    This is an awesome way to get this into the hands of those who don't own a Gamecube. Fun and tense game play but sometimes difficult to tell where to go. Enjoyable experience overall though.

    I couldn't play the gamecube one, but it is just awesome, the graphics were upgraded very well (not like re code veronica and re4), some animations weren't but nothing to worry about, the best remake i've played so far

    The best survival horror game and game remake IMHO
    This game still holds up its quality until this very day. If you are new to survival horror genre, this game is the pioneer and is perfect for you to try.
    I played this game on both PS3 and PS4.

    perfect Resident Evil game everrrrrrrrr...now that is how you make a timeless horror/puzzle game. no rushing, fast based shooting, kick off doors and kung-fu/COD your way out of a zombie apocalypse. man..the dark corners, the fixed camera angels, eerie yet atmospheric background music, challanging puzzles, tank movement.....I just love to take my time with the game but ofcourse there isperfect Resident Evil game everrrrrrrrr...now that is how you make a timeless horror/puzzle game. no rushing, fast based shooting, kick off doors and kung-fu/COD your way out of a zombie apocalypse. man..the dark corners, the fixed camera angels, eerie yet atmospheric background music, challanging puzzles, tank movement.....I just love to take my time with the game but ofcourse there is moments that reminds you that anymoments something might jumb right at you, so be careful...**heavy sight*

    but thank you Capcom for remastering that gem. it'll be forever a masterpiece. please make another one one like RE2 and my utmost favourite RE3...**heavy sight    … Expand

    If you Survivor Horror Fan and Horror Movie fan buy this is only 19.99 USD worth it
    This is Best Release of Series since Outbreak File 2 so 9 years Gap no Releases.

    Gameplay: 9/10

    a great pity game that did not put anything new movie is the same one that more orders must not deny that the graphics are very good but capcom lords.
    my personal opinion should to take less remasters and focus on new ideas, stop viver in the past.

    The absolute perfection of resident evil style!!!! This is the true resident evil this is a true remake I love it so much , shinji mikami the best, perfect remake all hold things from original game 1996 with much more , new areas, different puzzle, best design, best actor choice, absolute perfect!!!!!!! Ps resident evil 2 and 3 reimagined sucks wasted remake

    Какой крутой был гемдизайн из 90х 2000х, ничего не разжевывают, ни чего не подсвечивают, никуда не направляют, подсказывают по минимуму, хочешь пройти будь внимателен, запоминай, применяй логику, каждые 20-30 минут, пазл или задачка, не решил, дальше не продвинулся, бегай изучай, немного думай. Чистое удовольствие.

    В итоге в инвентаре осталось, деревянное полотно, не догадался где его применить, не решил пазл с отравлением корней растения, что бы не убивать его из оружия, не спас персонажа с отравлением, который выдал бы новый дробовик.

    Пропустил последний компьютер с мо диском, что бы Криса вытащить из заточения. Круто что в игре есть развилки, которые приводят к одной из 6 концовок, за каждого персонажа. Отличный геймдизайн, атмосфера, плюс ностальгия по старому концепту Резидента, со старой камерой, боевкой и загадками.

    Получил массу удовольствия проходя игру. 10 из 10.    … Expand

    Um remake muito bom, alem de adicionar mais conteúdos que o antigo re1 clássico não tinha, ambientação assustadora, história, mecânicas, puzzles, gameplay o meu favorito da saga, o remake definitivo do que era pra ser o re1 clássico.
