I cant belie I am saying this but this one of the worst game I've ever actually played to the end.
The game itself is more or less standard turn based combat jrpg without much story - the world is ending and characters that do not impress. The gameplay itself consists of same looking single corridor dungeons with some split off square rooms and a boss - always. Go in straight corridor

The gameplay itself consists of same looking single corridor dungeons with some split off square rooms and a boss - always. Go in straight corridor kill boss advance story and collect some useless upgrade stuff. The predecessor to this game Cross Edge at least had an innovative battle system and was challenging this thing has no appeal and is a very poor game at best. Replaying any good PS2 jrpg is more fun than exploring this new world. Nothing to see or experience here other than tedium and some frustration.

  1. Yes, the game is fan service, and plays to an audience that can't get enough of Etna, Flonne and Prinny, but it's also a decent game that succeeds in offering something new.
  2. You can save the Netheruniverse from floating sushi, but not always from repetitious dungeon crawling.
  3. Trinity Universe is a good choice for RPG fans who don't mind a heavy dose of humor in their games, and it'll keep you entertained for quite a while.
