    The first few chapters are fun, but this game becomes increasingly tedious with each chapter. From chpt. 12 and above, you totally rely on the LKW, other weapons don't do much because there are bullet sponges everywhere. Supersoldaten are considered bosses in lower levels, but they are just some frequent spawns in Chapter 12.     overall its good game
    but there is toooo much wasting time gameplay in game
    for example after few levels u should find some paper or toys for ur friend :| wtf is this? i deleted game after submarine game cuz i couldnt find way im not a noob im playing games for 31 years from atari & im a souls like gamer but this was insult to me wasting my time & back to where i was again again    overall its good game
    but there is toooo much wasting time gameplay in game
    for example after few levels
    u should find some paper or toys for ur friend :|

    o jogo estava até legal, porém ele deu tela congelada(ou basicamente freeze) naquela missão após você conversar com o grupo de rebeldes.

    Non è un capolavoro, però sa dare qualcosa al giocatore, gameplay buono, storia forse un po' troppo frenetica, ma comunque si fa apprezzare.
    Il gioco è ambientato durante la ww2, ma in maniera distopica e questo lo rende affascinante, il gameplay è abbastanza basilare, ma funzionale.

    Хорошая игра. Ничего кардинально нового в свой жанр не привносит, но помесить нацистов, как в старые добрые, было очень недурно.

    It would be better if this game ended earlier. It takes too long to complete and because of that the contents start to repeat itself

    Gameplay can be really good, but I just kept finding that I had tons of weapons that held very little amounts of ammo, not helped by the fact that you don't auto pick up ammo leads to tons of tedious deaths. Worth playing thought as there is fun to be had when the game lets you.

    NO. Decent game which was not made for PC Gamers. I had to spend several hours to make the game work and behave acceptably, so that obviously poisoned my further experience. So take this review with a grain of salt. However. Developers. I am a PC Gamer. More than that, i am your client.    TLDR:
    Would i recommend a game i have to spend a few hours in order to make playable?
    NO.

    Decent game which was not made for PC Gamers.

    I had to spend several hours to make the game work and behave acceptably, so that obviously poisoned my further experience. So take this review with a grain of salt. However.

    Developers. I am a PC Gamer. More than that, i am your client. And as such i expect specific things in a game when i give you money for it. Instead, i ended up doing your job and fixing things left by your ignorance.

    1. The V-Sync is broken and not working as of the date of this review (mid-2022). Good thing NVIDIA control panel has the ability to force V-Sync in specific applications.
    2. The Frame rate is locked at 60 FPS (and 30 FPS in cut scenes). Took me a few hours but i found a solution in the form id5Tweaker (thank goodness for that!).
    3. The field of view setting is maxed out at 100 (with no weapon scaling) and still looks claustrophobic. Once again - id5Tweaker saved the day there!
    4. So in conjunction with a broken V-Sync, 60 FPS, and a field of view of a box the game was looking pretty crappy from the get go. A self-speaking failure for a first impression indeed. But that's not all.
    5. So why isn't there a Save Game feature? Wasn't this invented like 100 years ago and used in the original Wolfenstein? Developers, why do you like forcing me to start over and over and over from some ambiguous checkpoint. Do you think i enjoy this experience? Or do you like causing pain?
    6. Speaking of check points and inability to save - in a few instances, after i died, i spawned in a new location which i did not reach on the map. Now there is a story submersion bummer if there ever was one.
    7. Why can't i skip the intro videos? Am i paying to watch commercials every time the game starts? Yes, i do know "id" made it. Thank you. Got it. Get me playing already!

    The story is good, the cut scenes are very well made (though limited to 30 FPS), the main characters modeled oh so well and believable (except the protagonist, whose aloof look and cute grimaces make me want to vomit). Indeed, Set Roth's dialogue writing, animation, and voice acting pretty much makes this game and is of superior execution. The game play is - how should i put it - ok, but lacks proper pacing and rhythm; it's juts all over the place.

    So all in all, developers, i understand your directives came from top, but don't you find it strangely uncanny that in a game about tyrannical overtake, you are rubbing your supporters of freedom of basic control right from the start? And you also like to cause pain? Makes me think about your character and moral values.    … Expand

    Story was crazy and kinda weird, some times i felt like "Are these emotional speeches meant to be serious or some kinda of parody of hollwood movies?", a lot of those scenes were weird and kinda "forced" making the delivery not that good Gameplay also annoyed me, the way the game mechanic worked on PC was very annoying, the time i spent between weapon swwitching was a big    Score: 6.8

    Решил познакомиться с серией с этой части 2014 года. Игра меня не особо впечатлила. Это вполне обычный шутер, в котором много стелс-секций.     A game with painfully bland gameplay which only keeps your attention because the story is decent and the artstyle is intriguing.

    Overall painfully overrated as evident how forgotten it became.

    Классический аркадный шутер с элементами новой школы. Плюсы Хорошая стрельба, вариативность прохождение как в каком то deus ex или dishonored. Минусы Сеттинг сюжет персонажи все по стандарту кармака

    A well rounded shooter with fun gunplay and some interesting ideas but although it is 'good' in many areas it's far from 'excellent'. The visuals are a mixed bag with the game sometimes looking great and othertimes looking like an early Xbox 360 game. The PC port of the game also isn't perfect with delayed input and weird bugs when using a dual monitor setup. I also think that despite theA well rounded shooter with fun gunplay and some interesting ideas but although it is 'good' in many areas it's far from 'excellent'. The visuals are a mixed bag with the game sometimes looking great and othertimes looking like an early Xbox 360 game. I also think that despite the story being interesting it could greatly benefit from better writing and more interesting characters.

    Unfortunately, the sound design in this game is almost abysmal, where guns sound like spoons hitting each other and    Not the sandbox-y and sci-fi/fantasy game I'm used to back in the Return to the Castle: Wolfenstein days of my childhood, but this is a welcome change in the franchise. Each level is short and mostly linear, but it leaves more room for variation and decent pacing.

    Unfortunately, the sound design in this game is almost abysmal, where guns sound like spoons hitting each other and explosions that feel like it happened miles away. To add to that, for a 2014 game made by an AAA studio, the controls has a bit of jank to it and the graphics less competitive compared to games released around the same timeframe.    … Expand

    Joguei pelo gamepass e o grande problema é os LOAD longos.
    LOADs de 30 segundo.
    Toda vez que morre tem esse LOAD.

I don't play a lot of FPS games and also never played Wolfenstein series and in our country this game was abandoned for some reason, but this game get great critic reviews so i bought it, this is my verdict: The plot is not so well , but everything else is fine enough: The music , the action, the levels design, the characters... Also the last boss fight was to easy and the end is not satisfying.… Expand

    Playing it after six years I found it rather lackluster. Maybe it's because of all the hype surrounding the franchise. Nevertheless, it offered enough action and subtle humour to keep me going.

    The only thing in the new Wolfenstein that turned out really well is music. Shooting is decent and some weapons give proper sense of power, but developers failed to build an interesting game on these foundations. It has some good moments but none of them lasts long enough to be satisfying. Plus the writing is terrible and the way the game constantly forces all that ‘war is evil!’ preaching and Blazkowicz’s moral dilemmas down your throat is ridiculous. I actually couldn’t decide whether the game is being serious or not. [07/2014, p.56]
