    I have been playing Warcraft for 14 years, and I have been waiting for a good game all this howl, and you just ruined it, you destroyed everything, the game is terribly expensive for such **** WE WANT THE ORIGINAL SOUND

    Bugs are one thing, but forcing classic players to download 30GB patch and suffer like reforger players do is outrageous.

    This is no longer blizzard company we knew. It is some shady organization which releases steam early access quality games and charging premium for it. Broken promises. Poor performance. Full of bugs. Stay away.

    Most disappointing release. Although I guess after the SC1 revival this wasn't totally unexpected. Stop attempting to revive the games and create a new one.

    Misleading marketing said there would be remastered content that wasn’t in the finished product. Quality of the gameplay with new graphics is very negatively impacted as if writing this. Stuttering, low FPS, missing models, and textures. Also, the new game seems to have broken a huge amount of custom maps and content that worked without issue before. The old client was completely removed in favor of a massively bloated Blizzard launcher download (1.3G to 23+G). The game now only allows you to log in through the new client that comes with forced chat lobbies, no slash commands, no ability to leave general chat even in a game lobby, and of course you are now always online (offline mode won’t save your progress in a campaign). There is also no competitive ladder which is ridiculous given the demand from the competitive wc3 community for 20 years! Overall, unfortunately, it seems to be another Blizzard shell game bait and switch. Micro-transaction shop is coming online soon though! :)… Expand

    I'd rather have paid to prevent them from releasing this. You can no longer play using the old client, and even the menus run like **** on the new one.

    Was looking forward to this game as a way to go back to my childhood, where Blizzard was a company that made money while still making their customers feel appreciated. Hope they go bankrupt soon so their tittles can be bought up by someone that cares about them.

    How did they mess up so hard? They had a game where all they really needed to do was a graphical update and UI upgrade and it would have been beloved, but no. They couldn't even bother with that, pathetic. They even dragged the classic game to the backyard to put down.

    I was a long time Blizzard fan! But after so many failures I feel like WC3 Remastered was the last drop for me.

    just new skins with **** performance. also, the netcode is completely broken, the interface feels sluggish and there are still too many bugs for this to be a proper release... Not to mention that the old wcIII is also broken because of this... What happened to you Blizzard....

    It's basically just new terribly made HD models, there are even less features than in original wc3.

    Just don't waste your time and money on this unethical company, the game looks like it was made in 2010 or earlier.

    Game runs terribly. Tons of promised content cut. Blizzard literally engaging in false advertising and entirely unethical behavior in regards to their refund treatment. All added on top of Blizzard deciding to ruin the classic Warcraft 3 for people who wanted a proper game leads to this just being peak NuBlizz and showing they are no longer the company they once were.

If they fail to deliver the Best, then I will call them on it. I think everyone one here who gives this game a 0 feels the same.     After all the delays you would think they wouldn't charge 40 bucks for a visual update. Surely they wouldn't. Blizzard has killed my love for their games and is killing it's own gaming legacy along with smothering my inner child with a pillow

    I'm disgusted with Blizzard, and this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Game is a broken mess that we were all lied to about. I am never touching another blizzard product again. Activision has completely destroyed this once beloved company. How the mighty have fallen.

    I really wish that the people that either worked on this game, supervised on this game, QA'd on this game, did anything or had any relation to the game. Would either get fired, resign, or issue a public apology. This is not OK

    I've played wc3 since RoC release, survived the period of 2006-2010 when cheaters overwhelmed bnet, found refuge on third-party clients like garena, Iccup, w3arena and played 1.26@garena the whole 2019 just cuz bnet was a total mess last year. @ Reforge emerged. New graphics unplayable, old graphics partially bugged, bnet functionality    Zero out of ten from an old bearded wc3 player.

This is not an out of the box product which you just install and play like normal games. Reforged looks like some student's 'hello-world' application with no proper error handling.    … Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
