KlifupDec 12, 2003This is the best ff game since ff7 and fft this could be better and Omega could have been so harder like Omega on ff8.

NickB.Dec 26, 2003Great graphics but to much watching videos and not enough playing the game. In a way it is like watching a movie, which is ok I guess. I have not played X-2 yet but I hear that it is better. There are rumors that Square is making a X-3!

BryanK.Nov 15, 2006This game has a great story. its graphics are pretty good for early PS2 titles. The mini game blitz ball was also good! If your a true Final Fantisy fan you got to buy this game.

Mar 24, 2014Corridors, the game. Apparently, director Motomu Toriyama went several steps further in Final Fantasy 13 and made that game 1 long corridor (haven't played FFXIII). FFX is a pretty good game, albeit Auron is a better main character than Tidus, & the game is way too linear. Rated 8/10 because I love the Blitzball minigame, it alone is worth the price.

May 9, 2020I don't know what to think about this game. I like the tropical atmosphere, the graphics were great for the time, Tidus sucks as a main character (but some other characters make up for it, especially Auron who is badass), plot is confusing. This is a good game but I feel FF7 and FF8 are better.

Dec 17, 2017Auron brought the best in this game, the Sphere matches are an great addition if not the only objective to focus on. Final Fantasy 10 is a good example of how this saga thrives and been surviving long. Not bad there with the features in implement to have a nice time of it.

Mar 30, 2018In hindsight, it was just another FF game but it was the first one I experienced. Tedius to in my memory

Jun 1, 2018In the beginning, i thought it was a little boring, and the characters weren't that good. But as the history goes, the characters are developed and the history gets better and better, until it reaches it's climax on that final. It was one of the best endings ever made, and also, it builds a "bridge" between this and the next game. For those who prioritize histories in games, this game is for you!

Dec 6, 2018A beautiful, poetic adventure with attaching characters and a good, solid plot. The side quests aren't all that fascinating but they're still here and they work well. The world is colorful and alive, an amazing job for a game that came out in the early 2000s.
Plus, it has that legendary laughing scene so it can only be good. -

Jun 14, 2020X falls short compared to ps1 games in some areas, its more linear and streamlined but at the same time you can't deny its achivements in others, mainly telling a compelling story with use of voice acting and 3d, something never before done in the series. I would consider it one of better Final Fantasy games.

Sep 30, 2022Bellissimo gioco, sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Forse meno "d'atmosfera" e "intimo" rispetto ai precedenti 3 episodi, ma comunque assolutamente da giocare. -
Jan 28, 2023Impressive JRPG for its time, still holds up. Great gameplay and soundtrack.
-
Mar 3, 2022At times, Final Fantasy X can feel like more movie than game, though it is elevated by an incredibly rich narrative and deeply strategic battle system -- both of which help mask the linear world design and the worst crop of side quests and mini-games in any Final Fantasy title.

We've seen the Final Fantasy epic take us on a memorable journey, but now it all seems like it's been done before. 10 is good, great at times, but it is no longer original.
-
The replay value is very low, and the design is flawed by an inability to skip past sequences, even in replay mode. The playability also suffers by a lack of freedom of movement.
-
Great RPG and certainly the best one on the PS2 currently, however, I feel it isn't as great as past FF's have been due to its lack of freedom.
