После патча 1.05 дела на PS4 Pro улучшились. Далеко не идеально, но уже играбельно. Оценку поднимаю и жду (хотя осадок все равно останется) дальнейших изменений.

Simplifying this, this game runs really badly in the Ps4 pro and the resolution is horrible as well. Probably to be expected with the lack of console review codes. An embarrassment to the developing community and a complete disappointment on the CDPR team. Not to touch without at least 6 months of patches or try to find a Ps5 to play it.

Things have certainly come a long way. There are still bugs and glitches, but Cyberpunk has at least reached a point on the console where it is entirely playable. So while that does not make up for all the scummy things that went on behind the scenes, it does mean I have finally been able to experience the content it offers and can review the actual game itself, rather than just remarking on its technical shortcomings and CD Projekt RED's lies. A game that, while still good, is nowhere near what we were promised it was going to be.

Night City is a massive place filled with enough side-quests and odd jobs to keep you busy for hundreds of hours. Almost all of which have a level of writing comparable to that of GTA V's. The world itself is diverse, teeming with life, and is one of the best I've experienced in all my years of gaming. I often found myself forsaking driving and walking to my objectives just to take in the sights.

Unfortunately, your interactions with it are painfully limited narrative-wise. It's a good story. One filled with incredibly well-written and acted characters I grew to genuinely care about. It's just not even remotely as open-ended as they told us it was going to be. The main plot thread is very linear with each quest largely playing out the exact same way every time right up until you choose an ending. It makes multiple playthroughs kind of boring as you've basically seen everything it has to offer the first time around save for the actual different endings themselves. Yeah, you can pick another background for your avatar, but outside of the occasional dialog option this only affects which prologue you'll receive and has no real impact on the rest of the experience. Compare this to CD's earlier work The Witcher 2 where a choice you make relatively early on can take you to two entirely different areas complete with their own content and you have a noticeable and significant step back for the developer.

There are some other, more minor aspects of the game that aren't up to par as well. Like the character creation system that favors superfluous feeling cosmetic decorations over rather basic means of crafting facial structure. Did we really need the ability to select genital size in lieu of being able to shape foreheads? I think not. The shooting and driving controls are also loose, which led to a lot of tinkering in the menus before they became useable for me.

Forever marred by the dishonest and even illegal business practices of its creators and (at times VERY) rough around the edges, Cyberpunk 2077 is still worth playing for the things it does brilliantly and the myriad number of ways you can use technology to transform your body into the ultimate killing machine. In a lot of ways it was the futuristic gangster life simulator I never knew I wanted. Yet, this is far from the genre redefining RPG it was marketed as and lags behind its peers in some embarrassing ways given the talent putting it out. So when all is said and done this is merely a "good" game when it should have been the next big thing.

The game is in better shape than you can see online. I encountered few glitches, 2-3 crashes and some weird music loops, but the game is doing auto saves frequently so it was not a problem for me both on PS4 and when I switched to PS5. During the game I was charmed by the atmosphere and writing of the game. It is one of the best storytelling you will see in a game. Dialogues and characters are written perfectly. Every relation with NPCs in a game feels almost real. They are not just quest givers but after series of events they are becoming your friends.
The main plot may be not original but it is masterfully told with plenty of tension, relations, twists and atmosphere. All the side missions are worth doing and each arc has some unique flavor (detective work, nomadic families, houses of pleasure, braindances, netrunners).
When it comes to gameplay, I would say that, Cyberpunk 2077 is a great story, but at most decent game. Sometimes it feels like the developers fell in love with story so much that they forgot that the player should be in control. There are whole sections where it doesn't matter what you do or what dialogue option you choose. Moreover I was surprised that I didn't wanto to level up. The leveling system is so complicated and yet meaningless that I was never looking forward to gain a level. Same with random tasks in the open world - I didn't care about them. In theory each of them had some story behind them, but it was told only through a note or call log and got repetitive after a while.
But even with all these flaws I spent more than 100 hours in the game and didn't feel tired of it until the end quest. I can recommend Cyberpunk. I think that the hype did caused a lot of harm to the game. The expectation were too high.

From April to June 2020, 1 or 2 updates were released and not 1 problem was solved. I went through a 100% game in about 105 hours. I got a great story of the main story and betrayal of CDPR. The combat did click for me at one point and became really fun but before then when I was lacking high damage weapons and versatile upgrades it felt very slow and bullet spongey. Would I recommend it? No. I would wait a year until all the bugs have been fixed, there is more polish (no pun intended) and hopefully some more content is added. I’m going to wait until 2022 before I do my second play through and hopefully by then it will be a 9/10 experience, though I can’t imagine it ever meeting the expectations it might have once had. Bad
    - The AI system
    - Cop system, there is none
    - Nothing to explore really. Like there is, but after 30 hours everything just feels the same. If you compare Fallout and Bioshock. All there is, is clubs, same apartments, houses, and strip joints. Like I wish there was more exploration.
    - Superlinear game where choices don't matter.
    - Crashes all the time.
    - Your character becomes OP within 15 hours. So there's no challenge.
    - You can't change your player's appearance.
    - The map is so close where you find yourself hitting the walls all the time.
    - Not replayable for now at least.

    Okay
    - Storyline. Something about it is forgetful which is a shame. I can tell the first 10 hours is amazing, but later on, you can tell it was just rushed out.
    - Characters. Okay, the characters are great. The problem is, a lot of these characters don't have enough air time where I feel personal/attached.

The game never really gets going, its more like the senior developers threw a bunch of ideas into a first draft and put it out there. The game is enjoyable at times, but like a lot of recent games, there is far too much following behind a NPC and pressing square to advance the narrative. There are no real choices, you just follow along and go where you're told. The main story just ends suddenly, with no emotional investment or conclusion. I did like the 80s, sci-fi feel to the game.

I think a sequel which was something closer to Bladerunner, where you play as a cop would be interesting, if CDPR got a decent team in and allowed the player more freedom.

After 120 hours - I had fun. On PS5 I have PS4 version and the game is not great, not terrible.

Night City (8/10) Very nice and detailed city. But it crashes when I travel a lot on my bike or car. Buildings have only max. 3 floors to go (example: garage, 1st floor, 55th floor). There is no large megabuiliding that is like a vertical city itself. But the city has potential. Story

Buildings have only max. 3 floors to go (example: garage, 1st floor, 55th floor). There is no large megabuiliding that is like a vertical city itself. But the city has potential.

    Story (8/10)
Good story, but more linear then open (like AC: Odyssey) - it has only different beginnings and endings. You have also some good character stories. But no faction stories like Fallout games or Witcher 3.
No big differences between Nomad, Corpo, Street kid. Not big defferences between hacker build, crafter build, handgun-shooter build either.

    Music and sound effects (10/10)
This is the only thing that is polished.

    Dialogs (8/10)
Good dialogs but many of them have no consequences. Most of them are linear - just different attitude (like AC:Odyssey or Mass Effect: Andromeda). But they are good written dialogs. Not as lame as in Fallout 4.

    RPG mechanics (8/10)
Crafting is good, but simple. You have nice options for builds like hacking, gun-handling, crafting, stealth, so you can choose to be nice stealthy hacker, shooter and crafter - you can have it all.

    Gun-play (7/10)
Good gunplay and guns. Big variety of tech and smart weapons, hanguns, rifles, shotguns.
You can only give them different scopes and maybe a silencer and you can modify them with some mods.
But you cannot optimize them much with different muzzles, barrels, stocks, magazines, triggers - Semi-Auto, Full-Auto and Burst modes. You cannot even paint them.

In games I like when you have situations where you have to use different guns. Here I can handle every situation with a revolver. Even against enemies that have shotguns, machine guns, snipers, close quarter combat, long range combat, in open area, on streets... I can kill anyone in any situation with a revolver or a sniper rifle.
If I am good with revolvers and not so much with shotguns, then it's easier to kill tough enemies with revolver then with a super heavy shotgun.

    Cars and bikes (7/10)
Great design but terrible driving. The only thing that you can normally drive are motorbikes in 3rd person view. Cars are sliding like on ice.

    Graphics on PS5 (7/10)
Not great, not terrible. The textures on PS5 could be 1080p not 720p. They didn't took advantage of next-gen consoles and did terrible optimization on PS4. It's a lose-lose situation (no-win).

    AI and world interactions (3/10)
Just bad AI. The opponents are dumb, crowd is dumb, police are dumb. Their is not even a standard NPC and opponent AI and interactions like in standard games: Farcry, Deus Ex, GTA, Ghost Recon, Assassins Creed, Horizon Zero Dawn, Ghost of Tsushima, etc.
Opponents have no tactics, no behaviour, no routines.

    Physics and collisions (3/10)
Just bad. Objects are fusing, dissapearing, flying into sky, going under the world... you can die randomly during some collisions with objects... Cars are sliding, bikes are ok. Car crashes have no sense. Sometimes you can crash your big heavy car agains any car, sometimes you can drive through cars, sometimes you can destroy big car with your tiny car...
There is no variety of physics like - water physics, bullet physics, fire physics, explosion physics, etc. There is no physics interaction between bullets, explosions and fire against world around you.

    Bugs 2/10
Game crashes, dissapearing of NPC's, fusing of objects, NPC's stucked during missions, random enemy can attack you during conversation and kill you, you car will blow up and you will die randomly, objects flying around, NPC's flying around...

    Promises fulfilled (3/10)
They promised features that will give you possibilities in game.
    1. Promise not fulfilled: Backstory:
Childhood hero: Samurai rockerboy, Solo, Corporate god
Key Life Event: death of sibling, ran away from home, first big kill
    2. Promise not fulfilled: A big world that is interactive.
    3. Promise not fulfilled: Crowd and community systems to create most believable city in any open-world game to date. People all living their lives with a full day and night cycle.

Story and game play is exceptional, graphically (minus bugs, glitches & crashes) the backwards compatible version is ok, with some further optimisation, I pray that these can write the wrongs.

As an Australian, we are paying between $76-$110 AUD for this game. And if not for the captivating game play and story, I would be requesting a refund due to a poor product.

CDP have a lot of work to do, they know this, and I'm hoping that this be a lesson to them in the future that if you want to run a hype train such as they have, make sure they have a product that works first.

What we have witnessed is the battle between keeping the stockholders happy and game devs pushing for more time. Instead of chucking them under the bus, allow them time to finish to a quality that's playable.

Cyberpunk has an interesting story and several characters that are memorable. Side missions with key characters are even enjoyable and provide several perspectives on what life can be like in Night City. When it works and the game is not having any texture issues, Night City does look amazing and CDPR nailed the Cyberpunk vibe with the vehicles, the looks of the NPCs and the buildings plastered with ads that would be from that era. Combat can be fun with many ways to approach certain sections, although the hacking mechanics were more of an afterthought for me and enemy AI can be so stupid it makes the fun of combat inconsistent.

I played the game on a PS5, so it was not anywhere near unplayable to playing it on a base last-gen console, however my play-though still had many crashes (around 1 per hour?) and game-breaking bugs that required me to reset the game or reload a save. Several times pop-ups would get stuck on the UI and it was extremely annoying. Not to mention NPCs would just fail to do animations properly, get stuck on terrain and T pose randomly.

When CDPR manages to fix all these issues and who knows when that will be, we have a great game here. I am also keen to see what DLCs they will cook up, but for now, I would recommend staying away until they do fix it or if you managed to get your hands on a next-gen console and have extreme patience like I do then give it a go.

What was CDPR thinking of releasing a game in this state? The performance is woeful at time. Simple animations just freaking out, slow load times when opening the map/menu, some really basic stuff that there's really no excuse for. Performance isn't great and CDPR will have lost a lot of goodwill by deceiving players. Personally, I'm of the opinion that The Witcher 3 wasn't great at launch but they turned that around. Admittedly, this is a big mountain to climb but I have faith they will make it right.

All the bugs aside, I have found it pretty enjoyable. I'm enjoying the narrative more than I thought I would but it can be a slog when they start chatting about tech like you're supposed to know wtf they're talking about. The game suffers from the common problem that all open-world games face in today's gaming landscape and that is they all feel flat and dull. A massive city, nobody around. The ones that are around ain't doing **** which, kinda makes sense narratively for this corpo world. It used to be ok 10, 20 years ago but players expect a bit of feel and buzz in their open-world experiences. Pair the lack of buzz with and NPC sitting on thin air or leaning on a wall but a good 2 feet away from it and verisimilitude goes right out the window.

Character creation has plenty of options for you to create whatever weirdo you want. The ability to choose full nudity is a great inclusion and something I hope to see more of in mature games going forward. I thought for sure Sony would censor it. Matters like this should always be given to the individual to decide and not be told by companies that you can't see this. We have age ratings for a reason. Your outfit is your armour in this game which is nice. Means you can walk around in shorts and a vest without losing armour but, the best amour I have seen so far tends to come in the form of bigger, heavier items that are fit for purpose, which makes sense. Just once I would like my pink hotpants to protect me more than combat gear, sigh. 1 thing that has annoyed me is the lack of a hide armour feature. Unless I'm an idiot and have missed it somewhere, you cant choose to hide any clothes. I really want to hide my hat and mask slots but it doesn't seem to be possible.

Seen a lot of people complain about the driving and I don't know what to tell you. It's basic and serves a purpose. I haven't found it too bad. This is an FPS/RPG, not Gran Turismo.

Overall there's still a lot of work that needs to be done to bring this game up to its full potential. CDPR were kind of the last bastion of a safe and trusted developer for many gamers. But first impressions matter, ask Anthem, ask Marvel Avengers. It's what you will be remembered for and Cyberpunk is going to be, I think for a lot of people, remembered more for what it's done to CDPRs reputation rather than a game that was what seems to be, too ambitious in its reach.

I will keep the faith for now that CDPR will keep working on Cyberpunk to make it the best it can be. And I believe they will in their own way, try to make it up to their audience, which is more than can be said for the rest of the AAA crowd. But they are on thin **** ice in my book. Because you can't tell me this game has spent 7, 8 years in development and release something of this quality. It would be a different story if this was another yearly or biennial title like AC has become. You would expect this level of quality. But 8 years!!! It's actually worse.

The storyline is great. The depth and sometimes overwhelming density of the environment is incredible. The gameplay mechanics are good. Acting, scripting etc. is excellent.

The bugs ruin the game. On PS4, I've had 4 crashes in about 8 hours of gameplay. The random graphic glitches border on making the game unplayable. I can deal with floating assets, but the one that really ruins the game are when dialog starts overlapping or the audio gets off track from the gameplay. I've also had several instances where I can't progress because something got "stuck" in the progress.

Another glitch that makes the game almost unplayable is when the description pop-up box for an item gets stuck on screen. I've had a tire iron description box stuck in the bottom right of the screen overlapping needed information and it simply won't go away.

I've also somehow managed to screw up an association with a group that seems to be critical to the story that has caused me to have to creatively find a way through a mission with no weapons and dozens of angry gang members. Thank god in this stage I'm apparently a bullet sponge and able to fist punch huge dudes with AR's and steal their gear.

This game should have been delayed. It's clearly half baked. It's a shame because the premise, story, environment and gameplay could have made this one of the best titles in a decade. Instead it plays like a rushed demo.

I deeply love Cyberpunk 2077, I bought the lore book, I watched the Night City wires, I followed its development for years.
However, when I got the game on ps4, I noticed a LOT of glitches. The game likes to bug and glitch out, oftentimes graphics don't fully load, sometimes theres a substantial lag when moving fast. Don't bother with cars, they don't handle well at all, and don't bother

Don't bother with cars, they don't handle well at all, and don't bother driving ANYTHING in first person because it is SO disorienting and difficult and annoying. Motorcycles are the only vehicles that work. The game has crashed on me, A LOT. I've had glitches happen that haven't been fixable by restarting/reloading my last save. I've had to go back at least 40 minutes of gameplay multiple times just to get rid of a persistent bug like Rogue showing up in my apartment when I called her on the phone and not disappearing no matter how many times I restarted the game. I've played over 40 hours so far so this isnt just a first impression either.
It's frustrating that such an otherwise fantastic and immersive game was released so broken for the platform it was originally intended to release on. The negativity and anger is directed at the management and executives at CDPR for deliberately hiding ps4 gameplay because they feared it would hurt their day one sales, which is so messed up. I bought the game on pre order over a year ago. and now I feel like a damn fool to be honest. I will have to actually spend thousands of dollars to buy parts and build a high functioning PC in order to play this game properly which tell take me more time and money than I could ever dream of having to make this game work the way it should.
Don't get mad at the Devs, story designers or artists. This isn't the fault of those who put in so much time and hard work and love into this game over the years. The game when it works is phenomenal. It's immersive, the characters and relationships feel real, the story is exciting, Keanu Reeves' performance is fantastic and compelling, etc. This is really a management and executive issue and CDPR needs to be held accountable as a company for this level of deceit and the way they actually treated their employees. Forced crunches and six day weeks and the threat of withholding bonuses if the game didn't get over 90% is downright unethical and unfair.
I don't recommend playing this game on console. It's a frustrating, heartbreaking, and disappointing experience. Don't know how it plays on the next gen consoles, but from what I've watched and read and experienced, it seems like the game performs at its best on a high graphics high functioning PC, which honestly sucks as it alienates lower income players who cant afford to drop thousands of dollars on a PC that will run this monster of a ~120GB game.
I really hope CDPR gets its **** together and starts listening to its fans and treating its employees well. It's evident that so much hard work and love and thought went into creating this marvelous game and it's unfair that so many people's experience has been incredibly tainted by this absolute mess of a release on last gen consoles.

Gameplay is fun, but the game crashed 4 times in 3 hours. I will have to reserve the remaining 5 points until all the glitches and crashes are fixed.

A masterpiece when played on more capable hardware, but an experience entirely fraudulent on last-gen consoles. CDPR sold their souls to the greedy NVIDIA corporation!

Playable. Good shooting mechanics, but not great. Super boring side missions and comparably short main quest. The game doesn't engage me to proceed it after a half.

I'm playing this game on my PS5. So far I am 7 hours in the game. I had to deal with 3 crashes and some minor bugs (like my car floating in the air for example). The story is good and refreshing. And the side-missions are little stories on their own and never get boring. Voice-acting is spot on. People are complaining it's missing the freedom of GTA-games. It isn't GTA, people, and it doesn't pretend to be. It is an open world but from a whole other perspective. I enjoy this game and I will keep on enjoying it for another few months. I hope the problems on the PS4 are fixed very soon so everyone will be able to enjoy this game as it is a game you really need to experience. Due to the bugs and crashes I have to give it a 7 now. But there is a potential 9 or 10 here. Expand

Biggest disappointment in years of video games, PS3 graphics, terrible performance. I bought the game in 2019, in pre-order. Will I have to wait another 2 months to play the game in an acceptable way?

The problem with Cyberpunk 2077 is that both parties are correct; it is a great and deep game with a robust RPG system, intriguing world and filled with colourful storylines. The character creation menu is rich with detail and the three life paths are a welcome feature, providing background to help cement your version of V in Night City.

Sadly it does suffer from destructive bugs, visual issues and crashes all the same. NPCs and enemies trapped in T-poses mid-combat, enemies clipping the environment and becoming trapped, NPCS spawning in the middle of the road, weapon stats boxes sticking to the main screen and not disappearing when you move away, as well as random crashes and save corruptions.

Anyone with even a minor gripe about this game is dubbed as a "hater" and challenged to "try and do better than CDPR", a defensive comeback that was popular back in primary school. We're living in an age where it's seemingly acceptable for folk out there to review-bomb a game like TLOU2 based solely on the body type of its female antagonist, but no one is allowed to say anything negative about the likes of Cyberpunk 2077 and its inability to function on even a basic gameplay level.

How would you want us to critique this game, if not by holding its technical issues to account? Bethesda took a beating with Fallout 76, for example, and that game suffered some similar bugs and glitches. CDPR are not immune to criticism. Cyberpunk 2077 has the foundation of a brilliant game at its core, but it needs a little more work. The first few days were rough but I have faith in this game.

I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive. Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
