    As a Green Lantern comic fan, I was hoping this game would be... passable. We all know why I say 'passable'... most videogame/movie tie-ins are not very good as a rule.

    So when no reviews were popping up, I was saying 'uh-oh'... just like the rest of you. However, my impulsive nature, combined with some 'trade-in' credits pushed me over the edge, so I picked it up. I can safely say that    As a Green Lantern comic fan, I was hoping this game would be... passable. We all know why I say 'passable'... most videogame/movie tie-ins are not very good as a rule.

    So when no reviews were popping up, I was saying 'uh-oh'... just like the rest of you. However, my impulsive nature, combined with some 'trade-in' credits pushed me over the edge, so I picked it up.

    I can safely say that as a Green Lantern fan, and as a fan of God of War AND Panzer Dragoon-esque games, Rise of the Manhunters is a lot of fun.

    Starting off on Oa with some rudimentary constructs, you will move through the story (which seems to come after the movie) and unlock new constructs, for even more playful ways to smash your enemies.

    It's not going to win any awards for originality, since it cribs so heavily from other games, but I can safely say that after playing it for around 3 hours, I let out a sigh of relief at not wasting my money.

    This game is pretty cool. I was wanting on the reviews before I bought the game however there are still no reviews as of this writing. So I said what the hell and bought the game anyway. I actually like it! The graphics are awesome, the combat is fun. You get to level up and buy upgrades. It's a hack-n-slash God Of War-type of game. It offers two player non-splitscreen co-op.     This is a really fun and easy to play movie tie in game. It gets its marks from God of War, which I don't see as a problem, If you're going to mimic a game...Mimic the best. The constructs for the ring are a lot of fun to use and mix up. Bringing a friend in at any time made it a lot of fun while playing, although at times it was hard to tell who was who. The game play is very fun, pacing is a little off but they help break up the brawling with some fun and much needed puzzles. The only major problem I saw with the game was the boss fights, they can become long and tedious with out giving too much in return. The end boss fight is an extraordinarily big pain in the butt. Overall the game is fun, easy, quick, and of course gives any Green Lantern fan their fix!… Expand

    Good fun game! But Please develop a better game Double Helix, what you did with Silent Hill Homecoming was ok, GI Joe was bad, and I looked forward to Front Mission Evolved but still it was messed up. Go back to your roots when you developed Homecoming which is the best game that you guys made.

I must admit that I didn't play it as long on PS3 as I did on the 360, because I'm and achievement junkie and not a trophy person, but I wanted to see what the differences were. There weren't that many. I'm not a gigantic GL fan, but this game is fun for anyone. The constructs (your battle tools) are clever, and the variety is nice...always using the same twoThis is a really fun game!     Is it worth $59.99? Well I played it through twice, and it's about 8 hours (the first time anyway), I say it was worth the big price for me. If I hadn't wanted to play it a second time, I may have been a little disappointed in that price point.

    Great boss battles (very challenging)!!
    Fun combat!!
    Powerful constructs!!
    A really fun game! A green lantern fan must play it!!!!!

    There is nothing to say a little higher than average, but only if you play with someone in a pair, the ultimate in the form of a combat decepticon is priceless

    Po sporej ilości gier z otwartymi światami fajnie jest pograć w coś dla rozluźnienia niewymagającego myślenia. + kanapowy coop.
