    Assault Android Cactus is a great twin stick shooter ONLY on PC. During busy moments the game's frame rate drops dramatically on PS4, screen tearing and stuttering in every boss battle and in most of the campaign levels. If you don't mind screen tearing and stutters , ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!

    Great game, sorta, but has been abandoned by the devs. This version does not have ANY of the character balance changes, they tweaked weapon damage, recharge rate and multiple other things to balance the characters and score multipliers. This version also does NOT have Campaign+ which is a rework and harder mode for all the levels. They gave Switch and PC all the updates and left Xbox/ps4 in the dust to be abandonware. Shame on them and honestly disappointing, Its a great little game but knowing that its a shell of what it can be makes it a utterly sour experience.

    Get it on switch or PC if you desire, but stay away from this. It functions fine no game breaking bugs or anything. just Stagnated in its old version, apparently never to be updated with the fixes they knew they needed to make.    … Expand

    The one downside to a gorgeous, fast-paced whirlwind of constant activity is that there's not much of a story to go along with it. I don't know about you, but when the end result is as much fun as Assault Android Cactus, that's a trade-off I have no problem making.

    Even with that ridiculous level of challenge aside, every chunk of Assault Android Cactus feels like it's almost more than I can do, and it feels great to overcome the challenges Witch Beam threw my way. For those who think they're up for the task, this one comes highly recommended.
