    There’s "MTV Music Generator" and there is this. Personally (and from the viewpoint of this particular reviewer) eJay is the better program purely because it is so user friendly. And we’ve already got a PC thanks.

    An innovative title that will entertain, educate and possibly inspire. While a bit of music background will enhance your enjoyment, Clubworld is designed so anyone who can operate a Dual Shock can stumble their way into some impressive results.

    It's incredibly cheap, relatively easy to learn, and offers more functionality than you'd think. My biggest complaints about eJay are the dividing of musical genres and the lack of more samples.

    Ended up pulling out my old PS2 and grabbing this game from my shelf after a friend and I were discussing how annoying music production is-Ended up pulling out my old PS2 and grabbing this game from my shelf after a friend and I were discussing how annoying music production is- just as fun and easy to use as I remember- if you don't mind the dated graphics (which really isn't an issue, considering it's for making music and not video).

    This game is great if you want to create music, own a PS2, are between the ages of 6-80, and find other software too tedious to sync up. Admittedly, it takes a good hour to get used to the controls, but that's relatively a great learning time, considering the weeks it takes for most PC music/audio creation software. Only complaint is the lack of exporting, but that's more due to it being on a console, and of the era. In the end, it's a great introduction to music creation for all ages and experience, as long as you care enough to actually stick with it long enough and can operate a DualShock controller comfortably.    … Full Review »

This one can trick me quite a bit, though... and I am pretty impressed that this one rock-and-rolled the place! Now... this one has a good one, but the Hyper Generator needs to have multiple notes in play. I was disappointed that I could only have one note at a time, and what about the cuts? I didn't use both, but I loved them both when I did a few times. This one just is a favirote.… Full Review »
