It has its little glitches and problems here and there, but the bonus material is nice and most of the games are nearly identical to the arcade originals that they're trying to duplicate.

Electronic Gaming MonthlyYou must buy this rad $20 collection of 20 good, bad, and butt-ugly games. [Dec 2004, p.170]
-
Despite my gripes, there's enough good stuff in here to justify the purchase. Think of "Pit Fighter," "Spy Hunter II," and the like as elaborate mini-games that you can try once and then ignore forever.
-
Some hits and misses, but for 20 dollars, you get more than your money's worth here. Especially since they are all arcade emulations, and not ports from other systems or consoles.
-

-
GMR MagazineThough the nostalgia of playing wears off quickly, for only 20 bucks, you really can't go wrong. [Dec 2004, p.104]
-
The crap-to-gold ratio is much too high and the fact that MKII, MK3, NARC, Gauntlet II and Rampage World Tour are still so damn playable after all these years is the only thing keeping it from the dustbin.
-
It's huge, nicely-reproduced and sells for a great price. But the genuine classics part? Well, not so much. To be frank, there are two types of games in Treasures 2: decrepit hits, and obscure leftovers.
-
These treasures are glass jewels in tin settings.
