Telltale’s Batman tale continues to impress and overcome its minor technical glitches to deliver one hell of a dark knight mystery.

Guardian of Gotham is consistently strong throughout its two hours, constantly presenting tense scenes that play off the choices you’ve made in previous episodes, with one major disappointment: It ends on an abrupt note that offers no idea of what’s to come in the final installment. Still, this episode packs enough dramatic moments, character development, and entertaining action sequences to emerge as one of the best episodes in the series and one of the best experiences by Telltale in recent memory, period.

A great chapter that leaves this story in a perfect spot for the last entry.

Episode 4 doesn’t work for any particular goal in of itself - it’s justification is almost entirely self-existent. If anything it’s merely sweeping the paveway for the finale.

Adrenaline and the strength of Bruce's will are at the core of Episode 4, which is shorter than the previous episode, but more action-packed and enjoyable. Will Episode 5 live up to the high expectations generated by the well-crafted first four episodes? It's up to Telltale.

This Batman game continues to be subpar, only offering so much excitement as easy quick time events and a slow story progression.
