    Of course, if you put them in a dreary real-time strategy with wide-open environments that drains away all the tension and replace any hostile encounters between the species with tedious combat, then perhaps the game would fall short. But no developers would be daft enough to do that right? Right? Oh dear.

    The game mechanics are so badly crippled that it probably doesn't even deserve to be called a strategy game.

    People shouldn't make RTS games for consoles for the same reasons that people shouldn't put square pegs in round holes: they don't fit. And people definitely shouldn't make substandard RTS games for consoles.

    Who ever thought Atari Jaguar owners would still be playing the best Alien Vs. Predator videogame ever made EIGHT YEARS after their system's death? A rental for the curious, Extinction is as forgettable an RTS game as they come.

    Im a fan of the movies. I like the ambiance of this game. The gameplay is regular. The xenomorphes move greatfully. The graphisms are justIm a fan of the movies. I like the ambiance of this game.     This game is great. I had so much fun playing it. I loved playing as preds the most. I just wish the game allowed me to get more preds, you This game is great. I had so much fun playing it.     This is a great game hands-down. Having control of three different races is cool. (PREDS RULE!) Cool new types of aliens and preds and This is a great game hands-down. Having control of three different races is cool. (PREDS RULE!) Cool new types of aliens and preds and awesome upgrades. Now the bad news. Level design take a hard punch in the stomach. There are too many tall mountains and trick paths. When you tell troops to go past a mountain they break apart.(Which normally gets one group massacred) The last marine level and the last predator level are unrealistically difficult.Some balancing issues.Other then all of that it is a great game. Not worth $50. More like $40.… Full Review »
