    This "remake" is really disrespectful, I really don't understand what kind of players are the "critics" of this site.

    Poor performance, incomplete game, gigantic patches and very poorly optimized.

    Last 3 days and request a refund.

    Of the Eula nor to speak, an abuse on the part of Bli$$ard.

    How much can one company keep messing up before people give up on them completely? Some of these large companies don't seem to realize that its hard to build good reputation but super easy to destroy. They keep taking it for granted and keep disrespecting loyal fan base by putting in as little effort as possible for maximum profits.

I start loved to play base with spells and MOBA (dota 1) with TFT (2000, I was young), a lot of times with my friends a lot of years ago, and today I can enter in the game and see this good graphics (can be better, but I can wait for more updates, I prefer more darkness). Ok, dont have new cutsenes, but ok, I dont like, but can do it in news updatesThanks Blizz for make this remaster!     So Blizzard actually broke a game that was all fine before. Unplayable campaign that crashing all the time, but I got this game only for custom games and they banning all ly favourite ones lol. Everything is laggy and it's not working like it supposed to be a game realesed in 2020.

    The greatest problem with this "remaster" is that it tries to appear beautiful by making the old version ugly. They removed the UI of the old version and replaced it with a siepia layer to look old and depressive. Before the patch they even removed the shadows of the units during game!

    Why?? This is how you are going to persuade people that the new version is better?     This is like Apple that slowed old iphones to promote the new ones and if I remember well they paid some million euros as a fine for that practice. This is insulting to all players that loved this game all these years. I would love to pay for a new remade version of war3 or even for a war4. But not in this way. I am not an idiot to be manipulated to pay 30 euros to rebuy something that I already own.    … Expand

    With all these models introduced in 'reforged' they could've easily make 'Warcraft IV' since this does not look like a proper remaster, a lot of the 'art-style' it's not compatible with Warcraft Universe. The 'music' it's not 'remade' and they're just a few adjustments on the old soundtrack. The cinematics are not remade or remaster at all, they're just stretched. I've finished the campaign and i refunded afterwards, classic artstyle and gameplay is not matched by this product.    … Expand

    lol.... Played Destiny 2... sucked... Played Black Ops4.... Trash.... Played single player Modern Warfarefare from a friend's account (he got it free w/graphics card).... Okay but nothing special.... Heard about Reforged.... Nahh.... Common denominator is... you guessed it Activision. I do not see myself putting hours in a game ever again with their name in it.

    DONT BUY THIS SCAM. Blizzard knew exactly what they were releasing, don't be a mindless all consuming sheep and refund this game if you have bought it until they have made it a complete blizzard quality remaster.

    Honestly mindblowing how bad this is, I didn't think a remake could possible be worse on release than the Masterchief collection, I didn't think Blizzard could give us something that failed to live up to expectations as severely as Diablo III. How do you **** up a game thats already a masterpiece? How do you deliver an unplayable game, that was already made for you 17 years ago. Not onlyHonestly mindblowing how bad this is, I didn't think a remake could possible be worse on release than the Masterchief collection, I didn't think Blizzard could give us something that failed to live up to expectations as severely as Diablo III. How do you **** up a game thats already a masterpiece? How do you deliver an unplayable game, that was already made for you 17 years ago. Not only did they fail to deliver on the improvements and remastered content they promised... but they ruined everything from the original WVCIII release, ESPECIALLY ruining custom lobbies. Also who thought it was a good idea to release this without any type of actual ladder? Losses don't count against you, only wins matter. AND they managed to **** up the servers for everyone who still booted up their old copies since now you have the actual classic version of WCIII on these cluster ****ed new servers with all the **** changes. And they make it VERY clear that if you create anything half decent in the custom games it belongs to them along with your entire life, soul, first born child... It's almost as if they are still butt hurt that a WCIII mod blossomed into the worlds greatest e-sports game while their every attempt to enter thee competitive gaming market falls laughably short. Blizzard is quite literally dead, I pray they never remake Diablo II, keep at least something sacred. Thank god for companies like GGG for bringing us worthy spiritual successors like Path of Exile.
    This has firmly cemented my feelings towards blizzard, congrats you found a way to lose a previously absolutely jaded fanboy.    … Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
