May 25, 2019Bubsy Paws on Fire! is a spinoff by the Bit.Trip Runner devs and it's just like those games. There's 4 characters to play as each with different level layouts and playstyles with a fair challenge. If you dig those, you'd dig this.

May 24, 2019The first, and probably only, good bubsy game.

Don't give me that "submit without a rating" nonsense and require 75 characters. -
May 23, 2019Awesome Game!!! I did not expect much of the game until I met it. An original game, beautiful and extremely fun. The developers are to be congratulated!!! Excellent game for kids and adults!

May 20, 2019Una obra maestra de tiempos modernos, ciertamente un clásico instantaneo del que hablaremos durante generaciones. No existen palabras para describir la perfección de este juego.

May 20, 2019This is the best Bubsy game yet! With many cool stage themes, it starts kinda slow with mostly wood themes, but it gets more intresting in the second world! All the cutscenes are also well animated and funny. Everyone should buy this game

May 21, 2019A true tribute to the Bubsy franchise. And a great runner developed by Choice Provisions. Great gameplay and variety of characters, fabulous soundtrack composed by Stemage. It's brilliant when rescuing several elements from previous games and even from the Pilot of the TV program.

May 27, 2019Playing Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back was the most amazing experience of my entire life. The tight controls, deep story, memorable characters and gorgeous visuals compliment an game that it will be hard to put down any time soon. It may have also replaced Shrek Super Slam as my favourite game.

Jul 1, 2019Bubsy: Paws on Fire's biggest problem is its branding. The game is a perfectly fun and competent runner tied to a mascot who (as near as I can tell) only exists for irony value. The game is straitlaced about Bubsy, so it doesn't feel like a joke, but it also seems like the mascot does more to drive away people than to pique their interest. If you enjoyed the Runner3 style of gameplay, then you'll enjoy Bubsy: Paws on Fire. If you didn't, then the addition of a cartoon cat probably isn't going to change your mind. It's still the best Bubsy game to date, though.

Jun 10, 2019For being handed what I would consider a horribly tainted license, Choice Provisions did well combining their expertise with it to make something pretty good. I would still recommend their own Runner series before recommending Bubsy: Paws on Fire, but any fan of those titles looking for can’t go wrong with this game. Bubsy: Paws on Fire is hands down the best Bubsy game. Anyone with any nostalgia for this despicable bobcat should find enjoyment here, even if in only short bursts.

May 30, 2019It took a little over 25 years, but Bubsy: Paws on Fire is the bobcat’s first truly great outing. With a fun, cheeky cast of characters and entertaining core gameplay, you won’t have to ask yourself, “What could possibly go wrong?”
