a good excuse to retired the game. When I started playing this game (with the updates) I felt this game deserved a 5. Now I think this game deserves a 6 or maybe even a 7. I like RPGs but I couldn't engange with theI played about 2/3 of the game until I got stuck because of the number of the enemies. Let's talk about the bad things: it crushed 3 times even with the patch (2 times while uploading and 1 by himself when it was uploading a mission and got frozen). I don't like to listen Spanish in every frase, also, I don't like that they put voices in Spanish from South America in the Spanish version and I don't like that if you play the game in Spanish, the diaglogue is in Spanish from South America for all the characters, it just don't fit. Keanu Reeves in the game is a plus, that's for sure, and I think I started to enjoy a bit the game when he appered. I played for more than 14 hours sticking to the main story. To sum up: this is not a must have game. You can give it a try if you enjoy shooting, like to hear Spanish on and off and want to see Keanu Reeves in a game.… Expand

    The first few hours of the game is some of the best gameplay i have ever experienced however it doesnt last long. It had a bigger potencial that what it was and the optimization on ps4 is bad.

    I have just finished my second playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077, my first playthrough was on PC at release, and my most recent playthrough on PS5.

    Replaying this game on console, in performance mode on my TV felt a bit more immersive however there were some issues straight out of the gate as I couldn't seem to configure my controls to feel snappy and responsive, I also experience frequent    I have just finished my second playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077, my first playthrough was on PC at release, and my most recent playthrough on PS5.

    Replaying this game on console, in performance mode on my TV felt a bit more immersive however there were some issues straight out of the gate as I couldn't seem to configure my controls to feel snappy and responsive, I also experience frequent crashes, none of these entirely ruined the experience as save points weren't too bad, but it's still quite jarring and frustrating, this shouldn't be happening so many years after release.

    As for the game itself, CDPR clearly poured countless hours into creating the world but didn't populate it with enough side-content. There are some great side missions, but the vast majority of them are just boring cut and paste (go here, kill/steal that, leave),

    Vehicle handling is frustrating, taking some corners feels like you're driving on ice with how dramatically the car spins out, and there isn't a lot of variety to the vehicles themselves. Most are terrible, once I picked up the Caliban? I didn't need to bother with any other car.

    The main story is decent, the voice acting is solid and overall presentation is great. I enjoyed the gunplay and hacking mechanisms, I also enjoyed the fact I didn't have to mess around with stealth, if things go loud you don't fail the mission and run through it guns blazing if you choose.

    The item upgrade system is fundamentally flawed, I was at level 47 when I finished the game and did as much side content as I could stomach but I still couldn't fully upgrade my items. If you pick up an EPIC gun early on and upgrade it, it can end up more powerful than if you pick up a legendary later.

    Overall I enjoyed my second time around in this game, I expect the new DLC and rebalances will be good, the game is rough around the edges but in no way deserving of the nonsense 0/10 scores below, nor the ridiculous 10/10 scores.    … Expand

    it's masterpiece, very amazing game, bugs doesn't bother me that much, i play it on ps4 pro and after 1.05 patch the game works fine, the game itself is something rare and stunning , one of my favourite game ever, just give the game a chance, you will love it.

    Played it after many patches and on PS5, so my experience was pretty good. Liked the plot and game. Maybe, if I had bought it when it was reappeared I wouldn’t have rated it that high

    I was quite looking forward to this game before it released but held out as I had a couple of other games to play so it was a narrow escape from the abysmal launch. I picked it up a week ago on sale and must say I'm really glad I did.

    The details in the world seem all very nicely thought out, people of all shapes and sizes walk around at different paces and although that doesn't seem like much it certainly feels more like a world rather than every npc having the same build and animations just with different skins.

    Gameplay wise it's a lot of fun. Combat feels good with punchy weapons and plenty of options to adjust your approach which helps with your decision on how to build your character with their skills. Driving controls are responsive and make it fun to whip around the incredibly designed city with all its many side streets and interwoven paths

    I enjoyed being stealthy and taking out enemies one by one with rear grapples, I enjoyed sneaking behind them with a high powered pistol and watching a gaping hole form in their head, I also thoroughly enjoyed blasting them all to bits with a high powered machine gun and various other methods so yeah there's enough there to keep you yearning for that next fight.

    I'm not usually bothered about story as much as I used to but this game got me listening to the dialogue and investing a bit in the characters and so far it's been very rewarding.

    There are still bugs - I've had a friendly npc talking to me then to carry on the story he walked right through my car and me but so far nothing game breaking. It can be amusing at times but it can break your immersion.

    Overall I'd highly recommend getting into the game now. If you're looking for an open fps rpg with character building, weapon loot/crafting/levelling where you can also go full GTA and steal cars and cause mayhem in an amazing looking city with a killer soundtrack then go for it - definitely happy I bought this now.    … Expand

    I played on ps4 pro. I crashed maybe 2x and experienced 1 annoying bug a few times. Jumping over a rail at the wrong angle would propel me down the street and into traffic. The story was satisfying and the gameplay was awesome. I played through a few times to try out different playstyles. All in all money well spent.

La historia es muy buena, con misiones principales de lo más interesantes y secundarias muy entretenidas,Voy a intentar realizar el análisis más objetivo posible sobre Cyberpunk 2077. Este juego, ambientado en un futuro en el que los implantes cibernéticos están a la orden del día, consigue, a través de esta ambientación, llevarte a ese mundo y sumergirte en él de una forma muy natural. La historia es muy buena, con misiones principales de lo más interesantes y secundarias muy entretenidas, como caracteriza a CD Projekt Red. Toda esa gran historia se podría haber culminado con alguna misión más que te explique más cosas acerca de Night City o expandiendo un poco el hilo argumental. Por esto me da la sensación de que quizá han recortado alguna misión para acortar la duración del juego, algo de lo que se quejaron de The Witcher y en este juego han querido cambiar, para mi un fallo importante porque habría quedado una obra más completa. A pesar de ello el juego me duró unas 40 horas sin completar todas las misiones, una duración absolutamente correcta. Artísticamente es bueno y técnicamente me ha ido bien, a 60 fps con caídas puntuales en la ciudad (he jugado en PS5). La jugabilidad es buena, con muchas mecánicas, siendo estas conservadoras pero muy divertidas, además de diversas. Eso sí, el combate cuerpo a cuerpo es bastante mejorable y espero que se pula en un futuro. También, los personajes son muy buenos en general, profundos y con arcos interesantes; el mapa es espectacular, lleno de lugares asombrosos; y la banda sonora es buena y cuadra perfectamente con la ambientación. También cabe destacar todos los detalles, textos en los que te introducir y te sumergen en el mundo y cosas interesantes que te vas encontrando a lo largo de la aventura. El juego tiene muchas cosas buenas, pero también tiene unas cuantas carencias, las cuales espero que se mejoren en un futuro. Con el parche 1.23, el juego sigue con muchos bugs, no muy importantes pero siguen empeorando bastante la experiencia de juego. A pesar de ese aspecto (espero que siga mejorando), el mayor punto débil del juego sin lugar a dudas es la inteligencia artificial, siendo bastante mala para un juego de esta categoría, con diálogos repetitivos de los NPC, una IA de la policía completamente desastrosa (apareciendo de repente y dejando de seguirte en cuanto avanzas un poco), y carencia de inteligencia en las secuencias de disparos por parte de los enemigos. Teniendo en cuenta todo esto y haciendo un balance global, este RPG de acción consigue ser un correcto exponente en su género, quedándose atrás de ser el gran juego que CD Projekt prometía por culpa de los problemas que sigue arrastrando a día de hoy. 8,2/10

    CyberPunk 2077 is an ambitious game in an incredibly creative futuristic world - but... the game is plagued with bugs and rendering issues which can make for a slow and less immersive experience (played on a PS4 pro in 2023). All that said, I thought it was a cracking game, lots to keep interested in, loads of weapons and a huge amount of side quests.     A fantastic game, that was marred by technical issues. Writing is excellent, for both the story and characters. While it runs well on PS5, the game is barely playable on PS4.

    Jeu tellement prenant dans l’univers, l’immersion, le gameplay. Quant aux bug de la ps4, je reste reconnaissant de pouvoir y jouer, car oui il est très clairement jouable aujourd’hui sur ps4 malgré quelques bug graphiques, c’est vraiment cool de pouvoir y jouer sur une vieille machine !!

The first time I got to a nice hotel room or condo suite in a high rise but not past training. How many of you reading this got stuck in one of their training modules? The second I had a chance to drive around, hang out at a bar, and I can't even remember how they got out of the IGN story progression outline this time. With a wikipedia describing the full range of the game in addition to IGN's impressive description, all I can say in addition to how stupid do you think we are is how crooked could you possibly be when wikipedia and IGN described the actual game to prospective gamers. This is especially important right now with Hogwarts Legacy being described by critics as containing over 30 quests and over 30 hours of gameplay.

    I have to take a closer look. Did the $550 Playstation, which may have come out the same year as Cyberpunk 2077, just Zombieland my hardrive by taking ud 147 gigabytes without providingg the game? It says 57.01 gigabytes with a 7.48 MB file. That's probably what I paid $20 for. You should be glad you got "57.01" GB file. Let me console you some more by repeating that's "7.48" MB man. Congratulations, you just paid for numerology.    … Expand

    Simply chill out a few moments, everything loads, then you're good-to-go. The game notwithstanding is great! (easily a 9 without the glitches n' problems). So many choices, so many paths to take. Great immersion. Great story. Loved V (male),    I waited a looong time to play Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4.

    Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the most anticipated games for quite a while. Some people were upset with the game's performance on the base version of the consoles, but what about me on the PS4 Pro? Well, I expected much worse to be honest, but still, it doesn't run as it should.
    One of the best parts of Cyberpunk 2077 is the story, which is very interesting despite being shorter than it should've been in my opinion.
    The characters are great overall; I liked V (Female), Johnny and Panam more than I expected. Some characters like River and Kerry could benefit from more screentime, but they were good nonetheless.
    The gameplay is pretty enjoyable, albeit buggy at times.
    The world is really good! Night City is probably one of my favorite places in a videogame, and most of the quests are wonderful, just like in The Witcher.
    The visuals are very beautiful most of the time and the music is absolutely fantastic!
    Unfortunately for the game though, there are technical problems. From texture pop up, to FPS drops, audiovisual issues, glitches and even some crashes.
    Also, the RPG elements are quite underwhelming (dialogue options & side-activities) and lastly, the A.I. is flawed and the wanting system is almost absent.

    Pros:
    + Engrossing story
    + Fun and varied gameplay
    + Compelling and likable characters
    + Superb quest design
    + Night City is spectacular

    Cons:
    - Short plot

    Despite the unfortunate launch, flaws and some broken promises, with Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red proved to me once again that they are at the top of their game when it comes to engaging storytelling and characters in an Open World game.

    Do I recommend it?:
    Well, I know that it's playable on most platforms, but I don't know if it's worth getting it on the base versions of the consoles for now. I'd recommend it for PC or PS4 Pro/Xbox One/PS5/Xbox Series X owners though.    … Expand

    I started playing in March 2023, almost two and a half years after the game came out (December 2020). It was 80% off and there's a good reason why it was so cheap. The graphics are very beautiful at times and then again in the next moment the graphics are like I was playing on the PlayStation 3. The story is interesting,    I played this game on PlayStation 4 Pro. Game version is 1.61.

    I started playing in March 2023, almost two and a half years after the game came out (December 2020). It was 80% off and there's a good reason why it was so cheap.

    The graphics are very beautiful at times and then again in the next moment the graphics are like I was playing on the PlayStation 3. The story is interesting, but it is nothing special. This game tries to be a mix between GTA, Watch Dogs and the Netflix series called Altered Carbon. The city seems empty, soulless and there are generally few vehicles and people on the streets. The game fails to load the world while running around town. You stand still and then you see how different things appear around you.

    Unfortunately, this game still has a lot of bugs and issues. Some examples of what I have encountered:
    1. This is the first game that has managed to turn off my PS4 Pro in the middle of playing without any warnings.
    2. There was no indication on the screen to collect things in the world, I had to press a button repeatedly and aim the object in the middle of the screen to pick it up. Guess what, it showed up after I had played the game for about 8 hours.
    3. In order to run in the game, I had to jump in the air first, and only then I was able to activate the running function.
    4. When driving around with a car, it sometimes jumps into the air by itself for no reason.
    5. Sometimes there were absolutely no gun sounds of the shooting in the gameplay. Music just played in the background.
    6. The AI sometimes behaves very strangely. Enemies appear randomly, they spin in the air, jump around here and there, all this is before they start shooting me.
    7. The list could be endless, if I don’t stop here.

    After playing for 11 hours, I encountered such a bug that there was no way around it. I tried many different solutions and finally gave up. This same issue has been around since the game came out and the developer still hasn't fixed it. The internet is full of posts about this problem. My version of the game is 1.61, which came out November 2022. However, it is now the middle of March and there has been no update to the game in the last 3 months. Have they given up on fixing this game? “I walk the line” quest got me completely stuck. More precisely, it is a task called “Find the agent in the cinema.” Industrial shutters remain shut and there’s no way to fix it. I tried various possible solutions (loading old save game, restarting mission, doing things in different order, restarted PS4 Pro etc.) on the internet, and nothing worked. Other players have had the same problem and have also not been able to resolve it.

    This game is still full of glitches and bugs. I can't recommend this game at all.

    I played and beat this game when it first came out and when it still had most of it's bugs on a PS4 pro and it was beyond my expectations of what an open world game from even the creator's of The Witcher series could make. It was a sublime experience into a dark world and playing it now after all of the hard work from the developers is equally as impressive.     Played on ps5 and had zero problems with any bugs so i cant comment on any of the hate this game gets on previous consoles. I loved the world and characters (shout out to Jackie and Panam). Alot of the choices you make didn't seem to alter the story much but making the choices definitely made the game more personal to me and made me more invested in the story.

The game is amazing when you don’t have to worry about all the glitches I heard about. The game is like Fallout meets Grandtheft Auto. Which works for me since I love both. Graphics are just ok for a base PS4, there are many games who do a better job at that, but nothing is ugly. Controls and gameplay are borderline bad, especially melee combat which is a joke.

    The game crashed twice but thankfully auto-save is frequent.
    I had some fun playing the game but i never felt like "i have to drop whatever i am doing to go play me some cyberpunk", i kinda had to remind myself that i play this game.     Probably THE most memorable characters and story you will ever play.A city that feels so good to even traverse in.So much attention to detail.

    Shame that on release the game was broken and pushed away a lot of people. Definitely worth your time since then.

CDPR doesn't deserve all the hate messages they get but it is fair to say that Cyberpunk is a wasted opportunity. Anyways I still loved the game playing it when it came out. But... since then I re-played Witcher3, GoW (PS4), RDR2, Horizon ZD and MassEffect. That made me realise that compared to these games Cyberpunk looks pale. It is just unfinished, so many things you would expect to be there like police chases or changing character optics are missing. It lacks this certain bit of something that makes the difference between a good game and a masterpiece. At least one year more time of development would have given the developers the chance to achieve that. I would rank the gameplay itself 5/10 points but as I said the story is actually really good, that's why I am giving it 8 points and hope they will continue to improve it. To conclude: Giving it 0 points is rediculous, there are lots of far worse games out there. But the many broken dreams and promises make the anger understandable.     I played this after the 1.6 update which pretty much removed all the bugs only to find out that the bugs weren't the bad part of this game. This game is boring, bland and a chore to play. The open world is dead and unimaginative. Waste of time and money

    Other than that, CDPR's decisions as to rushing the game out when promising it would release "when it's ready" was a humiliating disaster, AND their propagandist Russophobic policy has irreparably damaged the reputation of this development studio.

    Now that patch 1.6 is out, Cyberpunk 2077 is fixed and is one of my favorite games to date! I'm playing on ps5 and I'm really impressed with how cdpr fixed Cyberpunk 2077. Great job cdpr.

    So much hype for this game and we got a buggy unfinished game that runs poorly. I got a refund. Given more time this game would be great. Pick it up later in 2021 after many patches and at half price.

    To start off I didn’t buy in the marketing that Cyberpunk is going to be bringing the genre to a new level. I loved how CD Project did on The Witcher 3 but I knew they were going to be out of there element. There was a bunch of bugs at lunch but I didn’t experience anything that made it unplayable or that would make me restart and lose a bunch of progress. Everything that I experienced was things like cars falling from the sky and things loading in way too slow/last minute. I was disappointed there were bugs but I still was able to experience the campaign without being annoyed by the bugs. I thought the campaign was good but too short and didn’t expand on the world. Unlike the Witcher 3 this game story didn’t want you to stick around and experience the little things. I was also disappointed in the graphics. Overall, it's not as bad as people say but still has it's issues.    … Expand

The key problems I had were : crashing occasionally like after 2 or so hours of playing or during combat with a lot of explosions,The fact that the cops literally spawn 10 feet adjacent to you is pretty annoying but they’re pretty easy to lose, and the fact that the driving is atrocious asf probably the worst driving I’ve ever encountered in a video game. But solid gameplay you get to make choices that decide the story , great character customization (like really good) , build like system with multiple ways to play when it comes to combat (stealth etc). You can Loot, craft, sell, buy, just about everything you find . The npcs don’t really get you immersed in the world I feel like the city is really great in some aspects like how some parts of it look but it you don’t always feel like you’re really there in V’s shoes . Still an excellent game despite its flaws for the most part they seem to somewhat listen to the community and are still updating. I recommend buying on sale if you really want to give it a try , it definitely had a rough launch but most of the (game breaking)launch issues are gone . There aren’t too many serious bugs.… Expand

    It looks a little bit better, but still has some very problematic bugs, crashes and frame drops. CD putted a very good marketing to this game, and it was a HUGE lie and disappointment.

    Я играл в игру со самого старта, и я не знаю почему, но проблем и багов у меня не было от слова совсем. Единственное что происходило, так это вылеты каждые 4 часа, но прогресс сохранялся и я просто продолжал играть. Единственный не приятный баг из за которого пришлось перезапустить миссию, это в задании с хакершой из клуба которая с нами под воду в свой город плавала. Она просто пропала сЯ играл в игру со самого старта, и я не знаю почему, но проблем и багов у меня не было от слова совсем. Единственное что происходило, так это вылеты каждые 4 часа, но прогресс сохранялся и я просто продолжал играть. Единственный не приятный баг из за которого пришлось перезапустить миссию, это в задании с хакершой из клуба которая с нами под воду в свой город плавала. Она просто пропала с карты потому что я слишком рано заплыл в церковь. И все. Всю игру я проходил с удовольствием. Просадки фпс понятное дело были, но они ни как не влияли на геймплей. Конечно может мне так повезло, и моя консоль 19го года справлялась с игрой, а может потому что я просто играл и не нарушал правила игры и не испытывал ее… Expand

    Friends, this little game has a side quest where you have to crucify a criminal, who believes in God. I am pretty sure CDPR created that quest to make the game so hyped and edgy so it would sell better. Nothing personal, just marketing. Simply disgusting.

    Bugs and crashes were annoying, but I still enjoyed the game enough to collect the Platinum Trophy. I logged over 100 hours of enjoyable gameplay and the game still stands out as one of my favorites. Would have been a 10 for me if not for the technical issues.

    On PS4 Pro the temperature just flying.

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
