    The graphics seem to be overly demanding for the quality. The textures seem pretty low quality. Unskippable cut scenes. The head bobbing is dizzyingly excessive. Being caught by the guards in a supermax prison seems to have no penalty. The guards simply walk up to you one at a time and let you kill them.     Where do i even start with this title. Wow what an experience.

    Wolfenstein brings an epic fps experience packed with great writing, graphics, characters and plot. The game honestly feels like it was way ahead of its time. The art style is perfect for the setting and it features that bit of inglorious bastards kind of humor, this is an experience you must have!

    다른것보다도 분위기 표현이 죽이는 Id Tech 엔진과 인상적인 사운드 이용이 돋보인다. 게임시스템도 고전 울펜슈타인을 훌륭히 이어받은듯.

    What a great idea it was! The alternative story of the trifting Nazis is immediately associated with Dick's books. Let's add an alternative '60s soundtrack and the possibility of sneaking around opponents! Even if someone does not like shoters but likes games like Dishonored - I think he will find himself here too! I will definitely use the option of passing the game in the second variant.

Enemies are not really diversed and even on higher difficulty levels not speciffically intelligent, but after stunning cutscenes most players will smash their faces with great impetuosity.     Отвратительная техническая часть, лок фпс на 60, который еще и убрать проблематично, обычно достаточно просто в конфиге поменять значения, но тут все прикольней, необходимо устанавливать специальную утилиту и каждый раз при новом заходе в игру ( а она еще и крашится после смерти, в определенных моментах) тебе надо открывать консоль и прописывать туда значения.     Playing it after six years I found it rather lackluster. Maybe it's because of all the hype surrounding the franchise. Nevertheless, it offered enough action and subtle humour to keep me going.

    I have only good memories of this game but maybe it would change slightly if I played it today. But as far as I remember it has amazing combat, stealth is sometimes questionable but not bad and I love the story. Amazing wolfenstein game 8.5/10.

    but there is toooo much wasting time gameplay in game
    for example after few levels u should find some paper or toys for ur friend :| wtf is this? i deleted game after submarine game cuz i couldnt find way im not a noob im playing games for 31 years from atari & im a souls like gamer but this was insult to me wasting my time & back to where i was again again    overall its good game

    What a great singleplayer action shooter. The atmosphere is crazy. Nice areas and weapons.
    What really grind my gears is the f* loading time when you die. It stuck like forever (in Epic Game Launcher).

    For an FPS the story has a lot of focus and a lot of cutscenes. The prologue is very good. The characters are one of the best I've seen in an FPS, but they are relatively weak compared to good RPGs (but being fair, an FPS doesn't have the same time to develop them).

    Level design is pretty good. The graphics are very good (for 2020) especially if we consider the time when the game was released (2014). The range of enemies is large enough. The game generates a lot of variety in each mission, nothing too absurd but different enough and good. Your arsenal constantly changes, diversifying your weapons or giving them improvements. And the nightmares are fun. The difficulty curve was well thought out. The only defect for me in gameplay is the way to change weapons, it's not very good (you have too many, so changing by numbers is bad and that roulette is very mediocre).    … Expand

Даже не сам сюжет, а ляпы какие сделаны, один персонаж спрашивает, как вы можете находиться в центре Берлина и вас никто не находит, а он отвечает, да нас тут невозможно найти, еще момент кто в начала был в машине в багажнике гг, кто туда немца положил, ну и вишенька на торте (после этого я понял что те кто в эту игру играл и поставил больше пяти балов, просто глупые люди) в одной сцене расстреливают машину повстанцев, и трех второстепеных героев попадают пули и их убивают, видно их кровь, ну блять, в следущем заставке они целы и не времедими, кто это блять кодировал, кто это блять придумал.
    Оптимизация гавно, текстурки прогружаються через секунду. Это не ААА продукт, это как говориться "польский шутер за три рубля".    … Expand

    The game knows well what the audience wants and it delivers it to them with a plate full of brutality and action. Apart from the well known fun shooting against the modern Nazis you can follow an actual story with characters that are stereotypical and funny. It's quite bizarre and violent but that's what made this game memorable.

Wolfenstein: The New Order relies more on the story than the previous ones, but I have to admit that it doesn't hurt and it's great here. Our main killer B.J. Blazkowicz also speaks here, and overall you can haveI'm a big fan of the Wolfenstein series. Return to Castle Wolfenstein is one of my favorite games ever, so I was quite curious how the reboot series would be. Surprisingly great. Wolfenstein: The New Order relies more on the story than the previous ones, but I have to admit that it doesn't hurt and it's great here. Our main killer B.J. Blazkowicz also speaks here, and overall you can have a relationship with the character compared to previous works. So you are experiencing a story that contains great locations. These are here at such a high level, I dare say that they are approaching the already mentioned legendary Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Weapons also crack, because now we have the opportunity to use exactly two at once. But what Return to Castle did was the atmosphere. Is he here too? Surprisingly yes. Yes, it is and is wonderful. So I praised the game a lot and maybe the only minus would be the graphics, which could have been a bit better for the year of release. Otherwise, a great game for me, which is a clear choice for Wolf fans, and overall I recommend it mainly to FPS players.… Expand

    Great story and great experience of playing. The game contains vibes from both Half-Life and other fps games. Sometimes playing this game feels like playing a combination of Half-Life 2 and Modern Warfare. More than that, the storyline is great. Thanks to the story writing, as long as you proceed, it becomes more than an fps game.

Pros: - Alternate-timeline - It's quite long (10-12 hours) - Easter eggs and collectibles - Awesome gunplay - Really good soundtrack -    Wolfenstein: The New Order completely changes the storyline from previous titles and for the better.

    THE worst game I've ever played. Gameplay is clunky, some textures are high res while others look worse than the original Wolfenstein from 1992. Zero consistency with graphics nor gameplay. It tries to accomplish too many things at once and consequently fails at all of them. The gameplay gets extremely repetitive and you can only do so much with the small selection of 7 weapons throughoutTHE worst game I've ever played.     Non è un capolavoro, però sa dare qualcosa al giocatore, gameplay buono, storia forse un po' troppo frenetica, ma comunque si fa apprezzare.
    Il gioco è ambientato durante la ww2, ma in maniera distopica e questo lo rende affascinante, il gameplay è abbastanza basilare, ma funzionale.

    Although not bringing masses to the fps market, Wolfenstein is propped up by successful writing, plot and graphics. The characters are relatable and Wolfenstein is an overall very good game.

    Классический аркадный шутер с элементами новой школы. Плюсы Хорошая стрельба, вариативность прохождение как в каком то deus ex или dishonored. Минусы Сеттинг сюжет персонажи все по стандарту кармака

    Gameplay can be really good, but I just kept finding that I had tons of weapons that held very little amounts of ammo, not helped by the fact that you don't auto pick up ammo leads to tons of tedious deaths. Worth playing thought as there is fun to be had when the game lets you.

    I was on board until the robot T-REX showed up. The gameplay is alright but it feels more like serious sam 3 than wolf3d or RTCW.. blah.

    this masterpiece of the AI and the Graphics and design with the german soldiers i am a german guy but in the wolfenstein the new order German Patch I was so good Logo has looking mir cooler as the original Logo from Nazis and in the bed Wolfenstein 3D to play is so cool Have fun with the game

    Das Spiel ist einfach genial, macht wirkich viel Spaß, die Story ist sehr dramatisch und fesselnd, sehr sehr gut für Storyspieler geeignet. Ein wirklich guter Shooter mit mehr als ausreichendem Locationwechsel.

    It may seem unlikely that I recommend Wolfenstein: The New Order, after what I am about to say about it, but in the end, it still is a fantastic game.

    Wolfenstein: The New Order plays in the semi-fantasy setting of the Nazis winning the war. The way the developers projected this in the game is actually pretty realistic. The technological advances, the way they may be treating the world from that point, the fanaticism it is all there.

    The story of Wolfenstein is extraordinarily strong. It really changed from a Nazi shooting gallery to a Nazi shooting gallery with interaction between characters, beautiful upgraded graphics and sounds, and a main character you actually give a sh!t about. The perks and collectibles throughout the game gives it something extra and the whole game is filled with hidden story from the past and present and letters from citizens and soldiers who all tell something about the changing of the world as we know it.

    But for me, there were a lot of moments that I could throw the game out of the window (if I still used discs) and many times when I repeated the question ”But how??”, throughout.

    The first issue is the frame rate. Although most of the time the game runs steady at 60 fps, it has a lot of drops on certain moments, I thought it was my hardware but other players with better machines experience it too. Some people cannot get above 30 fps without tweaking the whole game.

    The second issue with this game is the load times. Oh my god, they are the longest I have ever experienced, apart from Grand Theft Auto V (nothing beats that, nothing). I played the game on a SSD drive and still it took forever to load. When I died, I was eating my nails in frustration because of the loading.

    The last issue I found are the perks. They give you a nice bonus for completing them, but the problem is that the game is way too short to unlock them as you progress. This means playing chapters over and over again to gain them, sometimes because a certain level is the only way to get a specific perk. I needed to search for walkthroughs and exploits to gain the demolition perks, those were impossible without the proper trick. Because of this, it ruined some of the fun I had with this game.

    Another thing is that the AI is incredibly stupid. They are mindless walking guns who fire endlessly on sight. If you use stealth, you can kill the whole Third Reich all by yourself by just crouching to them in plain sight and stab a knife in their throats.

    But overall, despite the problems and mindless grinds, it is still a pretty good game in which the developers want to tell you a powerful story. You can see that they made a revolutionary change with this game compared to the other parts of the series and for the story alone, I enjoyed it.

From chpt. 12 and above, you totally rely on the LKW, other weapons don't do much because there are bullet sponges everywhere. Supersoldaten are considered bosses in lower levels, but they are just some frequent spawns in Chapter 12.     New Wolfenstein games are a reboot done great (well, mainly), just like new DOOM. The new order changed the setting to a dieselpunk world, which looks amazing, for me its one of the better games from 2014, fun to shoot, story is done quite well and the music holy **** its so good, Gordon killed it, well, like always. I don't think that Machine Games could've done better for their debut.

    I just finished the Fergus path. Killing enemies is very satisfying, especially the executions. The graphics are very good. Music perfectly fits my mood during the game. Amazing story and characters. The levels aren't like in Wolfenstein 3D, they're much easier and you won't get lost. It's a great game and it's definitely worth buying it.

    A really good revange story, i honestly would say this is a better one than Farcry 4's revange story now that i think it was better than 5 too. I felt hatred against deathshead it drove me whole game long.

    Graphics is obviously bad but its from 2014 so cant rate it really objectively in 2023.     Simply amazing. I wanted to give it a try months after getting it on Epic as a freebie and Im hooked big time. The game is fantastic.

    The only thing in the new Wolfenstein that turned out really well is music. Shooting is decent and some weapons give proper sense of power, but developers failed to build an interesting game on these foundations. It has some good moments but none of them lasts long enough to be satisfying. Plus the writing is terrible and the way the game constantly forces all that ‘war is evil!’ preaching and Blazkowicz’s moral dilemmas down your throat is ridiculous. I actually couldn’t decide whether the game is being serious or not. [07/2014, p.56]
