    great game with flaws but this is still a technical marvel not the best instalment but definitley has a brilliant story also missions are crazy and characters are as good as ever

    just pick up and its a fun game .graphics could of been better but for 20 bucks its a must for your gta collection.would gave a nine but graphics.

    OK, so many people say this is worse than San Andreas. Its not. If anything, its better. The only thing that makes SA better is the cheats. Kinda bad story line but WHO CARES?

    Mais um game da franquia GTA completado em 100%, posso dizer que de todos teve a história mais fraca e menos carismática, os objetivos secundários são chatos e cansativos, mas de toda forme me rendeu algumas horas de diversão, pode não ser o melhor dos GTA, mas certamente vale a pena jogar.

    This game practically tells the backstory of the events that take place in GTA III. If you've played GTA III before but not LCS, I'd definetely recommended. I plan to play GTA III right after this game, and I think this will give me a new perspective when playing the III again.

    I grew up with this genre and this one was good. The story was actually pretty impressive seeing that it was a prequel. It's cool. Not amazing like it's brethern. I'm not gonna go down on Rockstar

    Tony Cipirani returns as a badass in Liberty City Stories. LCS is the second last installment in the GTA III universe and it takes place 3 years before GTA III and its not as good GTA III. LCS has the same graphics as San Andreas but its not better in my opinion, The gameplay looks the same the story was really cool it really felt like you were a part of the Mafia. The Best thing about theTony Cipirani returns as a badass in Liberty City Stories.     Although probably more fitting as a PSP title, GTA: LCS on the PS2 is still a fun and worthy experience, just not anything too special or memorable...

    THE BEST INTRODUCTION OF SAGA GTA THERE UNTIL NOW!! I think, the GTA LCS much better than GTA III, of course. Mechanisms, graphics, and everything was better. This game is sensationally ADDICTIVE!

    Aca manejamos a Tony un sicario de la mafia italiana que conocemos en GTA3, volvemos a Liberty City señores, en esta version. se mejora todos los aspectos de su contraparte de PSP, se agregan un par de misiones secundarias adicionales. un juego largo, musicalmente excelente y muy pero muy entretenido. muy bueno

    I bought this on my PS2 thinking it would be Gta set in Liberty City with San Andreas features, but instead it's basically GTA 3. There aren't even helicopters in this game, and it won't let you crouch even though enemies can crouch.

    Don't buy this game, it sucks. Buy Gta San Andreas or Gta Vice City instead.

    I like GTA LCS but... this version has got the WORST case of slowdown this is not acceptable compared to the PSP version and obviously the iPhone version.

    GTA on auto pilot. Feels like this would be GTA 3 DLC in the modern era.

    Not a bad game but after playing 3, Vice City and San Andreas this one feels like the same old.

    Küçüklüğümün oyunu. Her oynadığımda duygulanırım. Çok kaliteli bir oyun denemez fakat ben çok seviyorum. İçinde Godfather Style mafya atmosferi olan tek GTA oyunu.

    Being a GTA game that wasn't in the main trilogy (GTA 3, San Andreas, Liberty City) i wasn't expecting much but the story, characters everything i can think of is great. No complains. Great game.

    Great game. One of my favorite parts of gta. It needs a remake or remastered. But that's never going to happen.

    a bad GTA game?? surprisingly yes.. this game just seemed like a weird watered down version of GTA iii.. with a boring story, controls seemingly more clunky than GTA III, and barely anything of value.. well besides decent music on the radio..

    out of all the GTA games released on PS2, this one and San Andreas are my favorites. LIBERTY is much more fun than GTA 3.

    In this game I really miss the code to remove police and be able to make chaos

    crap game.Its cost me onlly $3when i got it from a friends shop.But i still find it crap its a last minute piece of shit and a ancient replica of vice city and Gta3 but to gether.Its amutant in the series don't buy even if u get it for $1

    This game in my opinion is a very good game. They were careful about the whole 'coffee mod' cheat that was in GTA:SA, in LCT there's barely any sexual reference. Plus, there's a good 2 and a half days of gameplay. The graphics are nice, and the game runs smoothly.

    People that give this game a bad rating are missing the point completely - this is not the all singing, all dancing sequel we expect from Rockstar, but more of a "filler" game to keep fans ticking over. Think of it as "Diet GTA", as it has been stripped of a lot of features and size that we enjoyed in San Andreas. This is just a little slice of nostalgic gaming, with a few new cars and a People that give this game a bad rating are missing the point completely - this is not the all singing, all dancing sequel we expect from Rockstar, but more of a "filler" game to keep fans ticking over.     i think that this game is a rip off of gta3.the graphics are the same as every other gta and you do the same old stuff like in every other gta.it was a good price for the game though ( $14.99) . i hope the next gta that comes out will be a lot different because if it isnt im not buying anymore of the gta games because its a waste of money.

    It's cool to see the same streets from GTA 3 again. But the missions seem to be a bit weird. You have to do missions for your own mother and take pictures of guys in diapers....which is strange. There is some added cars to the Liberty City streets. The graphics are the same as always. For $20 its not bad though.

    for people that don't have a psp and are harcore GTA fans may find some joy in this, but if you got a psp, buy this game on that. it's actually plays better. the controls feel clunky, it's not polished. the game is small in comparison to other GTA games. the game isn't all that bad though, just not a sony or rockstar quality ps2 game. good for low budget gamers.

    this is not a new G.T.A please dont give it a bad score because you think its a rehash of gta III it's here for people without a psp who want to extend there enjoyment of the origanal with new cars missions and bikes how cool is that and it costs so little.

Your character can now climb as well, but he still can't swim.

    With this small improvements GTA: Liberty City Stories is better than GTA III but still not nearly as good as GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas. If you own one of those games there's really no need to get GTA: Liberty City Stories as well, unless you want to collect the complete series like me.    … Expand

    As far as I can remember, this was the first PSP game that was converted over to the PS2. But back then, mobile games weren't remastered or remade for consoles. This is basically the PSP game untouched and blown up on a full TV screen. It looks terrible and the bite-sized missions won't satisfy fans of the PS2 trilogy. It's cool to see the city evolve into what will eventually be where GTA III picks up. The game is good enough for coming from a handheld port.     It is a full-fledged GTA experience, and it is only $20 (even cheaper if you shop around), which means it's an incredibly good value for money at a time when the PS2 is absolutely starved for great new games. Don't buy it if you've played the PSP version, but if you haven't -- it's great.
