Jul 6, 2012Bought this game for £5 & thoroughly enjoyed it! It is similar to Bioshock, Wolfenstein & FEAR, & is a lot of fun. On the multiplayer side, there are better shooters, but If you enjoy single player story mode then it's definitely worth a shot. Considering the price you can get it for now, it is a must buy in my opinion

Oct 16, 2011This game has a lot of stuff, but is still basic FPS shooter. The enemies aren't interesting, weapons aren't anything special or feel neither powerful or weak. The game is also short. I recommend this game only for rent, because it has no replay value, if not counting three different endings.

Jul 19, 2011Singularity is atmospheric and cool, while is not a big FPS breakdown , its decent. The control layout is similar to other FPS. The graphics are passable, but very crude. Still , Raven needed to work more harder if they wanted to stay ( not in top) but in the level of renown franchise if they wanted to triumph more.

May 26, 2013At first I was sceptical about buying this game 'cause I'm not really into Raven Software's games, but I bought the title anyway and was surprised by how good it is! The game looks and feels like a Bioshock title that has better weapons and cool powers. It just needed more "imagination" to make it perfect.

Jun 4, 2018Good gameplay and story like a Crisys2 or Fear2. But you don't have any game+, if you finish the game once, you don't keep weapons or upgrade.

Dec 7, 2017A pretty solid wolfenstein wanna be shooter game with great gameplay and good graphics for its time
It also doesn't have a lot of depth which i kinda wished after playing DOOM
It also has a solid story ,but forgettable
The enemies are top notch and deliver great fun
Good for shooter fans that still sometimes play ps3 -

Dec 11, 2020One of those games I just played because I found a really cheap copy in the back of the local game store. It was a great little surprise, a game I had a lot of fun with. I love the time mechanic in the game and that alone makes me sad it never got a sequel. I enjoyed the story as well. In general it's a great game that had a lot of potential left on the table for a sequel.

Feb 15, 2019Years go by and I still remember it as a masterpiece. Hopefully a remastering or a second part soon.

Nov 5, 2019Above average plot. Enjoyable campaign. Average shooting mechanics. Clever use of the protagonist powers in the gameplay. Rewarding exploration. The hard difficulty is satisfactory.

Dec 6, 2019This is like the best game I played when I was young, this game is like a cod game but with time control and lot of monster to kill. If you are searching for a forgotten fps game, this is what you are searching

Enemies are practically defenseless in the face of your super-powers, and the puzzles never advance beyond the basics.
-
With a bit more ingenuity in the puzzles, more made of the time travel and a little more graphical "oomph", Raven and Activision could have had a real gem on their hands. It's still well worth a look though.

In the end Singularity is a decidedly average shooter with a pretty novel storyline.
