Jun 24, 2014Game is 100% broken. There are teleporting bots on every server which mine all the minerals. I am not joking about teleporting bots, the are real and Wildstar (just like Guild Wars 2) is overrun with them. Carbine will do NOTHING about this because the bots are paying customers, if they couldn't fix them in GW2, they sure ain't fixin them in Wildstar. Disgraceful game, disgraceful company.

Jun 5, 2014While I really like the graphics and the universe the levelling is quite boring an repetetive which ruins it pretty much. The boss mechanicss of the first 2 dungeons are easy to understand and comprehend and offer no real challege (after 2 deaths everybody should know what to do). The craftig and cooking systems are quite unique and offer a lot of experimentation possiblities.

Jun 4, 2014Fighting in this game was rather fun but the rest of the game bogs down into a boring grind. I can see this game having a initial spike at launch due to the hype and a quick decline after a month when people realize its all fluff & no substance

Jun 5, 2014Boring generic MMO in a bright & colorful wrapper.
I was initially excited by this game but the more I played, I realized that there is nothing new on offer here. Boring quests, long queues, bugs and broken mechanics. -

Jun 5, 2014Cartoonish mmo, which is really addressed to players up to 12 years old. Plot is non-existent and the whole game has a wow-clone-ish taste. I could stay logged for a maximum time of 2 hours and after that the game was uninstalled from my hdd.

Jun 6, 2014A childish cartoonish game that promises a lot and delivers nothing. It's a boring, uncreative, cheap wow clone that doesn't even worth trying. Avoid it for now and wait till it goes f2p.

Jun 4, 2014What would be the right word to describe this game? Boring.
Fetch quest after fetch quest, unispired dialog and booooring PvE. Combat system seems to be decent enough to give you little enjoyment, but that's it. One of the biggest disappointment in years. -

Jul 24, 2014Too hardcore for my taste. I was looking to get away from hardcore WoW raiding and just enjoy a game. Unfortunately trying to heal the first instance was incredibly hard and unforgiving. One shot mechanics, interrupts requiring 3/5 people to interrupt and many more torturous mechanics.

Oct 16, 2015This game would have ben cool 10 years ago. But today it just lacks basic features we are all used to and love. Also the community is rely toxic and unfriendly. You are getting kicked out of low lvl dungeons while levelling because you dont do top dps and Dunn stuff like that.

Jul 18, 2014If your idea of playing an MMO is endless grinding and gating to make the game longer, then this game might be for you. Dungeons are unsatisfactory, raids are already dead and the PvP has more bots than I've ever seen.

Jul 24, 2014This game tries very hard to be world of warcraft. They beg you to stay and enjoy it's "WoW like quality" The quests are all fetch and grind. The environment is stale and if you wait in the same area for more then 10 mins you will de a lot of Déjà vu. Failed imho.

Jun 7, 2016No new content about 2 years and now its completely based on the cash shop for new skins or something else. Just another mmo without any interest of players, just want to do more cash.
6 dunjons, 3 raids in 2 years... but all was announced in 2013... the crafting system is a big **** without any interst in the game. so.. don't pay for it, any adventage. -
Jun 30, 2014After playing Wildstar for a couple hours I've realized that I'm not looking at the game world at all. My vision got tunneled. In combat I'm looking at the telegraphs. While questing every clickable object has shiny icon on top of it. So all I do is run from one shiny icon to another. The bright world style and the full screen bloom effect doesn't help either.

Aug 2, 2014Hopefully Wildstar is the last of the mmorpgs who started development 5 years or so ago that attempted to capitalize of WoW's success by coping systems and design.

Sep 2, 2014Total crap - same things as every other game trying to copy past WoW and yet same boring quests and dungeons, ay housing is fun but that's it, the rest is total crap. If its your first MMO well then you will enjoy it, for those who really love MMORPG games this is total disaster.

Jul 9, 2014No Australian Servers not worth playing. PVP and PVE both hindered by lack of servers located in either AU or South East Asia makes pvp unfair the game shouldn't even be marketed without local servers
-
Sep 9, 2014Absolute nothing new.Horrible performance even with High end PC,absolute boring Quests, bad Customer Service...
I'll never buy anything from Carbine. -

Jul 8, 2014Bad graphics, old style content, repetitive and annoying.
I see no reason to play such a boring game.
Take one quest, complete, do another one, do a dungeon, pvp is very lacking...

Jun 21, 2014Having played it some more, I have a question for the developers. Where is the fun? There is no hook to this game. Nothing that compels us to play it, be interested in our characters or our world.

Jun 14, 2014Very boring game. Leveling is slow, game play is more repetitive than WoW, lore is generic. Overall the only thing the game does well is make money by suckering people in. Best to spend your money on a different game.

Jun 23, 2014This game is lucky that it is an original IP. It is just the same bug riddled, unfinished, unoptimized, bot laden dribble that MMO developers have been passing off as finished products the past few years.
Had this game been called Star Wars: Wildstar or The Elder Scrolls Online: Wildstar, it would have received the same harsh criticism those games got. -

Jun 16, 2014Straight and too the point, they put too much focus on artificial challenge on this game. All they did was amp up the damage output the enemies do and call it challenging. Its not fun or challenging just annoying. The game is also riddled with bugs, broken quests, and lag. At least the Q times are gone...probably because the hordes of people that left due to the reasons mentioned above.

Oct 29, 2014Carbine never was set to reinvent the wheel. But they put a nice set of custom rims on their vehicle. And then they strapped the whole thing on a space shuttle and send it into space.
-
Oct 28, 2014For those burnt out on WOW's content, WildStar is easy to endorse. Immediately familiar to anyone who's visited Azeroth and with enough new twists on the tried-and-tested theme park formula, Carbine's game is so overflowing with stuff to do that it's certainly justified in asking for a subscription - even if less people seem prepared to sign up to one.

Oct 20, 2014Wildstar banks on hardcore raid and instance difficulty as well as its excellently implemented "dancing" real time combat mechanic to offer something significantly new and fresh to the MMORPG scene. Low server population and annoying hints of a "Pay To Win More" model hold it back in certain areas, but it has all the potential of becoming a well established and much loved setting for years to come.
