    This is a huge disappointment. False advertising, broken promises, ignoring criticism, refusing to admit your mistakes, repression of creator rights, hypocrisy. I made a Metacritic account just for this, and I own all of Blizzards games. At least until I refunded Warcraft 3: Refunded.

    Lleno de bugs y no cumplieron con la nueva interfaz muestran publicidad engañosa para que compren el juego el editor de mapas es el mismo al igual que las cinemáticas nada es reforjado mas parece un remasterizado presentan el mismo juego del 2002 en pleno 2020

    A low quality texture pack sold for a high price as if it was a standalone game that also manages to break most elements of the old Warcraft III in the process. Awful netcode, tons of bugs, game feels laggy and unpolished.
    Blizzard is no longer a friend. I vote with my money and refund it.

    I was really hoping to get to play a game that brings back memories of the first franchise I fell in love with! Sad to see the game will be just a memory now.

    I was really looking forward to the promised "reforged" Warcraft III. I am disappointed. Empty promises from Blizzard and the final delivered product is buggy and shallow. It's a retrograde to the classic. It would be okay for a first time player - but it is not what Blizzard was peddling to the existing fan base.

    realmente el juego no lo vale, no trae lo prometido, esta lleno de bugs y solo es una pequeña texturizacion, sin contar el timo de clausula de robo por el que te pasan el creador de mapas. Lo peor es que nisiquiera deja jugar el antiguo que por lo menos aunque no estubiera tan texturisado era jugable.

    Warcraft 3 ( the original, bless its soul ) was a shining star amongst gamers..

    This is a sad attempt at recreating a star, by putting a shadeless lamp in a dark room and go like "Meh.. Good enough" a god damn disgrace to your once good reputation..

    I am a long time content creator for blizzard games. I used to make custom maps on StarCraft 1, Warcraft 3 and StarCraft 2. However because of Warcraft 3 Reforged new policies I'll not be creating new maps and campaigns here. It is time for me to move away from modding blizzard games and embrace other companies that will not be stealing from hard working mod creators.

    Main issue about the game - advertisement is misleading and wrong.

    Some feedback on my own experience. I've purchased the game just for the story campaign, to review the new missions and modifications to the old ones according to the WoW lore. The first act ( Orcs tutorial ) was nice in general.     I've purchased the game just for the story campaign, to review the new missions and modifications to the old ones according to the WoW lore.

    The first act ( Orcs tutorial ) was nice in general. Was impressed with the new missions, they set up some expectations for the rest of the actual acts.

    Second act ( Human campaign) was without modifications, only one map was re-done and that the map that was advertised in the pro videos. Everything else was a lazy copy paste.

    After this I've stopped playing.

    Regarding the videos and cut sciences.
    Nothing was changed or improved. Just re-shot the old game in the new graphics. Kinda sad.

    Another point is I'm very annoyed that lips move randomly ( it's a blizzard game and 2020 ... ).

    Biggest hit in the balls was the Arthas killing his father scene. Its the same old movie clip in a better resolution.

    Had some troubles controlling the troops as well. The movement command feels more clunky and less optimized that in the 2002 original game ( when people actually gave a **** ).

    I don't know to whom to recommend this game actually. May be if you have kids that are not spoiled and never played the original game, this can do.

    In case the game was advertised as a Just Graphical Improvement - would rate the game 4/10 because of the lazy work on the remake of the maps and story mode.

    Blizzard is DEAD, stop hiding behind this name Activision.
    Most horrendous product i ever bought and stripped away from my right of playing the original game where i payed for too. The one making that decision is evil beyond imagination.

    The promises for this game, compared to what was released (buggy mess,missing features,etc) and the fact that it also BUTCHERED the original version of the game is the definition of BETRAYAL towards the long time fans of this series and this company. I also cancelled my world of warcraft subscription and it ends on feb 14, its almost poetic my love story with blizzard and it's games endsThe promises for this game, compared to what was released (buggy mess,missing features,etc) and the fact that it also BUTCHERED the original version of the game is the definition of BETRAYAL towards the long time fans of this series and this company.     Instant refund on release.

    Broken promises, lies, false advertisement, the game is so bugged, that I couldnt play the campaign. The performance in this game is so bad. It's really totally **** The walking animations of the units. They suck more than before. This game is really a **** show.

    Worst of all, they deleted the original game, so you can't even go back to the old version

    Since Blizzard wants to destroy every trace of old Warcraft 3, i feel obliged to review this game. I have played Warcraft 3 since my childhood and also I'm a big fan of old Blizzard games. Unfortunately, now what matters to them is to release a game with minimal commitment, just to grab easy money with nostalgia trip scams & tricks.

    All these missing features, bad looking UI,    Since Blizzard wants to destroy every trace of old Warcraft 3, i feel obliged to review this game. I have played Warcraft 3 since my childhood and also I'm a big fan of old Blizzard games. Unfortunately, now what matters to them is to release a game with minimal commitment, just to grab easy money with nostalgia trip scams & tricks.

    All these missing features, bad looking UI, unnecessary changes, downgraded graphics and cutscenes, new cinematics that look goofy, new modding law - all of these things and more deserve nothing more than a solid 0. You literally spit in our faces with that game, Blizzard.    … Expand

    Blizzard is not what its used to be. Back in the days their games were polished products, made with love. Now their games are just greedy cashgrabs made by a faceless greedy corporation which doesn't realize how people start to avoid them. DO NOT BUY! ORDER A REFUND! DO NOT BUY FUTURE BLIZZARD GAMES!

    This is the biggest disappointment in blizzard's projects. I play for many years in world of warcraft, starcraft, diablo and warcraft 1,2,3. I'm used to high quality company projects. This game does not meet the highest quality standards of the company and is a spit in the fans.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
