Ultima entrega de ghost recon lanzada en 2019 .En esta ocasion un juego apenas aceptable y plagado de microtransaciones aunque poco ubisoft lo va mejorando con el reciente agregado de la IA amiga al juego.

The anticheat is a joke. You can pretty much cheat in every gamemode besides ghost war.

Bought the game for cheap on sale and after 2 days im 260 gear score and sick of it. To get better gear above gear level 250 you need to run raids 24/7 but the blueprints and such are only rewarded once a week.

I could write a whole book about how bad this game is but im sick of it.

Don't buy. Ever. Not even for 1 dollar.

The PC version is definitely the stronger offering, the frame rates were much more smooth and the overall experience felt quicker.

The world is great, it's very New Zealand-ish, with bright colours, and gorgeous environments. The buildings left something to be desired and it was a bit strange to go from survival in the bushes to wandering into a town where people are drinking soy lattes or something.

Combat is good, the enemy AI wasn't very bright but this is not metal gear, it's a run and gun.

Having said that, I had frequent crashes on a PC with a 2070 super card, this is really not something that should occur frequently in an AAA game.

I enjoyed this game, but I felt that the story was lacking, the character of Walker was strong, and Nomad seems to have a few more emotions this time around but i found it very difficult to care about what happened to anyone else on the Island.

Good to kill time, worth picking up now that many of the issues have been fixed.

Outside of the myriad of BS surrounding the game with the monetization and Ubisofts moronic belief that they would get away with over doing it. You can have fum with it but it's very subjective but the game lacks in many aspects. So after further review I have to lower my score to under 7.

All of these factors are what made this the first game i never completed the main story for and it is therefore the worst game i have ever played.

*i heard about one instance where someone was running an I9 9900K and 2080TI which never really managed to get past 60FPS at high settings

Jesus, what a disappointment... But the game lives up to its name: Ghost Recon Breakpoint allows you, as a ghost, to do some recon, until you eventually break.

Ok, here we go for a solid review, after roughly 40 hours on this game. Let's start with the good: - Jon Bernthal ... Yep, that's it. Let's be real for a moment; this game was supposed to be the follow-up for Wildlands.
Jesus, what a disappointment... But the game lives up to its name: Ghost Recon Breakpoint allows you, as a ghost, to do some recon, until you eventually break.

Ok, here we go for a solid review, after roughly 40 hours on this game.

    Let's start with the good:
    - Jon Bernthal

... Yep, that's it. Let's be real for a moment; this game was supposed to be the follow-up for Wildlands. The previous opus had everything we could dream of: a massive open world quest, in a gorgeous reconstitution of Bolivia. Sure, there were some flaws, but still, the game was fun as hell.

Now, we're in the south Pacific, on a remote lonely island. And even Farcry 3 did a better job at recreating such an atmosphere.

Here, we've got nothing. The island is mostly empty, the game is boring as hell, the quest system is a mess, the AI is dumb as **** (We're fighting Ghosts, and a top-level AI, but it feels like we're facing your local paintball team and asthmatic roombas).

But the main flaw, the one that ruins EVERYTHING, is that they removed the squad system. From the very start of the game, everything is set to make you fell like you're investigating, piece by piece, finding pieces of evidence to find bad guys, who will eventually lead you to the main bad guys. So far so good. But the villains are colorless, the scenario is bad, the dialogues are awful, the NPCs feel like robots. The only good thing is, again, Jon Bernthal playing Colonel Walker.

I bought the game because it was 75% off, and I still feel let down.

It's worse. Constant hitching, terrible gunplay, terrible gameplay, stupid story. I'm sorry I didn't listen to the other reviewers but this game truly is unbelievably bad. You kinda have to try for yourself to see what a trashfire Ubi's come up with.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Ghost Recon Breakpoint was a mixed bag for me, especially coming straight from Wildlands. I found Wildlands enjoyable and freeing; this didn't hit the mark of its predecessor.

For me, there was nothing that was amazing. It was a generic shooting game that was promised to be expansive, immersive and able to play with AI teammates - it fell short. To be promised AI teammates on the trailers and demos and then to not receive them was a massive letdown.

    GRAPHICS:
The graphics were standard for the most part, but for a majority of the game these glitched out. Boots clipping through trousers, vests clipping through tops, terrain not loading in. For what was promised to the audience, it was a letdown.

    BUGS:
Now in every game, there's bound to be a bug of some kind. In Ghost Recon Breakpoint, there's a ton. I pre-ordered the game and to have the servers go down on the release day for over 4 hours was insane. I've had my character glitch through the trees and get stuck within the trunk, unable to vault out. I've had my character float through the ground and die and in the same breath, I've had enemy AI go floating off into the sky.
I can only hope that in the future bugs get hammered out for future players.

    STORY:
For me, the plot was dull. There was nothing in the narrative that kept the excitement going in the game and it felt as if I was pushing myself up a mountain to finish it. After the game finished - I didn't feel any form of euphoria at the ending, like other games in this genre. I just felt dull. The implementation of the gear level system/being able to toggle certain elements was a step in a good direction. The character creation was a step up from Wildlands, I'll give it that. You could customise your version of Nomad more than Wildlands, such as being able to blouse boots which were a highly recommended thing from GRW.

One point of annoyance for me was from NPC dialogue when talking to Nomad. I played my version of Nomad as a female, as if the option is there I want to see how the company has gone about it. My verdict is that it was lazy. If the option of playing as a female Nomad is there, there should have been the correct pronouns as well when an NPC would speak to us. It's annoying, as the effort of continuing a female agent should have also had the correct form of address.

    SOUND:
Ever wanted ambient sounds to get stuck on a loop, regardless of whether you are in combat or if you've fast travelled to a Bivouac? Ghost Recon Breakpoint. I ended up muting the sounds the game was giving, minus the dialogue and just listened to Spotify on repeat.

    MICRO-TRANSACTIONS:
There are micro-transactions in multitudes, to the point that it's scary. You could buy your way to success. Guns, skill points, time savers, gear and cosmetics. At what point is it a game and not just a buy what you want?

If you want to play the game, go ahead - but tread carefully.

The game can be described in one word-boring! It's beautiful, it's incredibly detailed, but it's very boring! When you play the second half, you want to turn it off! Abby's story is dull and idiotic. And the story that tells us the game is also banal and boring. This is not a masterpiece, this is a normal quality average game.

Truth be told I enjoyed the game for over 60 hours... then they added DLC, sent out a pretty obviously untested patch, crapped all over players who had paid for the game... and proceeded to put on a clinic of what not to do with your community reps and customer support.

    Pros:
If everything worked the game could be a lot of fun to those who enjoy The Division, Borderlands, Destiny, or other looter shooters.

    Cons:
    It doesn't work.

Here are a few of the bugs/issues that weren't urgent enough to hotfix (or in most cases even patch at all).

    1) Your character and save may be deleted. Maybe a couple of hours in, maybe 100 hours of progress in. The only fix suggested, and only after a player suggested it to someone whose character had been deleted, was to make a backup of your save folder on a portable hard drive regularly. Current Status: Still an issue and not on the radar for fixing.
    2) If you use WASD and/or remap your keys... some keys no longer remap though the UI will tell you they did. This affects ALL players. First support rep to speak publicly on it said it was a low priority since you could just not use those keys. Second (after some irate responses to the first) said it was set to be fixed in the next patch. Most recent support rep stated that no... it actually wasn't and they had no timeline. Current Status: Not on the radar for fixing
    3) Unable to play new classes in the paid DLC for new classes. This was fixed after 6 or so weeks and little communication on the issue. Patch just showed up one day (Yay!). Compensation was issued for not being able to play what you paid for 6 weeks... but in many cases, the compensation went to the wrong players. Some who did not buy the DLC were compensated... and many who did were not.

All in all, it's a rather insulting way to treat your customers. The notion that it is acceptable to them for a player to get invested in a game... then basically have it bricked... and not get that communication about fixing the issue is warranted is mind-boggling.

So, there's a chance it might be fun for you if you can work around the keyboard keys you won't be using, and if your character is not deleted. Have fun with that.

While we wait for the hopeful announcement of a new Splinter Cell game in the future, Tom Clancy’s fans will be happy to know that Breakpoint is actually fun, now. The new Ghost Mode solved many of the issues that plagued the original version, and while it isn’t fully healed from its painful stint as a non-Ghost Recon game, the latest entry in the franchise is trying its best to course-correct. If you are one of the many people who were put off by it at launch, I would recommend you try and give it a try now – just like the eponymous Group for Specialised Tactics, Ubisoft might yet turn this near-miss of the series’ breakpoint into a franchise victory.
