    Warzone sets itself apart from the rest of the battle royales by adopting a more accessible, forgiving style of play. A single death no longer means the end of the match. The first time you die you'll be sent to the Gulag to battle it out 1v1 with another deceased player for a shot at resurrection. Fail there and if your playing as part of a squad any surviving teammates can buy you backWarzone sets itself apart from the rest of the battle royales by adopting a more accessible, forgiving style of play. A single death no longer means the end of the match. The first time you die you'll be sent to the Gulag to battle it out 1v1 with another deceased player for a shot at resurrection. Fail there and if your playing as part of a squad any surviving teammates can buy you back into the game at specific stations with cash that's scattered around the map or acquired through lootable contracts that offer optional mini-objectives to complete.

    The money you accumulate in-game can also be used to purchase killstreaks or call in your personalized weapons loadout from 2019's Modern Warfare reboot, perks and all. Thereby removing much of the need to scrounge for anything beyond ammo and ensuring you're fully kitted out with items you're already comfortable with. None of these mechanics radically redefine the battle royale experience when you get right down to it, but they along with the relatively quick time to kill do make this a more casual-friendly alternative that's perfectly suited for those trying out the genre for the first time or struggle in the more hardcore variants.

    The only thing really "new" that Warzone offers is the Plunder mode, where the goal is to be the first team to collect $1 million. Respawns are infinite and targets are placed on the backs of the top earners. It's a nice addition and my only complaint with it is that having to parachute back down to your allies every time you die is annoying, but I still didn't enjoy it as much as the pre-game lobbies.

    Like in just about every battle royale you get dropped into a small section of the map with all the other players while waiting for the match to start. While titles like Fortnite and even Black Ops 4's Blackout have let you pick up weapons, the one thing all these games have had in common was that you couldn't hurt anybody during this loading period. Warzone however gives you two random weapons and lets you kill anyone you see without any sort of repercussions outside of being forced to sit through those lengthy, irritating parachute redeploys that eat up your precious and very limited time. The way it funnels everyone together makes for a delightfully chaotic bloodbath that I wish didn't go by so quickly. It's easily my favorite part of the package. Which is kind of a problem...

    When a roughly 60 second holdover to the actual meat of the gameplay is the most exciting aspect of the whole thing, you know there's an issue. Now, I'm not here to say Warzone is a bad game, because it's not. In fact when it comes to this particular kind of competitive multiplayer this is one of the best options currently on the market. It's just that if you've already poured countless hours into something like of Apex Legends or PUBG, I can't think of a single reason why this would be any more deserving of your attention than the one you've already spent your time and maybe even money on. This isn't necessarily because of anything Infinity Ward did or didn't do, as there are still reasons to consider giving it a look. The battle royale genre is just really oversaturated.    … Expand

    Warzone is in the middle for me especially since the merge with Cold War which clearly made it worse with bugs, glitches, and broken weapons I would only play it to grind out some XP or have some fun with friends.

    The game is fun don't get me wrong, but the integration of Cold War and Warzone has made the game unbearable for me and many others. The Cold War guns are completely different to Warzones and MWs . They are faster and do more damage. They just don't fit the game.

    A fun and engaging battle Royale component and add on to Modern Warfare, though can be played with out owning MW. The free to play element is good and it's an improvement over Blackout in B04. The gameplay is balanced and fair and easy to pick up. It's quite engaging but can get repetitive as there is only one map (Verdansk) although it's is large with lots to explore. The gameplay is wellA fun and engaging battle Royale component and add on to Modern Warfare, though can be played with out owning MW. Overall, this is a solid and engaging BR game, but needs further updates and slight tweaks to weapon balancing due to some really overpowered guns like the Grau.… Expand

    This game is just mehhh. Slow motion gameplay (especially after apex). Can't jump, can't climbing on walls (hello console players i know you like this). Ttk is worst thing ever. With this animations ttk should be much more. Many features stolen from other games (what is ok) but point of them is missing. Leveling system is kinda ok but i    ~6 hours in the game... and i can't play more.

    This game is very fun to play with friends, and it has the best tension feeling i´ve seen in any battle royale. Good gunplay as every Call of Duty has, and very good graphics and optimization. I also love the gulag, it is a very good idea in my opinion.

    Decent BR. It was fun for a long while until it got very very repetitive with the metas being the same and everyone using the same guns. It became less important to get good loot.

    Was great in Modern Warfare times but they milked the **** out of it, integrating with other games causing it to be an unplayable mess. Still giving this one a decent score for Modern Warfare times.

    Divertido y gratis. Tras unas horas de juego me lo e pasado bien jugando con mis amigos. El sistema “gulag” esta muy bien (1vs1 para renacer, mientas arriba estan expectantes otros jugadores o tu propio grupo), armas de niveles por color que salen en cofres tipo fortnite. El mapa es muy grande, demasiados edificios para mi gusto. Prefiero zonas boscosas, aun asi veremos como vaDivertido y gratis. Tras unas horas de juego me lo e pasado bien jugando con mis amigos. El sistema “gulag” esta muy bien (1vs1 para renacer, mientas arriba estan expectantes otros jugadores o tu propio grupo), armas de niveles por color que salen en cofres tipo fortnite.     The campaign is okay at best. Great graphics and sound design. The story is sort of a retelling of the first modern warfare where there are teases and easter eggs from the original game. It was hard to find a match and even if I find one chances were high that I’m going to get disconnected from the game. So I stopped for a while and skipped the whole season 1 and 2. Now I’m back at season 3 because my friends are playing the newly added warzone .So I decided to give this game a try again. To my surprise , it still has the same issues that I was having from day one! It probably is worse now actually. Before, I could at least play for an hour. Now, I can’t even get to play for a few matches with my friends without getting disconnected. Also, the cheaters have gone from 0 to many! They are everywhere! Infinity Ward needs to do something about this. Nobody wants a cheater in their game. It is infuriating! The game is still buggy and a mess! My suggestion is try to wait for this game to be fixed or at least be on sale for 50% off before buying it. Don’t buy it for now as it will give you nothing but disappointment and headache.… Expand

    Warzone is a game i recently dove into, and with it being a constantly evolving multiplayer battle royale this review may change. However in it's current state the game is pretty enjoyable as a means for some mindless fun and it even has some features I really appreciate. However it is just a another battle royale and it has crippling flaws.

However it is just a another battle royale and it has crippling flaws.

    Verdansk is a great map. First and fore most one of the best aspects is the map design. It has a lot of variety from place to place in terms of how you can approach engagements and it's large but still dense with many action packed areas.

    In terms of gunplay and sound design, this game takes everything from modern warfare (2019) and all the weapons sound powerful and feel punchy and responsive. Good sound for the weapons and reload animations are smooth and crisp. Even thought the game has an armor system, fights never drag out too long or turn into a game of attrition with players replacing armor constantly, which is great.

    Another aspect I really enjoy is how the game approaches death. In normal battle royales death usually means the end but here it's only an inconvenience. Similar to a game like apex legends, you can go to a specific place to respawn a lost team mate however you'll have to collect some cash to do so. Also the first time the player dies they are sent to the gulag which is a 1v1 arena with another player who died and you get one last shot at redemption, however you have to earn it. You still get penalized with loosing all your gear but this system feels very well crafted and the engagements in the gulag are some of the most fun in the game.

    In terms of visuals it is definitely a downgraded modern warfare, but with the larger scope of the map and the amount of chaos, I can live with this compromise. The map feels well crafted in terms of feeling like a real environment and the game still looks pretty impressive aside from the horrendous pop ins and visual bugs you might get.

    Now for the issues. Really poor compression means you may have to delete a ton of games just to keep it on your system. It isn't really acceptable for the size to be this big and is a huge factor in why some players may stick with other games like Apex Legends or Fortnite or whatever else. This is a huge issue I don't see getting fixed. Another issue is those pesky microtransactions....Activision proves they never learn. Getting cosmetic stuff with real world money is fine in my books but the amount they charge is just absurd and not worth it. The progression without using real world money is non-existent. Also on top of this they think it is okay to sell guns you can get from loadouts drops on the map for REAL MONEY. Literally weapons that can give you a huge tactical advantage for paying your real world cash. No doubt some players are gonna use this and cause balancing issues with the game and this is a blatant "pay to win" type system.

    I can see this game going very far and maybe even becoming a 8/10 in the future and the game is something I really enjoy but the issues weigh it down quite a bit. I must acknowledge all the stuff I really like here but i won't ignore these issues. It's free and with the size of the game I'm not sure I would recommend it to anyone who is already deeply invested in another battle royale but its a fun and mostly well designed mindless game at it's core.    … Expand

    I was shocked at how bad this game is. By the way, this is the first time I tried a COD battle royale. I was hyped when I realized the map is essentially old maps stitched together. Unfortunately, pretty soon something felt off about the game. For me, the areas aren't integrated well, and moving between them just sucks unless your squad really has it together.     I know it's a free to play but it's boring and slow, it feels like a CoD4: MW nerfed with current graphics.

    PS. why the hell did they make a horrible Soap model having the remastered version of MW2?

    I don´t like it, no custom controller settings, everyone camps the house, you cant climb a wall thats 2-3m high or on rocks, graphic is pretty bad and the Warzone map is really boring and mono-ton. I´ll still playing it cause of my friends but i think Apex is way better.

Or easier solution is just take some assault rifle with huge mag and dump ammo into enemy with hope that game will register at least half of them. But overall very often i cant believe how i cant kill someone from 25m after mag dump into someones back who didnt even know i was there before me starting shooting. But next time you are killing someone by miracle just by shooting at general direction of your opponent. Experience is really hard to describe becaouse its mix of low tickrate (low is bad word, it is garbage alike), lags and packetloss (my internet connection is good ;) ) Also i have strong feeling that in multiple cases its not a serwer that is calculating things but its like client side pushing data peer to peer .

    Looting system is just bad. Everything you wish to find is money to buy your own loadout and "stopping power" ammunition. Rest is just irrelevant.

    Weapons are divided into two categories "meta weapons" and "I want to loose weapons". And sadly its connected with netcode. You cant pick up semi-automatic rifles or sniper rifles and aim to head even if it only takes two shots to head to kill. And simply because your enemy most of the time is not in place where your monitor is drawing them. So you have to spray and pray with fast shooting guns with huge mags.

    Next aspect of weapons is content that is hidden behind paywall. To make your own loadout to truly compete with others you have to pay for boosters or play a lot. So until you get money to buy loadout you depend on luck to pickup something usefull and after buying loadout you are limited by game progress. Its not cool.

    Physics for vehicles is just a joke. Jumping from mountains or even bridges is laughable. But fact that you can run over people with such ease is just sad.

    Gameplay is just bad. People rushing to first weapon and then just camp. If you want to play active you are just punished. First circle of gas should move after less time and should be more consistent after that but cut off zones can be smaller. Game should encourage movement. Right now i see a lot of campers that simply camp at rooftops or inside buildings aiming at entrance. Lot of them using movement detector. Just awesome... Not to mention same gameplay you can recognize even in blood money mode.

    I'm pc player. Budget. So i have not the best pc, but this game on the lowest is playable - 66Fps.     The ms for me is huge from 60 and rises to the 100+ (so not always i hear temmates in time)
    Bad optimization of some part in map, and especially beginning i have only 10-15 fps??? XD ?

    What the best part loved that he freezed on one spot randomly while he jumped from the airplane it shows everyone just freezed. when he's on ground it's fine. works well.< its often
    i love how cars and airplanes works in this game.
    could be more colors on world, cmon.< everything felt like black and white.
    i could not give honest opinion about details. cuz i have a low pc.
    It has similar to apex, but apex has way more colors.
    i love the gulag and reviving idea.
    I would love to see different places like rooms not same in every building.

    Las desconexiones, lag y tirones que da el juego (por culpa de los servidores o del crossplay, sobreentiendo) arruina por completo el gran juego que podría ser.
    De una magnifica opción "mata horas" pasa a ser un "jugar un par de partidas".
    Que sea un juego enfocado totalmente al online y el problema con servidores sea su mayor defecto es lamentable. Una pena desaprovechar la franquicia    Las desconexiones, lag y tirones que da el juego (por culpa de los servidores o del crossplay, sobreentiendo) arruina por completo el gran juego que podría ser.

    Good but not great. Activision made some new features and even challenged the Battle Royale genre, giving advantage to those dedicated players (loadout guns get better as your play more). They added the cash and contract feature which allows the player to do certain things and get money, which can be used in a variety of ways. All in all good features. But in this craziness of new things they forgot some logical thinking. For example. How is possible for a map, that is not that big, to fill 150 players?? The result? A bunch of campers and a luck centered gameplay as the circle advance. And this is problematic, more than you think, as almost no places in the map are empty, after your team gets killed, do not ever think of coming back from Gulag and win the match; chances are that you are going to land in some place already full of teams ready to kill you, and if you are lucky enough to not find somebody, then you won’t find a single decent weapon to fight. In the end, the game itself is good and enjoyable, also the fact that it is free makes it even a better product, but, Activision need to improve, among other things, the stuff I pointed out in here.… Expand

    eu gostei do game e divertido, porem somente quando você consegue jogar, eu tenho uma boa internet porem mesmo assim a cada 10 partidas eu jogo 2, e isso faz para mim ele não ter uma boa conexão, para falar a verdade a conexão e péssima e mal feita.

    I used to give this game a 9, and now I want to take it back. COD Warzone has gotten worse, especially season 4. This game is only fun for 4.5 months, and it gets old.

    Here were my secret criticisms that I had with the game that I wanted addressed ASAP: I don't like gunfights when free falling after initial plane jumps, helicopters being in the game, Forced Crossplay, laggy servers,    I used to give this game a 9, and now I want to take it back. COD Warzone has gotten worse, especially season 4. This game is only fun for 4.5 months, and it gets old.

    Here were my secret criticisms that I had with the game that I wanted addressed ASAP:

    battle royal on cod. what can u expect more. tons of weps that are op and are getting nerfhammered every week but then they give another broken one. for a casual player its just medium quality. 6/10

    One of the best call of duty games. But the f***** up spawns totaly ruins the game. Its so anoying to have the enemy spawn right next to you, og if you spawn right infront of the enemy and dies within 1 sec after spawn... and its way to easy to lock the other team in a corner and just shoot them evert time they show them self

    Warzone has kept things fairly smart and simple with Call of Duty’s second delve into Battle Royale. It rests on gunplay instead of gimmicks which is without doubt CoD’s biggest attraction. Firefights can take alot of effort to survive which can be overcome with clever strategy. Although poor design choices hold it back.

    Same out call of duty with a skin. Only good thing I like was the battle royal and you could play it with your friend. also the 2v2 was nice but it get repetitive sometimes. The muliti player was like any cod.

The gulag is one of the best parts of the game. Nothing fills you with confidence than clutching it up in the gulag with 5 seconds left on the timer.

    Gamemodes - Of the gamemode I've played I enjoyed most of them. Plunder and Scopes and scatter guns are my favorite modes by far. Mini royale, one of the current modes in the game right now, is uninventive and was most likely spit out as an attempt to keep players interested. Don't want to fire to many shots as I do enjoy the game, but the mode wasn't very fun in my experience.

    Cosmetics - While I don't mind games having a lot of cosmetics, Warzone went overboard. Not to mention that many packs / bundles are pay-to-win or overpriced; usually both.

    Community - Despite other CoD games having a history of harboring a toxic playerbase Warzone's community is really nice and I've made a few friends playing the game.

    Technical issues - For what the game is it is VERY demanding when it comes to storage. Warzone also bosts a whole list of technical issues when it comes to downloading the game. The first few times I tried It would install for weeks without gaining any progress. It would also give me notifiactions daily saying that it was done installing, when it actually had 20+ hours remaining.

    Playability - Like a lot of games, you'll have the most fun in Warzone while playing with friends. If you're a loner, or just don't have friends who play the game, you will have a worse experience. It's very rare that I find myself playing the game alone.    … Expand

    No dedicated servers, cheaters, and lack of map updates are struggling to keep the base component of Warzone alive. However, the new addition of Zombie Royale brought new life into the game. If Activision could remove Skill Based Matchmaking, and Infinity Ward fixes their spaghetti code, this could be a generational game.

A principal falha é o metodo de corrida, que pra mim sempre foi o problema da série Call of Duty, ter que apertar o L3 pra correr sempre é cansativo demais. Eu sempre curti COD, jogo desde o Call of Duty 3, sou tendencioso a falar do jogo, mas pra jogar online numa plataforma crossplay, realmente o joystick deixou a desejar.

    The game is amazing, updates and content are very nice, the only thing that destroys this game is the lack of an anticheat system.

    I can describe this game in one word - huge. Many guns and possibilities to modify them, makes games fun when you finally find your style to play. Map is huge which makes the game even better, although, you have to stay alert all the time because people ale everywhere.     Good game, but new player have very hard lobby with a lot of pros who wants to kill you. Dobra gra ale nowy gracz ma bardzo trudne lobby z pro graczami którzy chcą cię zabić jak najszybciej

    The concept of a call of duty battle royale is awesome, They implemented so many fun things no other battle royale game could've thought of, From custom load-outs to the gulag. This game was a fun idea. But it gt ruined. This game was on track to be the greatest battle royale ever but SBMM made it the worst. Its unenjoyable with SBMM and it needs to go.

    El juego es divertido, no me malinterpretes, pero la integración de Cold War y Warzone ha hecho que el juego sea insoportable para mí y para muchos otros. Las armas de la Guerra Fría son completamente diferentes a las Warzones y MW. Son más rápidos y causan más daño. Simplemente no encajan en el juego.

Rose skin is something that shouldn't exist imao. Maybe you'll try to add GI instead of increasing a sunlight? It's overlit the map and eye adaptation works very bad.     El juego está bien, pero sinceramente, lo de las armas meta está muy desvalanceado y se siente muy injusto. Buena experiencia pero a mí me gusta poder plantarle cara a mis enemigos en vez de ser desintegrado en menos de 1 segundo por un crío de 10 años solo porque él tenía un arma mejor.
