    This HD remake is a perfect opportunity to get the game if you missed the game on the PlayStation 2. A pretty good game with a unique setting and fine gameplay. Even in 2011 the gameplay is great and the HD graphics are looking awesome.

    No doubt inspired by Nintendo's Legend of Zelda series, Beyond Good & Evil HD is an ambitious title that deserves to be played. It may not be groundbreaking today, but it is a key title on any essential list of video game gems. If you can force yourself to adapt to the controls, the experience is worth the hassle.

    Thanks to the handiwork of Ubisoft Shanghai, the small but passionate cult following and the burning sting of its original commercial failure, we all have a second chance to reconcile our differences with this flawed masterpiece – I'm glad I did.

    Really, anyone looking for a fun and intriguing story, unique gameplay and great cast of characters should give Beyond Good & Evil a long overdue playthrough.

    Great game. Never had the chance to try it. But now here it is in HD. This game is still awesome comparing to current games. Great storyline,Great game. Never had the chance to try it.     Beyond Good and Evil is one of those titles that acquire a huge reputation from hardcore gamers but wasn't a commercial hit (like Okami forBeyond Good and Evil is one of those titles that acquire a huge reputation from hardcore gamers but wasn't a commercial hit (like Okami for example) and as we wait for the long time announced sequel we can enjoy this remastered version.

    Technically honestly the game doesn't look much better than the original therefore if you still have your copy and console the HD version isn't very interesting but at least the game has no bugs, and a steady framerate. Unfortunately the game also suffers from its camera during the fights which is probably the biggest flaw of the game and some fights are really messy.

    The rest of the game is awesome, the infiltration is clever, there is a lot of diversity during the game and you'll never get bored. The universe is enchanting and original with a rather clever story that will end a bit too soon, count 10 hours to finish the game at 100%, but boy you'll not see them pass.

    So all in all Beyond Good And Evil HD is still a wonderful game advisable for every one that didn't play it when it originally came out, if not it's really a great game to play with one of the best original universe created for a videogame,can't wait for the sequel.    … Full Review »

    I never played this on the ps2 or xbox so I don't know if this ones different but it is fun the combat is simple easy to pick up exploring theI never played this on the ps2 or xbox so I don't know if this ones different but it is fun the combat is simple easy to pick up exploring the planet and taking pictures is fun to it doesn't tell you where to go sometimes which makes it hard at times but overall its pretty fun… Full Review »
