    Equal parts DLC and fully-integrated expansion, Void Shadows is a fantastic addition to the already-incredible Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader package. A must-have, and all-new content, all rolled into one. Stop reading this and go get it for your next run – the Emperor demands it.

    Impressive writing, a wonderfully atmospheric soundtrack, and meaningful gameplay additions all come together to form what is possibly the strongest DLC offering Owlcat has ever published. Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader – Void Shadows should put this great CRPG onto your radar, in case you somehow held off on it so far.

    Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader - Void Shadows is the best DLC content produced by Owlcat Games up to date. It is seamlessly integrated into the base game, and expands the world in a multitude of ways: from new reactivity to new characters, zones, and story. If you were looking for a reason to try out Rogue Trader or to start another playthrough, this is it.

    The expansion Void Shadows perfectly highlights the strengths of Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader, the rich and gloriously dark world. Even though this new expansion is entirely set on the player’s ship, it manages to feel varied and rich in lore. Alongside the exciting new archetypes, an intriguing new companion and a heap of themed gear and upgrades, this expansion is a must for fans of the main game and should be installed for all playthroughs.

    An excellent addition to an already fantastic RPG. Void Shadows introduces a brilliant new character to your party, who is a joy to play as, while unraveling a galaxy-spanning conspiracy. Once again, the story is masterfully written and seamlessly woven into the base game. My only wish is for more varied environments and fewer cosmetic bugs.
