Playing as Batgirl is not quite as interesting as I had hoped primarily due to a lazy hacking mechanic, but, A Matter of Family was still different, interesting, and fun enough to recommend to Arkham fans.

Batgirl's DLC is not able to bring anything new to the work of Rocksteady and what we see in "A Family Affair" feels too generic and the large-scale map is pretty wasted.

A Matter of Family lets players take control of Batgirl for the first time, but still feels very familiar. Though very short, the experience is still fun and it's hard to go wrong with more Arkham.

A matter of family DLC would appeal to Batgirl fans and the Arkham lovers all around... but even then, it's a very short experience (60-90 minutes to complete) and, what is worse, without new gameplay elements or surprises. Hope the DLC to come improves over this.

A pretty short experience that doesn’t expand anything that we saw in the main game. However, A Matter of Family is fun and makes some things right.

This first DLC offers a very short ride and doesn’t really add anything new nor notable to the main game.

Yes, she gets her own area that’s larger than the other DLC stories, but it’s devoid of anything that makes this add-on unique. A re-skinned Batman is not what fans need, nor deserve.

Not a good start for the Caped Crusader's DLCs. With a bit more care, it could've been an interesting add on, but you can see that it was put together in a rush, and that's a real shame.

A competent but completely unremarkable story mission that seems to exist more as an excuse to sell season passes, rather than through any creative justification of its own.

All you literally do is the same combat and predator moves as batman but with *Spoilers* (Not really) cool new animations! Oh, and the whole hacking thing was a joke too, just another shoddy marketing gimmick. But wait the joker story must be good! No its not, it is laughable and it sounds like Mark Hamill is about to cough up the frog he had en-lodged in his throat for years. You can wait to buy this piece of garbage for 7.00$ or if you are an impatient 10 year old you can waste your money on the "Season Pass" and play it right now. Oh how the mighty have been bought out and fallen! Thanks Rocksteady for showing you don't give a **** like the rest of these developers. Full Review »
