FIFA Street runs on to the court after four years with a shiny new look and enough moves to make your head spin.

This reboot is the best thing EA Sports could do with the franchise. FIFA Street feels like a fresh new experience. It has so many to offer; 5-A-Side, Panna Rules, indoor football, World Tour mode, etc. You won't be ever be bored while playing this game.

Skills look and feel the business, and World Tour is compelling. [Apr 2012, p.102]

FIFA Street is a new soccer experience. It's easy to learn but hard to master. You can choose between predefined and self-made play modes and challenge your friends local and online. It's not like the typical FIFA, but it's a lot of fun, too.

It may be a bit too accessible – even an unskilled player can perform the most awesome moves by randomly twiddling the right analog stick – but in the end this is one hell of a football game.

FIFA Street improves the series with its leap onto realism not only aesthetically but in the gameplay aspects as well. Especially entertaining if you play it on-line or with friends.

The game is deep and focuses on beating the man in front of you. It's like having a pickup game of soccer somewhere except this time you can actually pull off the tricks that the pros use. Grab a pal and have a blast.

It was about high time that FIFA Street found back to more realism, complexity and, in the end, long-term playability.

This year's iteration of FIFA Street takes the series in a new direction, and i like it. A lot of the arcade-style gameplay is gone and have been replaced with something that feels more authentic without losing the playfulness and fun that the series is known for.

If you're growing a little tired of the FIFA series or Pro Evolution Soccer but still want your soccer fix, than you really should check out FIFA Street as it offers players a whole wealth of new gaming mechanics, online modes and some honest gaming fun. With a sturdy career mode and the option of taking your squad online, FIFA Street is rife with replay value and more importantly, pure gaming fun! Recommended!

While FIFA Street doesn't have the depth of its annually-updated bigger brother, the latest release is a much more rounded product than past iterations. For the most part, the developers have succeeded in combining the sparkle of street football with the fundamentals that make the beautiful game so appealing.

FIFA Street is immensely fun, and that's exactly what we look for in a game of street football.

While its urban tone can be a little grating, the consideration put into the game's attacking mechanics make it a surprisingly deep and replayable package.

One of 2012's most refreshing and stimulating videogames: easy to pick up, spectacular and very enjoyable.

The systems are well explained, the controls are perfect for the pace and style of gameplay and the presentation is as great as you'd expect. One or two minor niggles aside, FIFA Street is a very enjoyable game, even though it's not the game I expected.

Though far from perfect, FIFA Street proves that EA is finally heading down the right path and fans can now hope that this brand will reach FIFA's traditional quality standards in the near future.
  18. This is a fantastic alternative to the main series – offering up all the thrills of your Monday-night work league, without the worry about talk of P45s after 'accidentally' shouldering your boss into a wall.

This is still unpretentious fun, but now it's also a surprisingly deep and characterful little sports game, and a welcome stopgap between FIFA 12 and 13.

It exists as both a worthy companion to FIFA – providing a quick, fun multiplayer fix – but also as a primer for those who are put off by FIFA's precipitous learning curve yet still want to kick around a digital ball with friends.

A successful reboot that captures the spirit of street soccer with realistic tricks requiring some skill and strategy to pull off. While it comes up a bit short in breadth when compared to other sports franchises, and the gameplay could use some fine tuning, the World Tour mode and addicting fundamentals make this Street a welcome detour from more stodgy sports games.

Manipulating the analog sticks will take some serious practice, but once mastered, skinning the last defender, faking out the keeper, then heading the ball into the goal is wonderfully satisfying. [Apr 2012, p.85]

Timing and tricks are everything in this game. You have to draw your opponent out, then kick the ball right between his legs. FIFA Street is a vicious cat-and-mouse game with a football. [April 2012, p.78]

When the smoke clears, whether or not diving into the world of FIFA Street is for you will most likely already be known. It depends not only on your love of soccer, but also of this street style of game play that adds a bit of flare to the sport thanks to its bigger frills, smaller pitch, and aggressive scoring attitude. If you loved this series before, expect tighter controls, better combinations, cooler skill move sets and shots, and improved visuals overall.

The amount of teams to choose from is actually very impressive and should give everyone a great choice of selection.

FIFA Street's focus on one-on-one humiliation is a blast, especially if you can master the controls. There is nothing better than tricking past an opponent, and EA makes it look so good despite some rough A.I.

The gameplay is extremely tedious, the AI will literally outright refuse to relinquish possession even if you tackle it multiple times, this happens repeatedly, and yet when the situation is reversed it never takes them more than one tackle to get the ball from you. The defending in this game is a joke as well. I get that the whole idea of this game is street tricks but your players will act outright retarded rather than take the simple option to play a clean through ball or slot a shot into the bottom corner with no fuss, just to make a point of doing some tricks. I have only played about 20 games so far but I've already conceded several own goals through my players doing unbelievably stupid stuff out of my control.

At first I thought maybe I was just playing it wrong, but this is a recurring theme throughout all the people I've talked to. The game is poor. There are so many disappointingly missing features, maybe some of this will be addressed in updates but ultimately it is a weak product and I wouldn't waste my money on it.

FIFA Street may be criticized by many, many feints and tricks interrupt the match, having no real equips ect.
But this game is not meant to be realistic or organized, is meant to be fun, and could achieve its objective, provides good moments of fun and entertainment and allows us to burn many hours.
It can be very worked, however it seems to me that a game is recommended to all who proucuram play with the ball and have a getaway from FIFA normal.
