PSM3 Magazine UKJun 4, 2011"Megastar in the bathroom mirror" perfection. [July 2011, p.94]
-
Apr 25, 2011This is a game about singing and dancing along to some of the greatest pop records ever made. Perfect for parties, it's also ideal for entertaining small children, unlike oh see why'd you have to go and spoil it all right at the end.
-
May 3, 2011Dancing and singing within one game and it's working too. Dancing with the PlayStation Move is working great and while dancing you can sing with the SingStar mics. You can sing and dance on the most famous Michael Jackson songs and you can also participate in the dancing school to learn how to dance, even the moonwalk.
-
Apr 20, 2011Fans will love the inclusion of the pop prince's biggest hits and dance routines, but the barebones package stops Michael Jackson: The Experience from being a thriller.
-
Playstation Official Magazine UKMay 17, 2011A functional dancer, with no signs of its subject's genius. [June 2011, p.110]
-
May 10, 2011Thanks to the singing section, the multiplayer and the quality of trackist, Michael Jackson: The Experience, reaches sufficiency. However, it remains recommended only to fans of the genre.
-
Apr 27, 2011Despite the poor input method, difficult choreography and nebulous guide pictures, Michael Jackson: The Experience can make for some silly fun. It's worth checking out if only to see some of the dancers perform -- they're pretty fantastic.
-
Apr 19, 2011Quotation forthcoming.

Play UKMay 17, 2011Ubisoft could have put more effort in than this if it wanted to pay a real fitting tribute. [Issue#205, p.90]
-
Apr 27, 2011We don't take offence to the content, but rather the execution - it's poorly designed, and feels hopelessly filmsy. If you're looking for a game to take out at parties then this may well do the trick - otherwise, steer clear.
-
Playstation Official Magazine AustraliaMay 27, 2011Problematically, because the dancing is scored by your hand movements alone, you don't really have to be particularly invested in proceedings to fudge your way through... Your overall enjoyment of Michael Jackson The Experience will obviously depend on how much you love MJ and how blitzed you are on Fruity Lexia. That said, if you're expecting a package on par with the likes of The Beatles: Rock Band forget about it. While the latter was more or less a love letter to the music of The Beatles, Michael Jackson The Experience is a late night booty call. The King of Pop deserved better. [June 2011 p.78]

Dec 20, 2020It's just a perfect entrance to the game.
